The couple has just released a statement saying, “We have decided to end our marriage. This was a very difficult decision. We have come to an amicable conclusion on all matters.” “It is a painful time for all involved and we appreciate the respect of our privacy at this time,” continues the statement. The couple began their marriage in 2004 and the ceremony was held at their Beverly Hills home. The former couple has two children together. The reason for the split is still unknown. The previous front-runner was The Twilight Saga: Eclipse, which earned $30 million in midnight showings. The film has now grossed $126 million worldwide. The film was released internationally on Wednesday and it earned $43.6 million from 26 countries. By Thursday the film had earned a total of $82.5 million. At the domestic box office, the movie was screened in 3,800 midnight showings. Friday, the film moves into 4,300 theaters, which includes 3,000 in 3D. The film has even reignited the 3D craze which has been seeing a downturn in attendance recently. Warner Bros. is reporting that all 3D midnight shows were sold out. Not even Lord Voldemort could stop these record-breaking ticket sales… I know lame Harry Potter reference. |

Sources reveal that just before the plane was to take off from the gate, Brooke was feeling sick and said she needed to use the restroom. Despite her plea the flight attendant would not allow her to get up. Brooke was telling the crew she was going to vomit, but she claims the flight attendant rudely replied, "Tough." Brooke then freaked out and demanded to get off the plane, Although it is unclear whether she was kicked off the plane or if she left on her own will, one witness on the plane reveals that Brooke was “belligerent and cussing out the flight attendant” and that she was in fact removed from the plane. Oh Brooke, see what happens when you start hanging out with Charlie Sheen again. Not winning. |
| Hugh Hefner’s First Interview, Post Crystal Harris (Video) Posted: 15 Jul 2011 09:41 AM PDT Piers Morgan sat down with Hugh Hefner, in his first interview since ex-fiance Crystal Harris broke up with him right before their wedding set for June. Hef was very open and honest in his discussion, covering everything from events leading up to the breakup, how it happened, why he thinks she left, and what money and possessions she got out of the relationship.  He even confessed how Crystal had expressed her reservations about getting married the weekend before the wedding, but that he still didn’t see it coming! Piers asked, ‘do you think she took you for a ride?” To which Hef replied, “I think an argument could be made that she took me for a ride, but I must say quite frankly, it was a pretty nice ride.” What a great attitude Hef has… and Crystal is a $#@!! Apparently, Colfer found out about his character's fate through a Twitter announcement from Glee's co-creator Ryan Murphy, who said that some of the character would be 'graduating'. “I didn’t necessarily know that it was going to be our last season next year," says Colfer. "I knew something like that was coming up eventually. I mean, we can’t be there forever.” As for Colfer’s departure from the show, it's clear that it was not his decision. “Do I want to leave the show? Absolutely not,” admits the actor. “This is home for me. But I understand that there’s time for a conclusion.” Don't worry Gleeks, there is no reason to pity Colfer! He has just received an Emmy nomination on Thursday for best actor in a comedy. “As a performer, I feel so fulfilled,” says Colfer. “It’s just a huge category. It’s best actor in a comedy, and we all know that Kurt’s not funny, so I’m very, very happy to be a part of it.” Well even though it must be bittersweet to leave a show, I'm sure the Emmy nod softened the blow. |
| Kristen Stewart Wrecked Her Car Yesterday (Photo) Posted: 15 Jul 2011 07:31 AM PDT Kristen Stewart was in a little fender bender in Los Angeles yesterday, when a female motorist rear-ended Stewart’s Mini Cooper. After the accident occurred, Kristen pulled over to the side of the road and got out to assess the damage. There was a noticeable tear in the bumper.  Despite the apparent minimal damage, Kristen’s vehicle was towed from the scene. The actress begins filming Snow White and the Huntsman later this year. |
