Think movies like Clueless, Father of the Bride and more. All showings take place under the warm summer night sky. When: Every Thursday, Friday and Saturday in July
 If you’re not busy on Saturday then head downtown for the Weekend at Bernie’s Summer Drink Along! $15 gets you in for all day beer pong fun and two Weekend at Bernie’s showings: Weekend at Bernie’s at 4pm & Weekend at Bernie’s II at 6pm. When: July 9, 2011 3:00-9:00pm  In case you haven’t heard, the Royal couple are in LALA Land! Newlywed couple Prince William and Kate arrived this afternoon in L.A. for a weekend of charity work. This evening, they’re off to a gathering at the residence of UK Consul-General Dame Barbara Hay, in Hancock Park and tomorrow they head to Santa Barbara Polo & Racquet Club for a polo match. Other destination spots include Downtown LA’s Belasco Theatre and Skid Row. The couple’s final appearance will be at a job fair in Culver City for military men and women who are getting back into the workforce. While you may not be able to spot the Royal Couple you may feel their presence via street closures. Keep an eye out for the following: Friday through Sunday- Street Closure on June Street between 4th and 6th Avenues Saturday Downtown- Street Closure on 11th Street between Broadway and Grand Avenue and Hill Street between 12th Street and Olympic Boulevard. | Posted: 08 Jul 2011 05:57 PM PDT The former First Lady of the United States and wife of former President Gerald Ford, Betty Ford died today. Ford founded The Betty Ford Center near Palm Springs in 1982.
The center is one of the premiere rehabilitation facilities in the world. Many celebrities have gone to the facility to seek treatment including Chevy Chase, Lindsay Lohan, Robert Downey Jr., Elizabeth Taylor, Kelsey Grammer, Anna Nicole Smith, Ozzy Osbourne, David Hasselhoff, Johnny Cash, Liza Minnelli, and Drew Barrymore. She was a mother to four children, a model, and professional dancer. Betty passed at age 93. |

Somebody tell her husband! Beckham photographed his pregnant wife Victoria sunbathing, then posted it on Facebook saying, “Took this pic of Victoria while she wasn’t looking. She looks amazing, so close now to the baby being born!”  Victoria is due to give birth this weekend. It will be the couple’s fourth child, but their first daughter. Can you just imagine how spoiled she’ll be? Suri Cruise will have competition. |

Guess who was on hand cheering her on? Boyfriend, Justin Theroux.  He even got a front row seat! Other celebrity attendees were Jason Bateman and funny girl, Chelsea Handler. Chelsea joked that she didn’t have any friends like Aniston growing up in New Jersey. “All my neighbors looked more like Snooki,” said Chelsea. Although a man in a mid-life crisis might buy a red sports car and dangle a 20-something dish from his arm, the once amiable Aniston is displaying different symptoms of this chronological syndrome. Chopping off her hair, stealing men from other women and a new tattoo on her foot… all signs. |

On the red carpet at the premiere at the packed Trafalgar Square in London Rowling stepped out with a smile as she joined Daniel Radcliffe to great fans. In a short interview with Radcliffe she was asked if she would ever write another 'Potter' book. To which the writer said, “It’s my baby and if I want to take it out and play, then maybe one day I will.” Rowling has always insisted that she would permanently end the series with the seventh book, but this is the first time she has shed a more optimistic view on extending the series. I doubt she needs the money, it was estimated in 2008 by Forbes that she was worth hefty 1 billion US dollars. What's the spell that allows me to change lives with her? |
| ‘Nickelodeon’ Star Ryan Rottman Arrested For DUI Posted: 08 Jul 2011 06:41 AM PDT
Rottman, who starred in the TeenNick show ‘Gigantic,’ is also famous for dating fellow 'Nick' star Victoria Justice. The whole incident began when Rottman was driving in Hollywood last night, the actor happened to jump the curb and to his misfortune the police saw it happen and pulled him over. The police smelled a strong odor of alcohol and after performing a field sobriety test, the cops arrested him on suspicion of DUI. Rottman blew a .19, which is over twice the legal limit. The actor was taken to jail, booked and then released a few hours later without having to post bail. Clearly, this kid is going by the 'Troubled Young Hollywood' method of getting famous. Next he'll need a crotch shot and a sex tape. |
| Bristol Palin Gets Drilled by Barbara Walters (Video) Posted: 08 Jul 2011 06:20 AM PDT Bristol Palin appeared on "The View" Thursday to discuss her memoir and Barbara Walters wasted no time in asking Bristol about her sex life. After bringing up Palin's account of her having her virginity "stolen" by Levi in "Not Afraid of Life: My Journey So Far," Walters asked, "It must have been okay, because you kept on having sex with him, yeah?"  Palin replied, "We did it that one night and I just figured it’s okay to do it again because I’d already broken my moral code." Her moral code, laughable. “I’m not accusing him of date rape or anything with that,” said the 20-year-old daughter of former Alaska governor Sarah Palin. “I just use that analogy of losing your virginity. That’s why it’s called losing your virginity.” |
