| Alice Cooper & Ke$ha Performs ‘School’s Out’ (Video) Posted: 06 Jul 2011 06:28 PM PDT Alice Cooper joined Ke$ha onstage in Oslo, Norway last night (July 5) as she and her band tore into a cover of Cooper’s 1972 hit, “School’s Out.” Ke$ha, who along with Lady Gaga is one of a few pop megastars who credit veteran shock-rocker Alice Cooper for inspiring their stage shows.  Cooper, along with other classic rock legends, are Ke$ha’s greatest idols. And to be honest, her stage set-up and the way she performs on stage clearly reflect that. [Cooper hits the stage around the 1:30-minute mark] She definitely emulates rock’n'roll and is even planning to move toward a more authentic rock sound on her next album. |
| Celebrities Join The ‘Planking’ Craze (Photos) Posted: 06 Jul 2011 05:44 PM PDT Katy Perry is just the latest celebrity to get involved with the new internet craze, Planking. Perry posted the following photo, showing her lying face down with her arms and legs outstretched on top of a boat, along with the description, “#plankingonthe4th”  Fan’s were quick to chastise the singer for her bad form. One Twitter fan said: "You're doing it wrong! Legs and head down, hands by your side!" The controversial game sees participants taking photographs of themselves, lying still like a plank of wood in unusual locations. It has taken the web by storm in recent months. Justin Bieber and Chris Brown have both started planking. Chris posted a photo of himself planking on some shelving unit, with the caption, “Plank!!!”.  And Justin posted a photo of himself planking on a yacht, with the caption “Me and @Diggy_Simmons #plankin #schwag”  Ellen Page has posted multiple photos of herself planking. The “Juno” star has devoted a series of Facebook photo albums to what she calls “The Lying Down Game,” in which she and her friends plank in various locales.  Gordon Ramsay posted a picture of himself planking on the back of a boat.  The staff of "The Today Show" did a little planking in their office.  Demi Moore was also considering ‘planking’ on Independence Day, writing in a post on Twitter, “Happy Independence Day! Chk @aplusk down in the chute with the cowboys! Now if I could just find a place to go planking!”  Unfortunately the craze hit the headlines after a 20-year-old Australian man died in Brisbane after “planking” on a balcony. For those worried about the dangers of planking, actress Kristen Bell advocated practicing the stunt responsibly. In a picture posted to Twitter, she posed on a staircase railing relatively low to the ground to minimize risk.  “When done safely its way more fun than smiling 4 the camera,” Bell advised. |
| Brooke Mueller Threatens to Sue Over Charlie Sheen Roast Posted: 06 Jul 2011 05:33 PM PDT Brooke Mueller, the most recent ex-wife of Charlie Sheen, is threatening to sue if her name is brought up at anytime during the future Comedy Central Roast. Sources close to Brooke have revealed that she is willing to lawyer up if the jokes start coming her way during the 'Roast' on September 10.
Brooke actually does have a case, because in her divorce settlement, Sheen legally promised to never publicly discuss her drug use. Brooke’s people are considering sending Comedy Central a letter saying they will pursue legal action if they televise any jokes about her. A rep from Comedy Central has said that the only person the network is afraid of is Charlie Sheen, saying, “Charlie has assured us that nothing will be off limits in this Roast which scares even us.” We will just have to see what is really off limits once the Roast premieres in September. |

But Chord fans can put down your torches and pitchforks because Overstreet is not actually leaving the show, that is unless he wants to. While yes, it's true that he was not moved up to a series regular like co-stars Darren Criss and Harry Shum Jr., but he was invited to return for another season as a reoccurring character. "If Chord wants to appear on Glee, the choice is his. The Glee writers like his Sam character, and have plans to write for him. He and his reps have been told that he is welcome back to Glee, and everyone hopes he will show up on August 10 when filming begins," reveals a insider. The source adds, "If Chord has a great season, which we expect he will, then he will become a regular like Harry, possibly as early as January." Will Chord return? Well that's up to him. My suggestion: Unless you have something better to do, stay! |

“Ker is a couple of months pregnant and she’s thrilled,” a close friend of the couple reveals. “She and Shane have really wanted another baby, and now it’s actually happening.” Russell already has one son, 4-year-old River, whom she shares with Deary. Keri has said that her first pregnancy was ‘easy’ so number two should be a breeze… well as much of a breeze as pregnancy can be. Russell is scheduled to appear in the upcoming film, 'Austenland,' so she may need a different wardrobe in order to hide the soon-to-be baby bump. She and Deary have been married for four years and a new baby will be the perfect addition to this family of three. |

But what has Cy Waits been upto and how does he feel about the break up? According to an interview with PEOPLE, Waits was not surprised by the break up at all. “I don’t want to speak for Paris, but this breakup is something I knew for a number of months needed to happen – and we finally saw eye to eye,” Waits disclosed while at the Electric Daisy Festival, an electronic music festival in Las Vegas. “Partying is not my thing. I live a healthy lifestyle. I avoid drugs. … I have a social cocktail every now and then,” he added. Rumor has it that Waits felt badly portrayed on Hilton’s new show, The World According to Paris. A friend reveals, “That’s not him at all, they really made him look bad through editing and cutting.” Well either way, Cy seems to be moving on. There is suspicion that he and former Girl Next Door, Holly Madison maybe more than just friends. |

Are you thirsty for more?  In May, producer Jerry Bruckheimer said he was working on a fifth "Pirates" script — and that he wouldn't make the movie without Depp. "Hopefully, if this one does well, (Depp) will want to come back and play the character again," Bruckheimer told the L.A. Times. "But it's going to depend on the screenplay. It always does. He's maniacal about not wanting to disappoint his audience." Are you ready for another installment? |

Reese, who reportedly had a blue star tatttoo on her stomach for a while now, was spotted on the beach with a much larger tattoo in the same spot.  The new ink appears to be two birds around the original star. Reese has only shown small glimpses of her blue star before, so don’t expect a full shot of her ink anytime soon. |
