Record Label To Blake Shelton: ‘Shut Up!’

Blake Shelton has got the gift of gab, and his record label would like him to kindly shut up.

The country star has raised eyebrows for taking to Twitter to recount his drunken nights, and his music label, Warner Bros., is none too happy with his online behavior. Does he look drunk to you?

Shelton told The New York Times, “There was a point where Warner Bros. was (sic), like, ‘We’ve got to get Blake off Twitter, ’cause he can’t say these type of things.’”

But Shelton isn’t worried about upsetting his fan base – he hopes people will remember him for being true and pushing the envelope.

He adds, “I hope that people learn from me, it’s OK to be yourself. It’s OK to offend somebody, and, as a matter of fact, please be polarizing. If you’re not polarizing, you failed in my opinion. If you don’t stand for something, how can anyone respect what you do?”

Shelton apologized for his tweets after he was under pressure from critics and groups like GLAAD, but the tweets haven't seemed to have caused him any distress.

His new album, "Red River Blue," was just released on Tuesday.

With all the promotion and excitement of the new and last 'Harry Potter' movie Emma Watson appeared on "The Late Show with David Letterman."

The two discussed the 'Harry Potter and The Deathly Hollows Pt. 2' premiers in the UK and the US, Watson's life and of course the subject of alcohol.

Daniel Radcliff had recently come out with his former alcohol addiction so Dave asked the actress if she had known about her costar's problem.

Watson replied, “To be honest, it’s really not something that I genuinely know much about and you should, I mean, he is the one to talk about it.”

Then in true Letterman style, the host turned the questions on Emma saying, “Do you drink at all? Do you use controlled substances?”

The questions were all in good fun and Watson answered honestly, “Yes. Yes I have. I’ve got very, very drunk once in my life. Fine. I got drunk! I have been drunk!”

Although it may sound scandalous that our little Hermione Granger was getting wasted, she is in fact 21, the legal US drinking age. But in England she has been legally able to drink since she was 18, being that that is the legal age.

I think it is refreshing to have stars like Watson that are more open about their lives and not so coy about every little personal detail.

On last night’s season premiere of Discovery’s Man vs. Wild, Bear Grylls took Jake Gyllenhaal into the snow-covered mountains of Iceland during a blizzard.

Expecting something gross – they did not disappoint.

Jake ate his first worm! As Bear pulled up an edible root to keep the two of them from going hungry, he found their protein snack.

“I haven’t failed in my mission,” he said. “I got you a worm.”

How utterly disgusting! Would you eat a worm?

When Bree Olson broke up with Charlie Sheen, nobody was surprised — that sort of nonsense can only carry on for so long.

How did the 24-year-old Indiana native end up with the troubled actor? The 24-year-old Indiana native told Playboy, “I suppose it was my movies.”

Charlie does like his porn, and Olson has appeared in more than 250 adult films.

Sheen first contacted Olson (whom he had never met), when the actor invited her over to his house for a meet and greet. After hitting it off, the adult film star and Natalie Kenly soon moved in with Sheen.

“He’s intelligent, he’s charismatic, he’s super funny,” Olson says of the actor. “And he’s good in bed. I mean, he’s had a lot of practice.”

Sounds like she wants the car back. Or… somebody paid her.

“He’s just a rock star. He’s a powerhouse. He’s a very sensual and sexual person, and when I was with him I felt as if we became one together, because he’s just so enticing sexually.” Seriously… that’s gross.

Olson said she’s retiring from the adult film industry to focus on becoming a real actress. “I can do this,” she says. “I’m so winning right now.”

‘Evil Dead’ Remake Confirmed

Ok you crazy deadites, we can jump up and down for joy now that it has been confirmed that the long awaited sequel/remake for the Evil Dead movies in officially in the works!

As it turns out, it will in fact be a remake of sorts.. but what does that mean when Evil Dead 2 was in actuality a remake of Evil Dead 1?

Who knows at this point, it’s still too early in the game. But all that matters is that the project is a go!

Actor Bruce Campbell (Ash) confirmed the rumors about the new Evil Dead via his twitter account over the weekend, saying “Believe in the remake, dawg! The project is real. In the works. Cool as hell. Scary as hell.”

Taking over the director duties is Federico Alvarez, who is currently in Detroit overseeing the production which has already started!

The film will be an indie style like the first two films and will be under the banners of Ghost House and Mandate Pictures.

How cool is that? I’m so excited, I can’t wait!

Here’s hoping Bruce is at least IN the movie… even if it’s as a smaller character. Personally, I’d love to see Bruce as a deadite! SO COOL!

Justin Bieber Doesn’t Think Kanye West Is An A**hole

Kanye West has been the subject of his own controversy many times throughout his career, but there is fellow celebrity who has got his back.

Is it Diddy? Jay Z? Lil Wayne?

No… its Justin Bieber.

In an interview with XXL Justin expressed his adoration for the Grammy Award winning artist.

"I got to be in the studio with him and work with him and see how he works and talk to him—and talk to him as a friend, and not like someone [in] business," says Bieber. "He's not really an asshole like everyone makes him out to be. I mean, he can, he can do bad things, but he's really generally a good guy."

But what about that time Kanye stormed the stage and interupted Taylor Swift? Or what about the time Kanye called out President Bush during a benefit concert for Hurricane Katrina? Or that time… you get it.

But Justin still stuck by West's side saying, "He can make bad decisions, you know, as well as everyone can, but generally I think he is a good guy."

Justin, it's not that people make Kanye West out to be an a**hole, he makes himself out to be an a**hole.

Jessica Alba Talks Downside of Pregnancy

Jessica Alba is expecting a second child, but is she worried about losing the baby weight again?

In an interview with Allure Magazine, Alba reveals that she never really lost all the baby weight from her first pregnancy.

“I can’t ever get down to the weight I was before I had Honor,” reveals the 30-year-old actress.

“My body’s just different. The jeans just sort of zip up differently, and things hang differently. It’s a miracle what happens, but you definitely are different afterward. Unless you’re Gisele,” she adds.

To be fair, there is still the possibility that Gisele isn’t even human.

An unexpected side effect of the pregnancy, Alba reveals, is her newfound appreciation for sexuality.

“It wasn’t something I embraced until I had my daughter," says the actress. "I saw how incredible and amazing it is to be a woman and to be able to create a life. There’s a reason why certain areas of the body are desirable – because it all leads to reproduction.”

Alba also reveals that the one thing about pregnancy she could do without is the constant scrutiny from the media about her body.

“You’re pregnant. Your stomach is not going to be flat. You’re not ‘flaunting’ it; you’re just walking to the store or across a parking lot.”
