Kim Kardashian Getting Married Next Month

Posted: 14 Jul 2011 12:10 PM PDT

Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries (most likely Kris Jenner) have chosen a wedding date.

According to sources the couple will be saying their I Do's on August 20th.

The ceremony will be held in California and along with guests, a camera crew has been invited… of course.

The couple will also be having separate bachelor/bachelorette parties in Las Vegas at clubs Tao and Lavo later this month.

When asked about the wedding, Khloe Kardashian decided to keep quiet and did not divulge details while at the launch of Hpnotiq's new liqueur Harmonie.

Khloe's wedding was done in nine days, can you imagine how extravagant Kim's will be given that her mom now has a whole month to plan?

Lady Gaga Angers Disability Groups

Posted: 14 Jul 2011 11:08 AM PDT

Lady Gaga is being criticized for a part of her stage act at Sydney's Town Hall on Wednesday. What was so infuriating, you ask?

Well disability groups are fuming because of a part in the performance where Gaga, while singing the song 'You and I,' was dressed as a gothic mermaid in a wheelchair.

One of the leading offended groups is the Roman Reed Foundation which promotes spinal cord injury research. The group tweeted, “Dear @ladygaga how about using your celebrity status 2 try 2 get us out of wheelchairs. Instead of cruising one. Cool?!”

Jesse Billauer, the founder of the disability group Life Rolls On Foundation, released a statement saying, “Since this isn’t the first time she has used a wheelchair in her performances, I invite her to learn more about the 5.6 million Americans who live with paralysis,” Jesse said referring to the music video for Paparazzi in which performs for a brief moment in a wheelchair.

“I extend a personal invitation to Lady GaGa to attend one of our Life Rolls On events where quadriplegics and paraplegics surf, skate, and snowboard, so she can see how much is possible beyond a wheelchair,” she added.

But not everyone is so sensitive, Sue Egan at Physical Disability Australia says, “If she used a wheelchair to embellish her act, well as long as she didn’t take it too lightly and it would seem the audience [wasn't] concerned about it, I’m sure there were people with a disability in the audience.”

Everyone is so hyper-sensitive now-a-days.

UPDATE (Allie): Just in case you thought the whole mermaid in a wheel chair idea was unique, Bette Midler did it first.

She needs new material.

Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller Reunited

Posted: 14 Jul 2011 10:10 AM PDT

Are Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller back together?

Reportedly, Brooke has been telling friends she’s been “hanging out” with Sheen again, and apparently a reconciliation could be in the works.

Once the last Goddess left Charlie, Brooke began hanging with him at his home, where he has been hiding out for some time.

Brooke is saying she has a good time with the Semi-winning Warlock and that they have quite a bit in common, you know like drug abuse, deflating careers and mental instability.

But Brooke isn't completely delusional, she does acknowledge that if they do take there relationship to the next level it could result in disaster, that's why they got divorced the first time.

Could these two be rekindling the love that was once there?

Or is Brooke just looking for a sip of that Tiger's blood (cocaine)?

Gary Shirley Makes Twitter Account for Daughter Leah

Posted: 14 Jul 2011 08:57 AM PDT

File this under real creepy! Teen Mom‘s Gary Shirley has created a Twitter page for his daughter Leah.

The reality star quickly found himself under attack for making an account for his little girl.

“You guys, it should be obvious that Leah has no contact with Twitter,” he wrote. “This is just a fun concept that will in no way affect Leah herself.”

“You actually think she’ll read tweets?” Shirley continued. “No! It’s a fun thing for us to post pics and tweets. It’s not actually her.”

The page, which uses the above photo, has only posted three tweets and already has over 4,000 followers.

Disturbing? I barely want to read the parents updates.

Cher Wants Duet With Lady Gaga

Posted: 14 Jul 2011 08:22 AM PDT

Cher has a secret… and she’s been keeping it for a long time.

Making the declaration via Twitter she said, “Lovelies! I have something tell you that’s So Great I don’t know exactly how 2 say it! Been keeping it secret 4 long time.”

What’s the secret?

Lady Gaga gave her a song called, “The Greatest Thing,” for her upcoming CD, and Cher wants a duet. “Just walked in from studio! I Finished the 1st track on the new cd &……..”GAGA YOU ARE THE GREATEST THING TO ME,” Cher gushed.

“It’s not a duet ! Who knows ? I Did Hold her “Meat Purse” haha! One can wish! It’s one of her songs & she & Redone gave it to me 4 my cd!”

Looks like Lady Gaga has a fan. I wonder if she realizes how lucky she is?

Do you think Gaga should do the duet?

Glee’s Lea Michele, Chris Colfer, Cory Monteith Not Returning For Season 4

Posted: 14 Jul 2011 05:23 AM PDT

Lea Michele, Chris Colfer and Cory Monteith will be out work. According to series co-creator Ryan Murphy, the three regulars will not “be back at all for Season 4.”

“You can keep them on the show for six years and people will criticize you for not being realistic,” Murphy told The Hollywood Reporter, “or you can be really true to life and say when they started the show they were very clearly sophomores and they should graduate at the end of their senior year.”

As upsetting as this will be for some, it’s not new news. The plan has always has been to graduate the cast.

Um, but weren’t these the best cast members?

Worse, he didn’t bother to tell Monteith before telling the media. And announcing it on the eve of the Emmy nominations is simply classless.

Steven Soderbergh’s ‘Contagion’ – First Trailer (Video)

Posted: 14 Jul 2011 04:36 AM PDT

Famed filmmaker Steven Soderbergh is gearing up for retirement, and plans on leaving the business with a huge bang.

His most recent effort, entitled Contagion has an all-star cast and promises to be a thriller that will surely give you the willy’s.

At first glance, one might compare Contagion with the film Outbreak, which was a piece of crap… but this movie quickly shakes that comparison.

The film stars Matt Damon, Kate Winslet, Gwyneth Paltrow, Jude Law, Marion Cotillard, Lawrence Fishbourne, and Elliott Gould.

Check out the first trailer!

Contagion is set to hit theaters on September 9th.
