It looks like no celebrity can escape the occasional wardrobe malfunction — not even the fake ones!

Virgin Mobile celebrity couple, Sarah Carroll and Spencer Falls, were at the Billbong’s 5th Annual Design for Humanity Benefit in Hollywood on June 15th, when Sarah revealed just a little more than she intended.

Was it accidental, or part of a plan?

Sarah follows Jennifer Lopez‘s exposed nipple and Lady Gaga‘s recent nipple slip. (I’ve purposely left off Khloe Kardashian)

The 5th annual Design For Humanity benefit bash (www.designforhumanity.com) was held on the legendary NY Street Backlot at Paramount Studios in Hollywood. The evening raised over $120,000 for the VH1 Save The Music Foundation.

Britney Spears pulled out all her tricks during her concert in San Jose.

In the midst of her 33-city Femme Fatale tour, and speculation that she’s lost her mojo — Brit pulled a fan on stage and surprised him with a lap dance.

See the victim in the lower right corner? Yeah, he has no clue.

While performing her song ‘Leather and Lace,’ the singer teased the fan with a pink boa while dancing provocatively around him. At one point, she even wrapped her legs around his neck.

Selena Gomez Premieres ‘Love You Like A Love Song’ (Video)

Selena Gomez has premiered her new music video for ‘Love You Like a Love Song.’

However, there was one thing noticeably absent from the singers video — the pastel purple ponies Gomez had painted for the video, which angered songstress and animal rights activist, P!nk.

“This song is fun and I wanted it to be really high fashion and different and I think we have accomplished that,” Gomez told E! News.

And according to Gomez, the song is all about her past and current flames.

“Because I’m only 18, I think love is supposed to be really fun,” she explained. “So that’s how I interpret it, at this point in my life. I think it’s really fun and you are supposed to enjoy it, kinda dive in.”

Bam Margera Responds to Roger Ebert

More stories are coming up about the night 'Jackass' star, Ryan Dunn, died in a car accident.

Reportedly, three hours before Dunn crashed his Porsche into a tree, he was at bar with friends partying it up.

Some witnesses have come forward saying that Ryan had had 3 beers, 3 shots and that he was “wasted.”

Other witnesses say that he had only had a couple of beers and was hardily drunk.

It is speculated by police that Dunn had been going around 100mph before he hit the tree.

The situation has not only caused many to mourn, but has also become an example to people about the consequences of drunk driving.

It has even started a Twitter war between famed movie critic, Roger Ebert and fellow Jackass star, Bam Margera.

The whole thing began when Ebert tweeted about Dunn's passing.

Enraged, Bam also took to his Twitter to blast Ebert saying…

Clearly, Ebert's tweet was the epitome of a "Too Soon" moment, but the tweet does hold a lot of truth, when you drink and drive you do put yourself at risk of being in an accident.

With that being said, his timing was absolutely horrible.

But then you must also took into Bam's tweet, I mean he told Ebert to "shut [his] fat f—cking mouth!"

But here's the thing Roger Ebert lost most of his lower jaw to Cancer.

So who is worse, the guy who critiques one man's death or the guy who tells a jawless, cancer patient to shut his mouth?

Well, in my opinion I believe they both need to drop the situation and move on.

Leonardo DiCaprio Busted Flirting With Another Women

Leonardo DiCaprio was spotted in NYC meeting up with a woman that was NOT Blake Lively.

Who is this mystery woman?

It's a Polish model named Anna Jagodzinska. Anna seems to fit Leo's 'type' of girl, she's blonde, skinny and a model.

Apparently when the two met, Leo became noticeably nervous once he realized they were being filmed by the paparazzi.

In the video, Leo is even seen speaking (bargaining) with a pap, perhaps he was trying to get him to erase the pictures or video taken of him and Jagodzinska.

Lively and DiCaprio became official after Leo's split from Bar Rafaeli. Since then, it they were seen traveling together in Italy.

Could Leo be looking to find someone new?

Crystal Harris might have dumped Hugh Hefner just five days before their wedding, but she still gets to keep her $90000, 3-carat diamond sparkler.

The trade off? Hugh gets to make serious amounts of money from her nude photos in the July issue of Playboy.

Despite being what would be considered an awkward moment for everyone else, the couple remain friends.

Hugh took to Twitter to announce that Crystal had stopped by to pay him a visit on fathers day. He wrote, "Crystal came by to see how I’ve been doing. We remain close friends."

“Crystal brought Charlie back because she thinks he’s happier here & I appreciate it, because I really missed him,” he continued.

Charlie is the dog that Crystal took with her when she moved out of the mansion.

Jake Gyllenhaal Joins Episode Of ‘Man vs. Wild’ (Photo)

Jake Gyllenhaal wants an adventure of survival and will team up with expert Bear Grylls for an upcoming episode of ‘Man vs. Wild.’

According to The Discovery Channel, the duo will head to Iceland together for the season premiere of the show, where they’ll find themselves surrounded by active volcanoes and massive glaciers.

So why did Gyllenhaal decide to make the trip with Grylls?

“For me, it’s all about discovery,” Gyllenhaal said of the experience.

“The wild is always very revealing — not only physically but mentally. You’ve got to smile when it’s driving horizontal hail and be able to face your fears and just get on and do it — and on both of those accounts, Jake came up strong,” Grylls added.

This isn’t the first time a celebrity has joined Grylls on one of his expeditions. Will Ferrell teamed up with Grylls on a trip to Northern Sweden in 2009.

Gyllenhaal’s episode will premiere on July 11th on The Discovery Channel.
