| Jennifer Lopez Sex Tape Will Be Released Posted: 28 May 2011 07:30 AM PDT Jennifer Lopez may have just wrapped up a highly succussful debut season as an ‘American Idol‘ judge, but her legal battle to keep embarrassing home video from her first marriage under wraps has failed. Ojani Noa has won the lengthy legal battle, allowing the intimate home video of J.Lo to be released.  The footage, which may or may not contain nudity, was allegedly shot during the pop singer’s short marriage to the former waiter. The two tied the knot in 1997 before splitting months later. Noa was J.Lo’s first husband. J.Lo’s ex recently sold the video to his current girlfriend, who is already going forward with a scheme to release the footage. On Friday, according to RadarOnline, a judge in the case has ruled that it was legal. Why would a judge allow this? |
