Lady Gaga Goes Farmville?

Lady Gaga and the folks over at Zynga have teamed up to launch Gaga’s third album Born this Way.

Of course, this album launch will include a new neighborhood farm in FarmVille called GagaVille and will be equipped with unicorns and crystals.

Confused? Yeah, me too… kinda. Here’s the official press statement;

Lady Gaga and Zynga today announced a partnership to launch the mega-artist's new album Born this Way. Launching May 17, the first-of-its-kind program gives "little monsters" throughout the world a first listen to exclusive un-released songs from the upcoming album when they visit GagaVille, a uniquely designed neighboring farm in FarmVille (There will be unicorns and crystals. Enough said.).

The full album also comes bundled as a free download with the purchase of a special Zynga $25 game card, available exclusively at Best Buy.

The program reaches across Zynga games and across platforms. Words With Friends, the popular mobile social game available iPhone, iPad, as well as Android devices, will feature a daily "Words with Gaga" contest, giving players a chance to win Gaga prizes including tickets to an upcoming concert and a signed copy of Born This Way. Zynga is also rewarding players with limited edition Lady Gaga virtual items on RewardVille.com for them to enjoy across the Zynga games they love to play.

"I want to celebrate and share Born This Way with my little monsters in a special way that's never been done before," said Lady Gaga. "Zynga has created a magical place in FarmVille where my fans can come play, and be the first to listen to the album."

"We're focused on creating cool new ways to entertain and surprise our players," said Owen Van Natta, Zynga's executive vice president of business. "Our partnership with Lady Gaga offers many new experiences: Exclusive access to music in-game, a mobile contest, a free album bundled with Zynga game card purchases and limited edition virtual items across ten Zynga games. We want to thank Lady Gaga for working with us on this truly great surprise."

The program runs May 17 through May 26.

Parts of the program include; GagaVille in FarmVille, Exclusive Access to Music, Special $25 Zynga Game Cards, Win a Day "On the set with Gaga", as well as Words With Friends "Words with Gaga" Contest and Lady Gaga Virtual Items on RewardVille and beyond.

Interesting.

But leave it up to Mother Monster to do an album release in the most creative and unique way possible.

Justin Bieber kissed Selena Gomez during a recent press conference in Indonesia.

Well there’s no denying the relationship now.

They both might be sick too!

Bieber was ill while performing for his Filipino fans at SM Mall of Asia Concert Grounds on Tuesday night — forget drinking after each other.

Hours later after the concert, Bieber tweeted, “That show was great but tough. real sick. time to rest.”

Glee’s Chris Colfer and Chord Overstreet were photographed taking a nap on the set, and it looks like Mark Salling decided to join in on the fun.

Just like when they were in kindergarten, right?

Chord posted the photo of their male bonding, saying:

"Taking a nap on set!" He followed that up with another pic that he called "Round 2."

Charlie Sheen and Snoop Dogg Are ‘Winning’ (Video)

Charlie Sheen‘s ‘Winning’ musical collaboration with Snoop Dogg has finally arrived!

Although the entire song won’t premiere in full until it drops on iTunes tonight at midnight, we have a preview of the musical collaboration.

Sheen debuted the collaboration with Snoop and Rob Patterson at the Detroit stop for his ‘Violent Torpedo of Truth‘ tour last month, but after being booed off the stage, he pulled the video from the majority of his latter appearances.

“Well, the genesis of the song is about, you know, winning,” Sheen told E! Online “I think Snoop did a really good job at kind of encapsulating the whole vibe of, you know, the movement.”

But the single won’t only further catapult Sheen into winning warlock status, it will also help ‘Torpedos Against Tornados‘ initiative.

The verdict is still out on whether ‘Winning’ will be an actual success, but in all sadness (I love Snoop), I’m going to have to vote a resounding “NO.”

I cannot contain my excitement at tonight’s Dancing With The Stars. For once in this competition I’m not annoyed with the results.

Ralph Macchio and professional dance partner Karina Smirnoff made it to the semi finals!!!

I was kinda worried there for a minute though…

The first team that was announced as safe was Hines and Kym. Next was Kirstie and Maks.

When Chelsea and Mark made it through, I got scared that Ralph would be tossed out. It had come down to him and Romeo.

Thankfully, Romeo got voted out. So my Karate Kid will be apart of the semi-final round next week.

YAY!

Middleton Family Humiliated By Racy Photos

The Middleton clan is livid over controversial pictures of siblings Pippa and James popping up everywhere.

The family is humiliated by the recent appearance of the old racy photos and are taking every measure to get them taken off the market as soon as possible.

All eyes are on the newly married Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, and any story that could be scandalous sells to the highest bidder.

Fox News‘ weblog posted the following;

21st Century Rule of Thumb: If your sister is planning on marrying future King of England, don't pose for potentially embarrassing pics, or take your clothes off in public.

Ever.

That's the lesson Pippa, and her brother James, Middleton are learning after “friends” have sold compromising snaps of the siblings in various states of undress, including new topless pics of Pippa taken while she was swimming.

“The whole family is furious at what they see as a betrayal,” a friend of the Middletons told the U.K.'s Telegraph newspaper.

The Middletons have scrambled to quash the distribution of several racy photos, which also include a shot of Pippa partying in a lavender bra with a boxer-clad friend.

James Middleton hasn’t gotten off any easier. Pictures of him naked, or half naked during college parties have surfaced, and shed a negative light on the family.

Both Middleton kids have even gotten offers from Vivid Entertainment CEO Steven Hirsch to do porn.

So obviously the Middletons and the Windsors want this problem taken care of in the most timely and quiet fashion possible.

Guess you can never hide your skeletons forever, can you?

Oprah Winfrey To Take On Broadway!

It’s been a while since we’ve seen Oprah Winfrey do any acting, but that’s just what she’s got planned for herself once her long running talk-show comes to a close at the end of this month.

Don’t expect her to jump into movie roles though, she wants to take on Broadway!

Says the media icon; “I have a stack of plays in my bag right now that I am reading, and just this past weekend, I was in New York meeting with producers. We were just talking about what would be the best route to take. But yes, this is really going to happen. … Life is too short.”

“I think that an ensemble production is the way I should go.”

The Chicago Tribune reports on Oprah’s career change;

Winfrey said she is currently talking with several different Broadway producers and directors, and she is anxious not to taint those conversations.

All of those producers and directors, it goes without saying, are delighted to be having such a chat.

Last December, news broke that Winfrey was in talks to star in an HBO Films adaptation of “Ruined,” the Pulitzer Prize-winning Lynn Nottage play about the traumatic lives of young women in the war-torn Democratic Republic of the Congo. The main character is Mama Nadi, a Mother Courage-like pragmatist who runs a brothel but also protects and tends to the young women in her charge and whose mantra is “survival is the only art I recognize.” “Ruined,” which premiered in 2008 at the Goodman Theatre in Chicago and moved to the Manhattan Theatre Club in 2009, has never appeared on Broadway, leaving some Broadway producers wondering if Winfrey could be persuaded to play that role live, before filming it for HBO. “Ruined” certainly reflects Winfrey’s interest in Africa and her taste for a weighty, ensemble-driven piece.

But Winfrey said she has not made a decision about what she is going to do, or with whom she is going to do it. She also has an affinity for August Wilson, but that bag of scripts (and the stack on her desk) contains a variety of pieces.

There is little doubt, though, that Winfrey is Broadway-bound. Fast. No dream deferred.

I hope Oprah does makes it to Broadway, I would totally go see her shows! But I’ll miss her talk-show… and who knows, maybe she’ll do another daytime show on her new O.W.N. network.

Al Pacino Joins Cast Of ‘Gotti’ Film

The upcoming film Gotti: Three Generations is certainly getting a lot of buzz. It’s probably due to a whole lot of top notch talent joining the cast.

Al Pacino is the latest actor cast in the mobster bio-pic, which also stars John Travolta, Joe Pesci and Lindsay Lohan.

Pacino will play Gotti Sr.’s associate Neil Dellacroce.

The deal was announced earlier today at the Cannes Film Festival by executive producer Marc Fiore;

“Al Pacino is one of the finest actors of all time, and will bring an unsurpassed level of reality and excitement to the film,” said Fiore. “We are very pleased to have Al join the extraordinary team that we are assembling to make this movie.”

Directing and writing credits were switched from Nick Cassavetes to Barry Levinson last month, and production is slated to begin later this fall.

We can expect the film to hit theaters in the latter part of 2012.

Robyn Releases New Remix EP – Listen Here!

Prince William & Kate Middleton Go On Honeymoon

The newest royal couple have jetted away for an undisclosed location to enjoy a lovely, and likely extremely expensive honeymoon.

Prince William applied for time off prior to the wedding, and it looks like he and bride Kate Middleton are on their way to some remote island in the Indian Ocean!

The two week getaway is said to be on some tiny private island in the Seychelles region, and comes with a reported price tag of approximately £4,000 per night.

I guess you need to pay a high cost for your privacy…

The UK Daily Mail speculates on the honeymooners destination;

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have left for a two-week honeymoon in a secret hideaway in the Indian Ocean.

The newlyweds will stay in an exclusive villa that costs £4,000-a-night and is said to be located on one of the most beautiful and romantic islands in the world.

The Duke and Duchess are believed to have flown out by private jet yesterday before being taken by helicopter from the mainland to the tropical retreat.

William’s car was apparently seen leaving Anglesey, north Wales, yesterday accompanied by a police Range Rover piled high with luggage.

A spokesman for St James’s Palace said he would not confirm their honeymoon destination, although according to reports, the couple may have headed for the Seychelles.

The country is made up of more than 100 palm-fringed islands.

The spokesman added William has taken two weeks leave from operational duties.

‘We are not confirming and we are not commenting on speculation on where they may be going on their private honeymoon, we are just confirming that they have gone,’ he said.

‘The couple have asked that their privacy be respected during their honeymoon.’

I hope the couple have a fantastic time on their honeymoon.

Who knows, when they return in a couple of weeks, maybe we’ll have news of another heir to the throne?

Whitney Houston Banned From Prince Concerts

Whitney Houston has lost her Prince concert privileges

According to TMZ, the Purple One’s people became so fed up with her erratic behavior and constant ticket demands, she’s no longer allowed at his shows.

According to sources, Whitney attended several Prince concerts in the last few weeks and appeared to be “intoxicated” at each show.

As previously reported, Houston entered a rehab facility for drug abuse.

“Whitney Houston is currently in an out-patient rehab program for drug and alcohol treatment,” Houston’s rep said. “Whitney voluntarily entered the program to support her long-standing recovery process.”

Houston has publicly battled drugs and alcohol in the past, entering rehab both in 2004 and 2005.

Recently, Houston’s 18-year-old daughter Bobbi Kristina has been caught up in an alleged cocaine scandal of her own.

Come on Whitney, get your chit together!

Arnold Schwarzenegger & Maria Shriver Split Details

It was announced yesterday that former California governor Arnold Schwarzenegger and wife of 25 years Maria Shriver have separated.

A joint statement the couple released states; “After a great deal of thought, reflection, discussion and prayer, we came to this decision together. At this time, we are living apart while we work on the future of our relationship.”

The statement continues “We are continuing to parent our four children together. They are the light and center of both of our lives.”

“We consider this a private matter and neither we nor any of our friends or family will have further comment.”

According to a report by TMZ, Ms Shriver moved out of the couple’s Brentwood mansion months ago;

We’re told Maria moved out of the couple’s L.A. mansion months ago. Sources tell us she’s been extremely unhappy in her marriage for years, complaining about Arnold’s out of control ego, as well as his womanizing.

We’re also told Maria feels Arnold has ignored her for years and she’s felt terribly unappreciated.

Sources say the couple has spent “very little time together” for several years. Maria was frequently absent from Sacramento while Arnold was Governor.

The situation got worse once Arnold left office and decided he wanted to resurrect his movie career. Maria felt Arnold was becoming more erratic — more “unstable.”

Our sources say Maria’s religious views caused her deep distress over whether to split and/or divorce. As one source put it: “She’s been a lost soul for a long time.”

I don’t know about you, but I found this announcement very shocking. They are/were one of those couples I believed could weather any storm.

Paul McCartney and Wife No. 3 Have No Pre-Nup?

Paul McCartney and his girlfriend of over four years, Nancy Shevell, are engaged to be married and once again, Paul is considering not having a pre-nuptial agreement.

“His friends and business advisers think he’s crazy after what happened with his ex, but Paul is insisting Nancy is no Heather,” a family insider said. “There’s no need to make marriage a business arrangement.”

According to the Daily Mail, Paul’s legal team has drawn up a single-page agreement that says if the marriage doesn’t work out, then she won’t go after the trust funds for his kids. That’s it.

Obviously, all he needs is love.

Kirstie Alley Says Sh#t On Live TV (Video)

Kirstie Alley danced her best marks of the season last night on Dancing with the Stars.

However, during Bruno Tonioli‘s critique, Alley apparently wasn’t happy and dropped the s-bomb on live television, but the ABC censors caught it. In fact, they seemed to panic by tapping the button several times.

Alley and her partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy both clapped their hands over her mouth, but were told it was okay.

“That’s why we have people on a button,” Bergeron explained. “Let them earn their money on the button back there.”

Alley, 60, admitted she was consuming 1,400 calories a day — not a lot considering she’s training several hours daily while competing on DWTS.

"I don't think it's enough. She doesn't eat," Maks said to camera. "She's not eating."

Alley said she would increase her caloric intake to 2,000 on Maks’ advice.

Maybe she’s angry, cause she’s hungry?
