Selena Gomez Kisses Justin Bieber, Suffers Wardrobe Malfunction (Photos & Video)

Selena Gomez showed up at the Billboard Music Awards with a revealing black dress by Dolce & Gabbana.

But she should have put a little more thought into the color of her panties.

When her boyfriend Justin Bieber won the awards for best Digital Artist, Selena was caught on tape with a huge wardrobe malfunction.

It appeared as if her skirt pulled down, exposing her white panties!

Bieber took home several awards home with him tonight.

After winning, he tweeted, "Wooooohoooooooo!!!"

Rihanna & Britney Spears Kiss While Performing ‘S&M’ (Photos & Video)

Britney Spears and Rihanna kicked off the Billboard Music Awards Sunday night with a racy live performance of their “S&M” remix, complete with a sexy kiss.

If you just had a flashback of Spears and Madonna‘s steamy onstage kiss at the MTV awards, you’re not alone.

Along with the kiss, there was handcuffs, pole dancing and a pillow fight.

The two women topped off their show with a sexy pillow fight, hitting the male dancers with the bedding until feathers flew in the air.

Host Ken Jeong followed with a musical number featuring cameos by Nicki Minaj and Pat Monahan.

Taylor Swift, Justin Bieber and Taio Cruz won the first awards of the night — Billboard 200 Album Artist of the Year, Digital Artist of the Year and Hot 100 Song of the Year, respectively.

Charlie Sheen To Endorse Sugar Daddies

Earlier this week, Charlie Sheen received an offer he cannot refuse. The social networking site, EstablishedMen.com, has offered Charlie $3,000,000 to endorse their website for three years.

So what is EstablishedMen.com all about? Well, it is a social networking site for rich, 'Established' men seeking beautiful, needy women (Gold Diggers).

According to TMZ, the website would be hired as president of Established Men. As president, Charlie would be running sales, promotions, and advertising in return for a 50% interest in the site.

Also a big plus for Charlie would be that they could not fire him for 'moral turpitude.' So now he would be free to have as many strippers, porn stars and cocaine parties as he desires.

The only down side for Charlie would be that the deal is exclusive, which means he would not be able to work for anyone else.

But, it's not like he's doing much anyways. I say take the job Charlie!

Selena Gomez Paints Horses Pink, Enrages PETA

Selena Gomez was shooting her latest video "Love You Like a Love Song" Friday afternoon on the beach in Malibu, when out broke some spray paint.

After the pop star was spotted with pink painted horses at the location, animal right advocates including PETA were up in arms.

"There are no safe ways to paint a live horse or any animal; they can have painful allergic reactions to chemicals and there's no way to know how an individual animal will react," a rep for PETA told Celebuzz.

What’s next Selena, dogs… cats… hamsters?

This is something that I would expect from Paris Hilton, not Selena.

PETA isn’t the only one who’s fuming mad… so is the singer, P!nk!

The singer tweeted, “If there are any animal activists around Malibu-at Leo Cabrillo State beach, there are horses being painted for a stupid music video. Shame.”

She continued, “Artists should be more aware and responsible for their actions.”

After discovering that it was Selena Gomez’s new video, P!nk said, “oh lord, THAT’S whose video it was? Disney fans unite. here we go. RT @PinkFans_ NEWS: @SelenaGomez fans are angry with @Pink.”

Stephen King Would Cast Lindsay Lohan In ‘Carrie’

Horror author Stephen King‘s novels have long been a staple in Hollywood movie studios. Most of his works have been translated into feature length films, or TV series.

When Deadline broke the news that his first book Carrie, was undergoing the modern day film retelling, the writer just had to chime in with his two cents.

While talking with Entertainment Weekly, King had this to say about the revamped telling of Carrie; "I've heard rumblings about a Carrie remake, as I have about The Stand and It. Who knows if it will happen? The real question is why, when the original was so good? I mean, not Casablanca, or anything, but a really good horror-suspense film, much better than the book.”

King went on to say “Piper Laurie really got her teeth into the bad-mom thing. Although Lindsay Lohan as Carrie White… hmmm. It would certainly be fun to cast. I guess I could get behind it if they turned the project over to one of the Davids: Lynch or Cronenberg."

Don’t get your hopes up though folks, King’s suggestion was merely a joking quip about what he would do if he were involved with the film’s process – which he is not.

Playwright and comic writer Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa has been hired to pen the script, with no word on possible casting or directing duties. MGM Studios is the company behind the re-telling.

But who knows, maybe someone from MGM’s camp will read the rumors and suggest Lindsay for the part… yeah, I’m thinking not so much.

Katy Perry Tweets, ‘My Husband Has Been Deported!’

Katy Perry tweeted Sunday that her husband, British comedian and actor Russell Brand, was deported from Japan upon arriving in the country to watch her perform.

Taking to the social media outlet, the singer wrote, “So…my husband just got deported from Japan. I am so. sad. I brought him all this way to show him my favorite place #tokyodreamscrushed.”

An immigration official in Tokyo declined to confirm Brand’s deportation. “We don’t make comments on such a matter because of privacy concerns,” the official told AFP.

Later, Brand posted a series of messages and photos on his own Twitter account.

“Planning escape from Japanese custody. It’s bloody hard to dig a tunnel with a chopstick,” he wrote.

Chopstick and a rice paddy? Tacky!

Brand’s time in detention left him developing sympathy for the authorities holding him, tweeting, “Stockholm syndrome kicking in. Just asked my guard out for (vegetarian) sushi. He giggled.”

Perry said the eviction stems from “priors from over 10 years ago!”

She also tweeted, “I think I’m turning Japanese, I think I’m turning japanese… I really think so. I love u Japan, I really do.”

Brand was arrested last September when he allegedly attacked a photographer at Los Angeles International Airport while shielding then-fiancee Perry from paparazzi. He married the 26-year-old in India last October.

Perry is in Japan for a series of concert dates in Tokyo, Osaka and Nagoya.

Lady Gaga Performs With Fake Baby Bump, Gives Birth On SNL (Video)

After watching last night's hilarious Saturday Night Live season finale with Justin Timberlake and musical guest Lady Gaga, I've been singing "3-Way (The Golden Rule)" all morning.

Perhaps the most shocking moment would be Lady Gaga giving birth on stage.

Gaga revisited the futuristic birth theme of her February Grammy performance of “Born This Way,” adding a fake baby bump and a live birth.

Once again, the superstar emerged from an egg-shaped structure. However, after being enveloped by her dancers for an onstage costume change, Mother Monster ramped up the drama by getting outfitted with a prosthetic latex-covered pregnancy belly.

Gaga then had her crew hoist her onto a throne while they caressed her body.

The grand finale, giving birth to a puff of glitter. Gross.

Justin Timberlake was upfront about how he wasn't going to sing, while singing his opening monologue.

This boy needs to put out another album already.
