‘Girl With The Dragon Tattoo’ Red Band Trailer Controversy (Video)

This past weekend, we were treated to a red band trailer for the upcoming David Fincher film titled The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo, about a young hacker named Lisbeth, whose hatred and violence towards men is central to the film’s plot.

Rooney Mara stars as Lisbeth in the film adaptation.

When watching the red band trailer for the film, you will obviously notice the shaky camera, and poor image quality. This is supposedly due to it being an illegally obtained trailer that was shown in European theaters.

And with that premise in mind, the inconsistencies begin.

So, if the aforementioned footage was shot in a European movie house, then why would a United States red band, with the MPAA approval have preceded the footage? And the camera shots, although a little grainy, are still pretty decent quality. Much better than one would expect from an illegal cam shot.

Also, there is the newly created YouTube account which posted the video. User dobvlvstiuwir‘s account was created on May 28th, the same day as the leaked footage.

Now either it’s someone who is scared of having their identity discovered and facing possible legal action, OR it’s a cleverly thought out ploy by the production company to build up momentum for the film’s release come December.

The Hollywood Reporter makes the suggestion that this may be the case here. And seeing as though Sony Pictures is not racing to have the trailer removed, their theory seems plausible.

Arnold Schwarzenegger’s Lonely Memorial Day

Arnold Schwarzenegger spent his Memorial Day weekend alone while his estranged family enjoyed fun in the sun at their Malibu home.

Schwarzenegger spent time at his home in Sun Valley, Idaho, but by the end of the weekend he flew back to Los Angeles.

On Sunday the whole family went out to dinner in Malibu, minus the former governor.

As if Arnold isn’t dealing with enough problems in his personal and professional life, Memorial Day weekend brought out more women with claims of Arnold's infidelity, but not all were negative.

First the negative, stand-up comedian Sandra Bernhard is now claiming Schwarzenegger hit on her in the 70s. She is quoted as saying, "In the 70s when I moved to LA I was on the beach by Gold's Gym. I was young, skinny as a stick, staring at the ocean, dreaming of the future, and Arnold came up to me, and he was hitting one me! I don't date Germans so nothing happened."

Um Sandra, he's Austrian not German.

Now for the somewhat positive, a former nanny to the Schwarzenegger clan claims Arnold was a very flirty, but he never once got physical with her or any other staffer. She went on to say that Mildred Baena must have vigorously pursued the governor because in her opinion he was respectful to all of the female staffers.

Well if Arnold gets lonely during the next holiday, he could always just call up someone from his little black book. I'm sure it's about the size of a dictionary.

Snooki Gets In Car Crash With Cops

Jersey Shore star, Snooki, was taken into custody on Monday in Florence, Italy after crashing into a police vehicle.

The police cruiser was an appointed escort for the cast's safety.

TMZ reports that alcohol was not involved and there were no serious injuries, although two police officers were taken to the emergency room to be treated for whiplash, cuts and bruises.

Accoding to a witness, Snooki crashed into the rear of the police car causing her vehicle to be wedged in between it and a highway divider wall. Deena Cortesse was in the passenger seat during the accident and had to climb out of the window because the door was blocked by the wall.

Snooki and Denna were taken to central police station of Florence to file paperwork, but they were not arrested.

With every passing day the Jersey Shore cast seems to be destroying the beauty and culture of Europe, they’re like the modern day Black Plague.

‘True Blood’ 3 min Sneak Peak (Video)

The new season of the hit HBO series, True Blood, is coming soon and highly anticipated season is getting a lot of buzz.

Recently promos for the 'vampire' series have been getting released and from what we have seen, this season could prove to be the most entertaining and drama-filled yet.

The over-arching drama of this season seems to be the fight for Sookie's love by three men: Bill, Alcide and Eric.

The first three minutes of the first episode have recently been released by HBO. Watch below…

Another sneak peek for the show will be released in the next week.

In another promo, entitled 'Breaking Up Sucks‘, we see Sookie drifting away from Bill as she falls into the arms of the werewolf, Alcide. While, as the clip continues, Eric proclaims his possession over Sookie and telling her, "You are mine."

In anticipation for the new show, Allie Is Wired's own Matt Valdez was able to get a few behind the scenes shots on the set while the show was being filmed in Los Angeles.

Security was tight, but he was able to retrieve some photos of the set and crew.

The set was at an older looking mansion in a neighborhood in LA, but the magic of Hollywood will probably change it to fit into the Louisiana based show.

The National Memorial Day Parade Features Gary Sinise, Honors 9/11 Victims

Actor Gary Sinise is as passionate about U.S. military personnel and their families as he is about CSI: New York.

Sinise, former astronaut and Korean War veteran Buzz Aldrin and “Wheel of Fortune’s” Pat Sajak attended the National Memorial Day Parade, honoring 9/11 victims, according to the Washington Post.

A special tribute to 9/11 victims and first responders is scheduled and medal recipients from various wars and conflicts will be highlighted.

Sinise spends much of his time visiting with and raising money for troops and their families. He says he’s frequently teased by the troops about his role in Forrest Gump.

"I go out and visit the troops and they always call me Lieutenant Dan," he said. "I figure that is just part of being in a successful movie, so I just embrace it," he recently told Fox News.

Lady Gaga’s ‘Monster Ball’ Made Her Bankrupt!

Lady Gaga might be one of the world’s most famous and powerful celebrities right now, but that certainly doesn’t stop her from going bankrupt!

Apparently, she over shopped on her elaborate stage costumes for her Monster Ball!

Her Monster Ball tour amassed a grand total of approximately $224.4 million, but she still managed to put herself into $3 million worth of debt, without even realizing it.

“I put everything in the show and I actually went bankrupt after the first extension of the [tour],” she said.

“And it was funny because I didn’t know! I had five No 1 singles, the Monster Ball’s doing great, and they said, ‘Well, you’re $3 million in debt’.”

Gaga spent 18 months on the road promoting her album The Fame Monster, and played over 200 shows in that time. Monster Ball is one of the all time largest concert tour earners.

Good thing she’s a frugal one when it comes to spending her money, otherwise she’d be in big trouble financially.

During the interview, Lady Gaga told Stephen Fry the only big things she had purchased “are my dad’s heart valve and a Rolls-Royce for my parents, for their anniversary.”

Justin Bieber may still be frolicking on the beach with his honey Selena Gomez, but footage taken while on the Asian leg of his world tour has surfaced, and it’s got the gang over here at Allie is Wired laughing our butts off.

When Biebus landed at the Hong Kong airport, I’m guessing that he had anticipated the terminal to be crowded with fans as per usual.

He arrived equipped for the insanity accompanied by an army of bodyguards, around twenty of them.

That should take care of any crazed fan that tried to get too close to the Biebs, right?

Well, it would seem that Justin may have over compensated just a little bit… Check it out.

As it happened, there were only about seven fans total awaiting his arrival at the airport. A far cry from the 10 million people who follow the young star on twitter.

Chin up biebs, you’ll have plenty more opportunity to elicit stalkers. No worries. LOL.

Co-stars Mila Kunis and Justin Timberlake can soon be seen at theaters in the upcoming Friends With Benefits.

Friends With Benefits is a romantic comedy about the complications that can occur within a seemingly simple sexual arrangement between friends.

Kunis and Timberlake filmed a public service announcement to spoof on the theme of the film, check it out!

The film also stars Woody Harrelson, Emma Stone and Rashida Jones, and will hit theaters for a July 22, 2011 release.

Lindsay Lohan Earns A Paycheck (Photo)

While currently confined to her home for the house arrest portion of her sentence, Lindsay Lohan is still managing to make a living.

Blu Cigs, a company that manufactures electronic cigarettes, has hired Linds on to help market their product.

Lindsay says she will spend her 35 days of house arrest catching up on reading scripts, painting and recovering from her addictions.

It’s nice to see that she means ALL of her addictions, including her smoking habit.

No word on how much she’s making for the endorsement.

Justin Bieber is the second celebrity to reach 10 million followers on Twitter.

Lady Gaga was the first celebrity to reach the 10 million mark just a few weeks ago, now Bieber is right on her heels.

What does Bieber think of the milestone?

He could care less, as he and singer Selena Gomez are too busy having sex in Maui, Hawaii.

He did send out his prayers to Sean Kingston tonight saying, “got my friend @seankingston in my prayers tonight. a true friend and big bro. please keep him in your prayers tonight as well.” Kingston has suffered serious injuries in a jet skiing accident.

According to the Daily Mail, Gomez has received death threats after the kissing pictures surfaced.

Avril Lavigne Hurls Obscenities During Tampa Bay Rays Performance (Video)

Avril Lavigne seemed happy when she threw the first pitch during a Tampa Bay Rays ballgame, but that was short lived.

According to reports, Avril’s mic stopped working at the beginning of her performance and she responded to the subsequent boos from the crowd by yelling obscenities.

Rays rep Rick Vaughn told TMZ, “The Rays demand profanity-free performances from all of our concert performers and we are extremely disappointed by the language used in last night’s show. It is not consistent with the family-friendly atmosphere that Tropicana Field is known for.”

Allegedly, the obscenities weren’t directed at anyone in particular.

You’d think someone in the planning team would have actually heard of Lavigne and did a little research since the Rays are trying to provide a "family friendly atmosphere."

Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo married pageant queen and TV reporter Candice Crawford on Saturday.

The wedding took place in Dallas and was reportedly attended by 600 guests.

Among those in attendance, were singer Ashanti and former Dallas Cowboy Troy Aikman, as well as Chace Crawford and Jerry Jones, the Cowboys’ owner (who sought league approval to attend the event during the NFL lockout).

Romo ended his nearly two-year romance with Jessica Simpson in late July 2009. His other famous exes include Carrie Underwood and Sophia Bush.

Sean Kingston Seriously Injured in Miami Accident

Sean Kingston was rushed to Jackson Memorial Hospital Sunday night after being injured in a bad jet skiing accident Sunday evening.

City of Miami Fire Rescue crews responded to the scene and rushed the singer and one other person to the hospital.

Jorge Pino, a spokesman with the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, said Kingston and his female passenger “needed medical attention.”

The cause of the crash was still under investigation as of Sunday night.

Kingston’s rep told TMZ, “”Sean Kingston was in an accident today. No further details are available at the moment. He and his family thank everyone for the well-wishes.”

Adrianne Curry & Christopher Knight Divorcing

Five years after tying the knot, Christopher Knight and Adrianne Curry have decided to end their marriage.

“After starting a relationship with what seemed to be irreconcilable differences, the couple has reached a period where those differences are no longer appreciated,” their manager told Hollyscoop. “The decision was mutually reached after it became clear to both that some perspective was needed in order to assess their unique union. They still love one another but need some distance to consider their future.”

Brad Pitt Talks About Marriage & Parenthood (Interview)

Brad Pitt opened up in a new interview about family life with Angelina Jolie.

“The kids ask about marriage,” he said to USA Today. “It’s meaning more and more to them. So it’s something we’ve got to look at.”

The ‘Tree of Life’ star admits that fears about his six kids’ safety “keep me up at night.”

Reflecting on what parenthood means to him, he explains, “Kids hold up a mirror to you….You can’t make excuses. You’ve got to make sure they’ve brushed their teeth and eaten a good breakfast. You want to be present if they wake up with a bad dream.”

A round-the-clock nightmare for the Pitt-Jolie brood? The Paparazzi. “We’re hunted,” he says, “Our kids have to live behind a gate. Outside, there are people with cameras.”

“But I’ll take the trade-off,” he adds. “I never knew I was capable of experiencing so much love.”

Sharing a glimpse at how his large family manages a globe-trotting lifestyle, jetting between movie sets and premieres, the actor says the older ones are home-schooled, and he describes the Jolie-Pitt travel style:

“On the road, we’re a military mobile unit…. The kids have got their stuff down to one backpack, and they’re each responsible for their own bag. Mom does the packing. She’s quite gifted at that; puts in just what we need, nothing extra.”

“Angie and I do everything we can to carve out some semblance of normalcy for them, to re-create the kinds of moments that were special for us,” he adds. “It’s not unusual for the kids to be covered in paint. We have mud fights. It’s chaos from morning until the lights go out, and sometimes after that.”

And normalcy at home includes keeping love alive between Mom and Dad.

“There are no secrets at our house,” Pitt says with a smile. “We tell the kids, ‘Mom and Dad are going off to kiss.’ They go, ‘Eww, gross!’ But we demand it.”

Jennifer Lopez Sex Tape Will Be Released

Jennifer Lopez may have just wrapped up a highly succussful debut season as an ‘American Idol‘ judge, but her legal battle to keep embarrassing home video from her first marriage under wraps has failed.

Ojani Noa has won the lengthy legal battle, allowing the intimate home video of J.Lo to be released.

The footage, which may or may not contain nudity, was allegedly shot during the pop singer’s short marriage to the former waiter. The two tied the knot in 1997 before splitting months later. Noa was J.Lo’s first husband.

J.Lo’s ex recently sold the video to his current girlfriend, who is already going forward with a scheme to release the footage. On Friday, according to RadarOnline, a judge in the case has ruled that it was legal.

Why would a judge allow this?

Former baseball player and admitted steroid-abuser, Jose Canseco is in love pop diva, Lady Gaga.

The 46-year-old Canseco has posted a number of tweets expressing his infatuation with the "Born This Way" singer.

Canseco posted a series of loving tweets about Gaga, including:

It seems like Twitter is the new place to hook up. Just last week we reported the online love affair between Ke$ha and rapper, T-Pain.

He said in an interview with KYMA-TV in Yuma, Arizona, “I am the biggest Lady Gaga fan ever. I just think she tells it how it is, she says she’s born that way, you have to accept it, and that’s all there is to it. It’s very simple.”

Robert Kardashian Doubts Kim Will Make It Down The Aisle (Audio)

Kim Kardashian‘s little brother Rob talked with Kidd’s Hollywood 5 co-host Hyla in Hollywood and gave them his take on the news of her engagement to New Jersey Nets forward Kris Humphries.

The younger Kardashian sibling while happy for his sister, didn’t seem too confident that the couple would make it to the altar.

In the interview Rob said; “I just don’t feel confident because Kim has always been so like, you know, she’s, how old?”

He continued, “She’s just been through a lot of relationships and she always gets hurt or never finds the right dude, but Kris is a really good dude. They’ve had their own personal, private relationship a long time now and I feel like they are a really good match for each other.”

Apparently Rob knew nothing about the situation until the impromptu engagement party was held. You know.. the one with the mini horses!

Shannon Elizabeth Signs On For ‘American Reunion’

Well, it looks like things are coming along nicely over at Universal. Another star of the original American Pie film has signed on the dotted line to join the cast in the forth theatrical installment of the franchise.

Shannon Elizabeth played Czech exchange student Nadia in the first two films.

Deadline reports;

Shannon Elizabeth, who had been one of the last holdouts from the original American Pie cast, has signed on to appear in the upcoming Universal-produced fourquel, American Reunion. She will join her co-stars Jason Biggs, Seann William Scott, Alyson Hannigan, Thomas Ian Nicholas, Chris Klein, Eugene Levy, Tara Reid, Eddie Kaye Thomas, Jennifer Coolidge and Mena Suvari who are all set to return.

The film’s plot centers around the gang meeting up again for their East Great Falls 10 year high-school reunion.

Things are rolling along, and production is set to start next week in Atlanta, Georgia.

We can expect to see American Reunion in theaters April 6th 2012.

Lady Gaga Zip-Lines Onto Good Morning America Stage (Videos)

Lady Gaga wowed the crowd in New York City’s Central Park this morning when she zip-lined onto the stage for her appearance on Good Morning America.

The artist has a penchant for the dramatic, and her entrance certainly thrilled the record setting GMA concert crowd.

Hosts Robin Roberts and George Stephanopoulos spoke with the Born This Way singer about her music, her fans, and her entrance.

Gaga’s zip-line stunt was accompanied by music from the Indiana Jones movies. It was epic!

Roberts commented on how many fans had been camped out for days in the park, and that there was no violence, but rather a sense of community… of family.

Gaga responded with “They’re MY family”, to which the crowd cheered.

The woman certainly never fails to entertain and to inspire. Gaga, you are amazing!

‘Grease’ Actor Jeff Conaway Dead At 60

After being removed from life support yesterday, the actor and former Celebrity Rehab patient died today. Jeff Conaway was 60 years old.

He had been comatose for the last few weeks due to pneumonia and sepsis. A condition caused by many years of substance abuse which took their toll on the actor’s health.

When reports surfaced of his hospitalization, it was implied that he fell into a coma due to a drug overdose. According to Dr. Drew Pinsky who treated the star on his stint on Celebrity Rehab, this was not the case.

Sadly, Conaway’s life had been marked by unsteady work and admitted drug use – most notably addictions to cocaine, alcohol and prescription drugs.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends at this difficult time. May you rest in peace dear Sir.

Casey Anthony’s Father Testifies At Murder Trial

The murder trial of Casey Anthony is in full swing, and Thursday, George Anthony returned to the stand to describe the day he went looking for the missing gas can in the trunk of the white Pontiac where little Caylee‘s body was said to be decomposing.

The prosecution contends that Casey would not allow her father near the trunk of the car and pushed past him so he could not get a clear view.

While under cross examination, Mr. Anthony lost his composure with his daughter’s defense lawyer. He was accused two days earlier of having molested daughter Casey from the time she was eight years old.

Casey is using this molestation charge as justification for her actions. She claims that she is messed up because of what happened in her childhood and can not cope with situations the way a well adjusted adult might.

The defendant’s story has changed many times throughout the investigation, first stating that her daughter was abducted by a fictitious nanny, then changing the story to an accidental drowning in the family’s swimming pool.

She is also claiming that after the drowning, her father George insisted that she cover it up.

I must ask the question however, if you were distraught at the disappearance of your child, would you be out partying mere days later?

And if your child had accidentally drowned, why would you take such measures as to duct tape her mouth shut and dump the body in the woods?

The more this bitch talks, the more guilty she proves herself to be.

Now, I’ve never been one who condoned the death penalty. However, if she is proven guilty beyond a shadow of a doubt, and I suspect that she will be, I may personally offer to throw the switch.

The photos are quite intimate in nature and speculation is abundant as to the sexual nature of their relationship. Many have brought up the fact that Bieber wears a ‘promise ring‘.

Rihanna And Chris Brown Secretly Back Together?

A newspaper in the U.K. is claiming that R&B superstar Rihanna and former boyfriend Chris Brown are secretly getting back together.

‘Ri-Ri’ took a lot of flack recently from her fans when it was noted that she is now following him with her twitter account.

One fan tweeted Rihanna “I never thought you would go back to him! You better not, its your life but you do have ppl that look up to you.”

Which of course prompted a heated response from the singer “its f#ckin twitter, not the alter! calm down”. Rihanna later apologized to the fan for her tweet.

U.K.’s Now Magazine claims;

The restraining order she’d taken out was lifted in February in time for the Grammys and our sources say Ri-Ri, 23, has met up with Chris twice since then.

'Ri-Ri’s always loved Chris – that never changed,’ reveals a source. 'They’ve texted and Skyped each other a lot recently and met up at a mutual friend’s house in Los Angeles after the restraining order expired.’

Sources close to the couple tell Now they want to give things another shot.

'Ri-Ri wants to be with Chris but is worried about her career and fans,’ says our insider.

‘She’s trying to find a way to take him back publicly without letting down her supporters, her management and her friends or setting a bad example.

‘Chris has said he’ll be as patient as she needs him to be but after being slammed on Twitter for just following him, she’s begun to worry that they may never get to be together in public.’

The two former lovers have yet to be photographed together publicly, so right now this is simply rumor.

‘Grease’ Star Jeff Conaway Taken Off Life Support

After being hospitalized on May 11th for what was thought to be a drug overdose, Grease star and former Celebrity Rehab patient Jeff Conaway is to be taken of the life support that has been sustaining him.

Family has been told that there is no brain function, and have already removed his feeding tube. A no resuscitate order has been issued.

The star’s family have been sitting vigil at the hospital since his admission, he was in a coma when he arrived. He has not woken since, and doctors have said that it is unlikely he will live without the breathing apparatus.

A source close to the situation spoke with RadarOnline saying “Doctors advised the family that Jeff has had no brain function since he was brought into the hospital.”

“The feeding tube has already been removed. The ventilator which is breathing for Jeff, will be removed sometime this afternoon. No measures will be made to try and revive him once the breathing tube is removed,” the friend added.

“Jeff has remained unconscious and is unaware of what is going on.”

According to Dr. Drew Pinsky who treated Conaway on Celebrity Rehab, the actor now 60 is suffering from pneumonia and sepsis and as a result slipped into a coma.

Our thoughts are with his family at this difficult time.

Jonathan Lipnicki Files Restraining Order

The little kid from ‘Jerry Maguire’, Jonathan Lipnicki, is freaked out by his trespassing ex.

The former child star has filed a request for a restraining order against an actress he used to date who allegedly broke into his home and threatened to "annihilate" him.

Lipnicki claims he was alseep in bed on May 14 when his roommates let actress Amber Watson into his apartment.

Watson, who is 5-foot-7 and 100 pounds, ran to the bedroom, pulled off his sheets and threatened him.

Lipnicki says in court papers, “When I tried to get up, she tried to pin me to my bed. I had to move her off me physically…she threatened to annihilate me.”

The L.A. County Superior Court judge granted the temporary restraining order on May 16 which requires Watson to stay at least 100 yards away from Lipnicki.

I wonder what Jonathan did that could have angered this girl to want to "annihilate" him?

Perhaps she is just a crazy ex, and who doesn't have at least one of those?

Jay-Z Films Beyoncé Rehearsing In Dressing Room (Video)

On last night’s American Idol, one of the stand out performers for the evening was Beyoncé singing her new song 1+1.

What we didn’t get to see was her backstage rehearsal prior to going live. Hubby Jay-Z filmed her in her dressing room. No mics, no sound effects. Just brilliance.

Jay-Z posted the home video, quite possibly recorded on his iPhone, to his website Life & Times with a caption that read; “Sometimes you need perspective. You've been right in front of greatness so often that you need to step back and see it again for the first time. This is the dressing room rehearsal for American Idol. NO MICROPHONE. No effects.”

I was speechless. That voice is so ethereal, I could not have guessed it was so lovely. Albums and concerts can’t do justice to something that sounds like that.

Lindsay Lohan Begins House Arrest Today

Today at 5:02 AM, Lindsay Lohan arrived at Lynwood Jail to check in to start her house arrest.

Lohan received an electronic ankle bracelet and then returned home to begin her sentence. She will spend her 35 day confinement at her townhouse in Venice, CA.

Not only will Lindsay be serving her 35 day house arrest, but she is also responsible for completing 480 hours of community service.

Poor Lindsay, what will she do in her multi-million dollar home in beautiful, sunny California?

Scotty McCreery And Lauren Alaina – Hot New Couple? (Video)

Last night’s American Idol winner is making headlines today, but not just for his win over fellow contestant Lauren Alaina.

When his name was announced there was some kissy-face action going on between new Idol Scotty McCreery and his runner up. Are they dating?

After the finale’s broadcast finished, I thought for sure there must be something going on there. Today, the internet is all abuzz from an interview with Entertainment Tonight that Lauren gave where she stated that Scotty “might be my boyfriend, he might not be my boyfriend”.

WHAT?

McCreery of course denied the suggestion, stating rather that he and Lauren were merely very close friends, and that he is still single.

Yeah, right.

That might be true for right now, but I don’t think the situation will remain as such for very long. The two will be part of a customary American Idol tour where they will spend even more time in close contact with one another.

Thinks could change quickly. I’m starting my official ‘couple watch’ now.

Paula Abdul Fed Kara DioGuardi Pot Brownies (Video)

Apparently Paula Abdul is a drug pusher.

Former ‘Idol’ judge and current star of ‘Platinum Hit‘ Kara DioGuardi visited George Lopez on ‘Lopez Tonight‘ on Wednesday claiming that she was once stayed at Abdul’s house and found herself “high as a kite,” after accidentally eating pot brownies.

“The maid at the time found some brownies in the freezer and put them in the refrigerator … I hadn’t really eaten much that night,” DioGuardi said, telling Lopez she had about six of the tiny brownies without realizing they were tainted.

“Six hours later I was like, ‘What’s going on?’” she said. “I fell out of bed, on the floor and stumbled down stairs … and the ambulance comes, and this guy is like, ‘This b-tch is high as a kite!”

DioGuardi said she spent the following three days sick in bed. “I was hallucinating, I was on an IV. I stumbled out like junkie … it was bad news!”

Paula Abdul had pot brownies in her refrigerator?

Kara claims the brownies weren’t Abdul’s, but rather a friend left them there after a party. Uh huh, yeah.
