You were all probably thinking, Lindsay Lohan will never be able to remain sober.

Well, you might be right.

Here’s Lindsay, lying in the street outside some night club in Manhattan, after a night out at a bar with some friends.

There’s no hope, is there? Now the Los Angeles County Probation Department will have even more stuff on the list of reasons why the judge should violate her probation when she appears in court next week.

Carrie Ann Inaba Gets Engaged on ‘LIVE! with Regis & Kelly’ (Video)

"Dancing with the Stars" judge Carrie Ann Inaba received a surprise proposal today from long-time beau Jesse Sloan.

It happened while the Hawaiian-born actress/dancer/choreographer was filling in for Kelly Ripa on “LIVE! with Regis & Kelly.”

As she dispelled rumors about being engaged and accepted a mock engagement ring from guest Jake Gyllenhaal, she had no idea that it was all a set up. The true plot was unveiled near the end of the show when Regis Philbin responded to a staged question about how best to propose.

The lights dimmed, violinists took their cue and out popped Sloan with a 2 ½ carat diamond ring. He then got down on bended knee and delivered a touching, heart-felt proposal. It was really too cute for words.

A tearful Inaba accepted.

She later gushed to PEOPLE: “Love is the one thing in life that makes everything worthwhile. To find a man that I love and have him love me in return is beyond words.”

Awww…isn't that romantic!

Inaba, 43, and Sloan, 39, have been dating for two years.

Emily Deschanel is prego!

The 34 year-old "Bones" star and hubby David Hornsby are expecting their first child, according to PEOPLE.

Sister Zooey Deschanel let the cat out of the bag when she tweeted: "My big sister, Emily (aka bones) Deschanel and her husby, David Hornsby, are going to have a baby! I am super excited to be an aunt!"

Hornsby, an actor, writer and producer, plays Rickety Cricket on "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia. The couple met in 2007, and married last fall. They will welcome their new addition later this year.

"Barefoot Contessa" Ina Garten is getting a taste of what it's liked to be snubbed. Last week, the Food Network star turned down a 6-year old cancer patient's wish to cook a meal with her. Now, she's the one getting the cold shoulder – from the Make-A-Wish kid and his family.

When word got out that she couldn't find time for little Enzo Pereda, Garten became public enemy # 1. And apparently she didn't like taking all that heat.

“This has been a disaster for Ina. She buried her head in the sand for days hoping the bad publicity would go over, but it didn’t,” a source told PopEater's Rob Shuter.

“She was worried her initial reaction was hurting her business,”

According to TMZ, the celebrity chef called the Pereda family on Monday to make amends. But after she had already blown off their child twice, they weren't having it.

“I don’t want to put my son through all these emotions. We’re better off just leaving everything the way it is,” Pereda's father Adrian said.

Little Enzo has moved on. His new wish – to swim with dolphins – will be fulfilled by the Make-A-Wish Foundation this summer.

While the Pereda's say they have no hard feelings against Garten, I wonder if the Barefoot Contessa's former fans will be so forgiving.

Paris Hilton Has Accomplished Everything

Paris Hilton suddenly realized she has accomplished all she can ever hope to accomplish in this lifetime.

“There’s so many people out there who try to imitate what I do, but I am the original,” she explained.

“I have done everything that I wanted to do, and I have been very successful in every area. So it’s very exciting. There is nothing else to do.”

That said, Hilton said she hopes the next phase of her business career will be in real estate, with her own chain of hotels, restaurants and nightclubs.

Paris and her boyfriend, Cy Waits, kissed each other romantically (HA HA!!) as they arrived at a cocktail party in Mexico City last night.

“It should be harder to be an artist,” Cyrus said to Australia’s Daily Telegraph when asked about the rising viral sensation and her new song, ‘Friday.’ “You shouldn’t just be able to put a song on YouTube and go out on tour.”

But don’t look for her to take to the social airwaves to complain about it.

“I do not Tweet, I do not social network, I try to stay out of it,” she admitted. “For me, I complain enough about people knowing too much about my private life, so to go out there and exploit myself would be silly and hypocritical of what I stand for.”

Cyrus is dealing with it the way she was raised by her father Billy Ray Cyrus to deal with it; by singing. “I don’t lip-sync,” she said proudly. “I would rather someone say I sang like crap than have people see me lip-sync.”

An obvious dig at Britney Spears.

Cyrus was interviewed in advance of her Australian leg of her ‘Gypsy Heart’ tour, and she was excited to share that this set of shows features fewer costume changes, some acoustic songs and a setlist influenced by shout-outs from the crowd, all for a ticket price under $100 (We’re looking at you Britney Spears).

But will she be traveling alone?

“I don’t want to cross out the Australian boys but I may or may not be single … I’m definitely not coming to Australia single.”

Rachel Zoe’s Little Baby Boy

Rachel Zoe and husband Rodger Berman welcomed their first child last week.

On Wednesday, the stylist posted her first photos of little Skyler Morrison. “The 2 loves of my life…@rbermanus and Skyler Morrison. My life is complete,” she posted on her website along with the photo.

Zoe’s rep announced that the 6-pound, 12-ounce baby boy arrived in the world safe and sound last week, “Mom and Dad ‘LITERALLY’ could not be happier or more in love with their son!” Zoe and Berman said in a statement.

Zoe announced her pregnancy in November on Twitter, telling followers, “Hey everyone! I want to officially confirm to my loyal friends and followers that I am pregnant! I feel great, Rodger and I are beyond excited and so thankful for all of your love and support.”

Britney Spears Sued for $10 Million Over Perfume

Britney Spears has been caught up in yet another legal drama.

The “Hold It Against Me” hitmaker has just been slapped with a lawsuit by the company that helped her to secure a perfume deal with Elizabeth Arden.

The lawsuit was filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on Wednesday, March 30. In the court documents, the brand-marketing company claims that Britney and Jamie robbed it of its 35% commission from “any and all products” the singer worked on with Elizabeth Arden, including her Radiance fragrance.

In fact, they claim Spears and her father acted secretly to cut them out of the deal.

“Britney secretly made a separate deal with Elizabeth Arden in a sneaky underhanded effort to circumvent and evade its obligations to Brand Sense,” the suit states. “Effectively, Britney improperly and illegally cut Brand Sense out of the Elizabeth Arden deal.”

The company is seeking declaratory relief in excess of $10 million, as well as compensatory and punitive damages.

No word yet on the suit from Spears’ camp.

David Boreanaz Settles Sexual Harassment Suit

The uber-hunky David Boreanaz has settled the sexual harassment claim brought against him by an extra on his hit show Bones.

The terms of the settlement have not been disclosed. So does that mean he’s guilty?

Kristina Hagan claims the star told her he could “make things happen for her career” in return for sexual favors. Boreanaz apparently also sent Hagan numerous inappropriate text messages, as well as a photo of his genitals.

Hagan’s attorney Gloria Alred filed the papers to have the claim ‘dismissed with prejudice’.

Boreanaz maintains his innocence in this matter.

Question, if you were in Hagan’s position would sue him? I’ve had a crush on David since his Buffy days, and I highly doubt that I would mind being ‘harassed’ by him. He is SOOOOO hot!
