Selena Gomez Bipolar Too?

What is going on with Hollyweird lately? Everyone from Charlie Sheen, to Catherine Zeta-Jones, to Demi Lovato has some sort of bi-polar disorder. My goodness, is it contagious?

One might think so… because apparently squeaky clean Disney bird Selena Gomez has a “sense of bipolar-ness”.

What does that mean? Who knows really, but the young ingenue admits to waking up feeling great and happy and then having her mood flip into sadness on a dime.

Don’t know what she’s complaining about, I mean she leads a great life. She’s loved and viewed by fans and critics as the ‘good girl’, but she wants nothing to do with the good girl thing.

From Selena’s mouth; “The biggest thing that bothers me about that is I never said I wanted to be the good girl.”

“I just wanted to be known for my work. I love my work, my fans. It does bother me that I am being put in that corner.”

I hope this is not for real, because I like Selena. I wish her nothing but goodness, even if she doesn’t want it.

You think maybe her feeling blue has something to do with boyfriend Justin Bieber‘s fans threatening her all the time? It’s possible.

MTV O Music Awards – Complete List Of Winners (Videos)

The MTV O Music Awards aired last night, live from Las Vegas. But you wouldn’t have found it anywhere on your television.

It could only been seen online, via Facebook, MTV websites, or mobile apps. So what exactly are the ‘O Awards’? Well…

To put it simply, it’s an award show dedicated to the online community. Digital music downloads, twitter, facebook, those types of things.

Don’t feel bad, I don’t quite get it either.

According to MTV;

The weeklong O Music Award celebration kicked off on Monday, where two or more winners were announced each day leading up to the main event through a variety of digital platforms including livestreams, social media and digital conferencing. Pre-show winners included Andy Grammer (Most Innovative Music Video), F**k Yeah Adam Lambert (Favorite F**k Yeah Tumblr), Nicki Minaj Gum Twirl (Favorite Animated Gif) and Invisible Instruments (Best Hack). Kanye West, who swept the Best Tweet category nominations, won for the sky high rant "I hate when I'm on a flight and I wake up with a water bottle next to me like oh great now I gotta be responsible for this water bottle."

Following the live event, on Friday, April 29th, the final three awards for Best Music Hashtag, Best Remix and Best iTunes LP will be announced. The O Music Award website will continue to spotlight and herald innovation in the digital music space and will periodically continue to award recipients based on fan demand.

Huh? LOL!

Lady Gaga took home two of the cube shaped awards last night. One for ‘Most Innovative Artist‘ and the other for ‘Must Follow Artist On Twitter‘.

Will it catch on? Guess time will tell.

News of a Charlie Sheen-less re-boot version of Two and a Half men broke yesterday. And so of course our favorite ‘warlock with adonis DNA’ couldn’t resist putting his two cents in.

In a letter to TMZ, Carlos Estevez (Sheen’s real name) told the show’s creator Chuck Lorre where he could stick it… it’s brutal.

MY fans may tune in for a minute, but at the end of the day, no one cares about your feeble show without me. Shame on you. Not even a phone call to the man that put you on the map. The man that put 500 million dollars in your pockets. You were on your way out of Warner Bros. with a buy out and a cup of cold coffee in your shaky and clammy hands. And then I walked into your office. And you created a show BASED ON MY AWESOME LIFE. I busted my ass for 8 years to support your vision. Your dream. In turn, it is my nightmare. You sad silly fool. But that isn’t the final word on the matter. Chuck Lorre found a creative way to poke jabs back at Sheen using his show The Big Bang Theory as his platform.

A vanity card placed at the end of last night’s episode read;

Dear Concerned Viewers,

Thanks to the magic of computer graphics, the monkey in tonight’s episode was not actually smoking a cigarette, nor was he ever exposed to secondhand smoke. At all times, every effort was made to make the monkey feel happy and safe. Nevertheless, he proved impossible to work with. During the week of production his behavior became increasingly erratic, to the point of refusing to come out of his trailer to rehearse. It wasn’t until after we finished filming his scenes that we learned why. The monkey is a heroin addict. Yes, hard as it may be to believe, the monkey had a monkey on his back. Thankfully, an intervention was staged by the Geico lizard and he is now going through detox and a twelve step program at the Bonzo Center in Palm Springs. Everyone at The Big Bang Theory wishes him well.

Guess Who Visited Dan Radcliffe At ‘How To Succeed’?

Dan Radcliffe‘s Harry Potter co-star and friend Emma Watson went to see his show How To Succeed In Business Without Really Trying last night.

The two were snapped together backstage at the Al Hirschfeld Theatre in New York City. I’m pretty sure all of his other Potter cast mates have already seen the show.

Radcliffe stars as J. Pierrepont Finch, a young window cleaner who wants to better his career. After reading the book “How To Succeed In Business Without Really Trying“, he applies for work at the World Wide Wicket Company.

He manages to get an entry level job in the company’s mail room, where he works with the company president’s nephew.

After passing up the opportunity to become the head of the mail room (at the book’s insistence) he gets noticed and is offered the position of junior executive in the Plans and Systems department.

Through all his corporate climbing, he manages to fall in love with Rosemary Pilkington, a secretary who works for the president of the World Wide Wicket Company.

The play, which features Dan-Rad singing and dancing, was based on the book of the same name published in 1952. How To Succeed has been a staple on Broadway since 1961, and won 7 Tony Awards that same year, and a Pulitzer prize for drama in 1962.

Daniel is no stranger to the stage. In 2007, he wowed audiences by playing Alan Strang in Equus. A role which called for a then 17 year old Radcliffe to appear onstage buck naked with a horse.

When did ‘Harry Potter’ grow up and become a man?? And hell, when did he get hot? I feel so gross even thinking it… lol

Watson and Radcliffe can next be seen on screen together when the second part of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows hits theaters July 15th.

After Prince William and Kate Middleton exchanged vows this morning, they officially became known as the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge. An estimated 2 billion tuned in for the big event!

When Prince William and Duchess Catherine stepped out onto the balcony of Buckingham Palace for their first kiss — it was magical.

They kissed twice!

The bride admitted to pre-wedding jitters was stunning in a beautiful gown designed by McQueen creative director Sarah Burton.

Casey Abrams Eliminated From American Idol (Video)

I can not believe last night’s American Idol results show. I am beyond shocked, I’m dumbfounded. Who votes for these things really?

I mean, Jacob Lusk is still in the competition while arguably the most talented contestants get knocked out one by one? WTF?

Unfortunately, the judges only have one save per season otherwise I’m fairly certain they would have saved Casey Abrams from elimination yet again.

Jennifer Lopez, Steven Tyler and Randy Jackson all sat with their jaws on the floor when Ryan Seacrest announced that Jacob was safe. That meant either Scotty McCreery, or Casey Abrams was going home.

I was none too pleased, let me tell you.

I don’t know what people are thinking, but for certain it isn’t voting for the most talented singers in the competition.

The in-house crowd’s reaction was amazing. Casey got a standing ovation, and Randy sat looking stunned with his jaw wide open.

Casey closed the show with his wonderful rendition of ‘I Put A Spell On You’. Sheer perfection!

I gotta say, never have I actually cried when a contestant was eliminated. But Casey was my favorite to win this season, and I did shed a couple of tears to see him go.

It looks like ‘Two and a Half Men‘ will go on … without Charlie Sheen!

‘Men’ creator Chuck Lorre is working on a reboot of the popular CBS sitcom and reportedly, Sheen will have no role in the new show, but costar Jon Cryer will.

Cryer has been presented with the plan, which would focus on his character and some new character. Lorre presented the idea to a few other Hollywood players, and the network and studio are aware of his intention to overhaul the series.

Paramount Pictures is trying to cash in as much as possible after the success of their bio-pic Never Say Never, the story of the meteoric rise to fame of Canadian singer Justin Bieber.

The film was a mixture of home video footage, live performance footage, interviews, etc, which cost Paramount a mere $13 million to produce. It grossed over $97 million.

So now that they know for a fact that the Biebs has big screen draw, they wanna pair him up with another musician-turned-A List actor, in the form of Mark Wahlberg.

Wahlberg’s acting career took off so well that people BARELY remember that he started off as a rapper. Who would have thought, the little thug from Boston would be an Academy Award nominee?

Deadline has the details;

The tone of the project is described as The Color of Money meets The Karate Kid, and it came out of Wahlberg and Levinson seeing Bieber play ball in February during a celebrity game held during NBA All-Star Game weekend. Bieber more than held his own against celebs and former players; he was named MVP. It’s understandable that Paramount would want to be in business with Bieber again. Made on a $13 million budget, Justin Bieber: Never Say Never grossed $97 million worldwide. Paramount immediately hired its director, Jon Chu, to helm its G.I. Joe sequel.

Lady Gaga Debuts ‘Judas’ On Ellen DeGeneres (Video)

I have been waiting with bated breath to have Lady Gaga on Ellen DeGeneres‘ show again. It always makes for good television when those two get together.

On Tuesday we reported that Gaga was in house at WB filming her performance of Judas as well as sitting down with the comedian for an interview.

The thing I love about Gaga aside from her tremendous talent, is her intelligence and humility.

She truly seems honored by the gift that has been given to her, and it’s nice to watch. And as I said, there is nothing like watching Ellen DeGeneres and Lady Gaga on the same stage, so check out the performance as well as the interview.

Ok Twihards, start salivating. The epic franchise is coming to a head, and your favorite vampire/human couple are about to copulate. After they get married of course.

The folks over at People magazine scored a bunch of photos from Breaking Dawn Part 1, and that issue of people will hit newsstands today, I believe.

Bella and Edward get married, have sex, get pregnant, and get hunted by the Volturi… in the span of one 2 hr long movie. WOW. That’s a lot!

OH YEAH, and Bella gets turned into a vampire. Can’t forget that crucial piece of the plot…

I know I seem like a Twilight hater, but I’m totally not. I loved Stephenie Meyer‘s books, but the big screen adaptations are far from good enough for the characters that she created in the books.

I’m sure most of you will disagree with me, and that’s fine. You’re entitled to your opinions as much as I am to mine.

We can agree to disagree as it were.

Brandon Davis Arrested For Cocaine Possession (Video)

I can’t believe this greasy douchebag is still alive! I was shocked when I read that Brandon Davis was arrested last night for battery, and for possession of a controlled substance.

He knocked some guy out at the Roosevelt Hotel. When police arrived, they found the cocaine on him.

This kid is one of those ‘I’m famous cuz my grandfather made billions’ brats. You know, a male Paris Hilton. In fact the two of them had been friends for years, but no one has really heard much about ‘Greasy Bear‘ lately.

I’d pretty much chalked it up to an overdose or that someone got tired of his sorry fat arse and knocked him off. Either way.. it was nice and peaceful.

Now he’s back. UGH! Put his ass in jail coppers and let him stay there indefinitely. And don’t interrupt when ‘Bubba’ tries to make Brandon his bitch.

Jessica Simpson’s Wedding Weight Loss Plan

Jessica Simpson has finally set a date to marry fiancé Eric Johnson.

When discussing her dress with US magazine, she let it slip. “I’m still trying to figure out what to wear! I don’t know if I want the big boom, or the curvy thing, but it will be something beautiful,” the 30-year-old said.

“I kind of have a couple ideas in my head, and I have a date; I’m really excited!”

Simpson also discussed her current plan to drop a few pounds for the wedding:

“I just have to work out on my own. There is no regimen I need to follow. There’s no diet I need to follow. I just need to do some things for myself and that’s it. And that will make me feel the happiest.”

How does she plan to drop the pounds?

“No exercise is fun! I am going to dance around my bedroom and hopefully lose some weight — and lift some weights and do what I can!” she said.

Paris Hilton was walking to court with her boyfriend Cy Waits to testify against Nathan Parada, who Hilton described as "the other stalker", when a man "jumped out from the bushes" and allegedly grabbed Waits by the throat.

The suspect, James Rainford, was arrested in front of Hilton’s house back in October, after sneaking on to her property and then getting in to an altercation with Paris’ private security.

He was immediately dragged to the ground by security guards and later handcuffed by police.

Paris immediately took to her Twitter saying (ha, I know, right?):

“Omg @KathyHilton! That other psycho intruder just punched Cy in the back of the head as we were walking into the court house. So scary!,” she tweeted, sad emoticon and all.

These people are out to get her, aren’t they?

The incident occurred outside a courthouse in Van Nuys, California, where Hilton had been set to testify against Parada in connection with an attempted break-in at her Beverly Hills mansion last summer.

I simply love how there are no more surprises in the world of entertainment. On tonight’s installment of American Idol, Miley Cyrus will appear in a mentoring capacity for Idol contestant Lauren Alaina.

This is apparently a secret, so SHHHUSH!

An American Idol finalist comes face-to-face tonight with one of her, well, idols.

Lauren Alaina, who belted out Miley Cyrus’ “The Climb” a few weeks back, gets some guidance during Wednesday’s performance show from none other than the teen sensation herself.

dol sources tell E! News exclusively that Cyrus will make a surprise appearance as a mentor for Alaina alongside Interscope’s Jimmy Iovine, who has been assisting the 16-year-old contestant and the other young hopefuls throughout the competition.

Recently, Iovine caused quite a stir among Cyrus fans when he told Alaina while rehearsing “The Climb” that she was “a much stronger singer than Miley Cyrus.” An Idol source says Iovine promptly invited Cyrus, of whom he has been a longtime fan, to be a mentor because he regretted making the remark.

So Jimmy has his foot in his mouth, and thought that personally asking Miley to make this appearance makes everything all even steven? Well, ok… I can buy that.

According to EOnline’s ‘source’, Miss Cyrus taped the segment late last week. So there you have it Miley fans!

Lady Gaga Performs ‘Judas’ On Ellen DeGeneres Show (Video)

Lady Gaga stopped by the Ellen DeGeneres show on Tuesday to perform her latest hit single "Judas" for the first time on television.

The singer also sat down for an interview, in which she talked about her upcoming album, HBO special and much more.

Gaga chatted about dealing with fame at a young age: “I’m 25 years old. I was asked to play Madison Square Garden. Sold out five nights and, quite frankly, it’s very overwhelming,” the superstar singer admits. “Do I feel like a loser sometimes? Yes, of course I do. We all feel like losers sometimes.”

And, if you ever wondered what Lady Gaga wears to bed, it’s not your standard nightgown. She claims to often fall asleep in her outrageous stage clothes.

“My best friends who often will crash at hotels where I’m at … they will come visit me on the road they always call me a Beauty Queen disaster. I wake up and my wigs falling off my head. My mole is on the other side of face. My fake mole, it’s not fake it’s surreal.”

What’s with all the rubber looking clothes?

Kate Hudson and Muse frontman Matthew Bellamy announced they’d be expecting their first baby together in January.

Now, the pair has confirmed their engagement.

Hudson confirmed the news during an appearance on the “Today” show on Wednesday (April 27), when host Matt Lauer noticed she was wearing a ring on her left hand.


“I haven’t really announced it, I was waiting for someone to notice,” she said. She added that the “very romantic” proposal happened a few weeks ago in New York City.

The pair first fueled engagement rumors shortly after news broke that she is expecting a baby. But Hudson fended off the rumors at the time.

“No, no, not that I know of! I don’t like putting that sort of pressure on it, and I don’t feel it necessary to get married,” she said at the time. “I am 31; I already have one child and have had one divorce, so it is not necessarily the golden ticket. I just want to be happy.”

It will be the second marriage for Hudson, whose first husband, Chris Robinson of the Black Crowes, is the father of her 7-year-old son, Ryder.

Diana Ross Will Take Custody Of Michael Jackson’s Kids?

When Michael Jackson died in June of 2009, the world wondered who would be left to care for the singer’s three children Paris, Prince Michael, and Blanket. Since his death, it was his mother Katherine Jackson who has been acting as guardian.

But Katherine is 81 years old, how much longer can she care for those kids?

Michael had apparently foreseen this problem and stated in his will that should Katherine be incapable of tending to his brood, that his longtime friend Diana Ross was to be named their legal guardian and take custody of the kids.

From the time of MJ’s passing, Ross has stayed clear of the children prompted speculation that she would not be fulfilling the deceased singers request.

However, RadarOnline claims that they have indeed confirmed that Ms. Ross will be stepping up to the plate and accepting her responsibilities as legal guardian of the Jackson kids.

A source close to the Jackson family tells us that the superstar diva was named in her longtime friend Michael Jackson’s will as guardian of Prince Michael, Paris and Blanket. And even though it was suggested that Ross declined the huge responsibility, that too is bunk, RadarOnline.com has confirmed.

“Diana has made no moves whatsoever not fulfill her role that Michael intended for her,” the source says. “Michael didn’t trust anyone in his family besides, his mother, to raise the children. Michael loved Diana and chose her for a very specific reason,” our source adds.

Katherine Jackson turns 81 on May 4, and it was revealed in court documents recently that she has a live-in caregiver.

“Katherine is a very doting, loving grandmother,” the source added. “She just isn’t getting any younger and that is why Michael named a second guardian.”

An informant in Ross’ entourage said the singer of Upside Down and Endless Love hasn’t been involved in the children’s lives, so far.

“She will step in if there’s an immediate need to do so,” the Ross informant said.

I just hope those kids stay as far away from MJ’s father Joseph as possible. We don’t need any more f-ed up kids in the world.

Johnny Depp Filming ’21 Jump Street’ Cameo Today

The big screen adaptation of the 80′s television show 21 Jump Street starts Jonah Hill, and Channing Tatum as two police officers who are forced to work undercover at high schools.

Rapper/actor Ice-T will play their police chief, and actress Brie Larson is the romantic lead.

Ever since the announcement that the film got the go ahead, many have been speculating as to whether or not Johnny Depp would make an appearance of any kind in the film. The show helped to launch Depp’s career into the stratosphere of A-listers.

It had been confirmed this past weekend that Depp would be appearing in the film, though most probably in the form of an uncredited cameo.

Depp is in New Orleans, Louisiana today to film that scene at Second Line Stages. It’s unknown if he will reprise the roll of Officer Tom Hanson, however an ‘insider’ does give some details on the production;

Depp will be arriving at Second Line Stages in New Orleans, Louisiana, tomorrow to film his cameo for the film. The slot for his role is only labeled as “D.B.” Jonah Hill & Channing Tatum will be off camera, while Peter Deluise will join Deppin what appears to be one of the first scenes for the film. Second Line Stages is located at 800 Richard St. New Orleans, LA, and was recently occupied by Warner Bros’ upcoming superhero movie Green Lantern

21 Jump Street is expected in theaters March 16th 2012.

Selena Gomez Recording Three Britney Spears Songs

Selena Gomez recently announced that her next album will be released on Tuesday, June 28th.

It has already been confirmed that Britney Spears wrote a track for Selena’s album release, but now it’s being reported that she’s actually written THREE songs for Selena!

One of the tracks is “Whiplash,” a song that didn’t make it onto Spears’ recent album “Femme Fatale.”

Now Billboard Brazil spilled the beans that Selena will be recording two additional songs written by Britney specifically for Selena!

Britney’s producers Dr Luke and Kevin Rudolph both confirmed the reports with Rudolph saying, “The lyrics are like a drug, so catchy! They’re easy, fast, and really sexy!”

Selena is said to be beyond thrilled to be recording songs written by her idol.

The two hour premiere of NBC’s The Voice started off with a huge bang! Who would have thought the show which features ‘blind auditions‘ would be so amazing? But it was.

The point of the audition is for the four coaches to build their teams of eight singers a piece.

At which point, the live shows and subsequent eliminations will begin.

High points from tonight’s show had two singers each receiving all 4 turnarounds by the coaches. Wow, imagine having Cee-Lo Green, Adam Levine, Christina Aguilera, and Blake Shelton all fighting over you. I think if I were in the shoes of either Javier Colon, or Jeff Jenkins, I’d pretty much poop my pants!

And who doesn’t love hearing things like "He will sell a used car to your grandmother” coming out of Christina’s mouth in reference to Adam Levine as they fought over a singer.

So, in cases where more than one of the coaches wants a singer, the decision on who to work with lies with the singer them self. They must decide on the spot, which judge they believe could take them further in the competition.

Anyone who watches these types of competitions, (i.e. American Idol fans) will have seen a familiar face on tonight’s program. A lovely singer named Frenchie Davis, who was removed from the Idol competition after the story broke about her having posed for topless photos early on in her career.

Well, tonight Frenchie got a second shot at it. She was chosen by Christina Aguilera, and will hopefully go much further than her turn on Idol.

For those of you that missed the fun tonight, NBC will re-broadcast the entire show tomorrow night. Check your local listings for times.

Next week’s show will continue with more blind auditions giving the coaches a chance to fill out their rosters of 8. Be sure to check it out, it’s LOADS of fun!

Finally, a show that focuses on JUST THE TALENT. (can anyone say Pia Toscano?)

Dancing With The Stars Weeks 6 Elimination Results (Video)

Tonight’s elimination show featured performances by American Idol cast-off Pia Toscano, as well as the super boy group combo, New Kids On the Block/Backstreet Boys, otherwise known as NKOTBSB.

And as far as eliminations go, FINALLY there is justice in the world of reality TV talent competitions!

Last night’s lowest scorer, Chris Jericho and his professional dance partner Cheryl Burke were sent packing. I know, I know, I’m gonna catch a lot of flack from any Chris Jericho fans out there, but fair is fair. And he DID get the lowest score, so :P

The highlight for me, was the NKOTB performance of Step By Step/I Want It That Way. New Kids still have ‘The Right Stuff‘ don’t you think?

And it was pretty awesome that Donnie Wahlberg and Joe McIntyre ended the set by dancing with some of the female dancers? WOW. Just WOW!

NKOTB’s Donnie Wahlberg Helps Save Fan’s Life

If anyone out there still doubts the power that 140 characters can wield, you’re obviously living in a cave.

In my year and a half on the social networking site Twitter, I’ve seen miracles happen. Quite a few times. Most recently, New Kids on the Block member Donnie Wahlberg getting one of his fans a new kidney!

Nashville fan Bobbette Miller was in dire need of a new kidney after hers failed. And thanks to new fave NKOTB member and twitter, Bobbette found SIX matches! She is scheduled for transplant surgery in June.

This all came about when admitted twitter addict Wahlberg came across a retweet; "Basically, a few of my Twitter followers retweeted a blog (called 'Love Can Do Anything') about a fan named Bobbette who was in desperate need of a kidney transplant. So I saw the tweet, read the link and then retweeted and asked for help."

Wahlberg fans did not disappoint! Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where Bobbette was being treated was flooded with calls from people who wanted to help out.

Of the six matches that were found, it was narrowed down and one was selected to go through with the transplant.

Simply amazing.

It’s wonderful to think that we are in an age where the world has become so much smaller a place, and that we are all part of a global community. Stories like this, just prove this point.

Congratulations Bobbette. I wish you nothing but health and happiness. And Donnie, if you’re reading this, know that you’re hero. Kudos brother!

Shooting for the two-part ‘The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn,’ the series finale, concluded in mid-April, but stars Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson were back in character this weekend for reshoots of their characters’ Caribbean honeymoon.

Promoting his most recent film, ‘Water for Elephants,’ Pattinson told ‘Today’ show host Matt Lauer that he was relieved that filming had come to a close on the ‘Twilight’ films. “It was a long process, eight months,” he told Lauer during an April 18 sit-down. “So it was kind of a relief to finally get the contacts out of my eyes. I was just about to kill someone.”

Can’t say I blame him.

Kristin Cavallari & Jay Cutler Engaged!

She may have been reality TV’s resident man-eater on both “Laguna Beach” and “The Hills,” but it seems that Kristin Cavallari is ready to settle down.

The small-screen star and her beau, Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler, are engaged, according to People. A source told the website that Cutler asked Cavallari to marry him while on vacation in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

“He surprised her with a quick trip to Cabo to ask her to marry him,” the source said.

The pair have been dating since last fall. Cutler reportedly gave Cavallari a 5.2-carat engagement ring and he’s wanted to propose for some time.

Cavallari gushed about her feelings for Cutler at her 24th birthday in Las Vegas in January, insisting, “I’m in love and it’s been great.”
