| Zooey Deschanel Sues Steve Madden For $2 Million Posted: 22 Dec 2010 07:31 PM PST Actress Zooey Deschanel, best known for her turn in the Will Ferrell movie Elf, is suing shoe designer Steve Madden for a $2,000,000 breach of contract. The deal was made to use Zooey’s likeness and name in a line of shoes and accessories, cleverly named ‘Zooey shoes & accessories’.
As part of the agreement, the actress was to work 13 days for photo-shoots and such, as well as a promise not to talk with other shoe companies. So far, the Madden side has yet to respond, but rumor has it that Deschanel was dropped because she’s not that big a star, and therefore the line wouldn’t be as lucrative as they had hoped.

| ‘Breaking Dawn’ Filming In Reverse Order Posted: 22 Dec 2010 05:26 PM PST Perhaps I’m wrong on this, but I highly doubt that fans of the Twilight series will care that the production for Breaking Dawn is filming out of order. I think the main concern is getting it done and in theaters pronto!
“It appeared that when Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart headed down to Brazil to film honeymoon scenes for Breaking Dawn that the film was being shot chronologically — but that's definitely not the case! Dakota Fanning, who plays powerful Volturi vampire Jane, was spotted filming in Louisiana last week meaning that the finale for the second film is already being shot! How confusing! Incredibly, this means that the intense final confrontation between the Cullen family and the Volturi has wrapped filming, even though we won't be seeing it in theaters for almost two years! It is almost impossible to imagine waiting that long!” I’m in total agreement, I just wanna see the damned films already! Hurry up and finish filming! LOL! |

Apparently, the cameras follow him all around the country to various ‘hot’ parties to showcase his career as a DJ. Uh-huh.
No doubt his guidos and guidettes will follow him around seeking more notoriety. And people wonder why I’ve pretty much given up on television… Between this crap and Teen Mom, there’s no room left for quality programming. So, I’ll say it again… UGH! |
| Ozzy Osbourne Says Lady Gaga Should Take A Break Posted: 22 Dec 2010 01:48 PM PST In a new interview, Ozzy Osbourne addresses pop sensation Lady Gaga, saying that he loves her, but that she’s overexposed and should take a break. As much of a Gaga fan as I am, I would have to agree! She really does put herself out there, but it’s all for the love of her Little Monsters.  When asked, “Any advice for any of the current music stars out there?”, the Prince of Darkness talked about Lady Gaga. He said, “I do think Lady Gaga should take a break for a little while. She’s getting to be too much, and she doesn’t watch the exposure of her clothes. She’s just too overexposed. She could be the next Madonna if she played her cards right.” He went on to say, “I like her, but I’m getting a bit sick of her. When I turn on the TV, I see her wearing another lamp shade or whatever. She needs to take a break, I think, for an hour or so. I love her, I think she’s really, really entertaining, but she’s doing a bit too much. Every day it is something else. The specialness of her is gonna get killed if she doesn’t calm it down. Who manages her? Someone should whisper in her ear and say back off for a couple of months – let people gain interest back. Let people want you, you know?” Then the interviewer stated, “Justin Bieber is also everywhere now”, to which Ozzy responded, “Who? Oh, the young kid who sits there with the guitar…He’s like nine…” The interviewer corrected him, saying, “Well, he’s sixteen now actually”, to which Ozzy said, “I saw him. I think it’s the same guy. I saw this kid at an awards show playing the guitar sitting on a barstool. I don’t know!” Too funny. Ya gotta love Ozzy! |
| Britney Spears Auditioning Dancers For New Video Posted: 22 Dec 2010 11:42 AM PST Britney Spears is auditioning dancers for a new video that she plans on releasing in January 2011! According to the statement from the choreographer, dancers should come camera ready and should be able to compliment the artist.  The single, which is yet to be announced, will be released in January, with the video following shortly thereafter. The statement says, “The dates for the project are still to be determined but it will be happening on either the 9th and 10th of January with rehearsals anytime after Xmas and leading up to those dates or on the 15th and 16th with rehearsals leading in after Xmas as well.” According to Breathe Heavy, they are looking for men and women who are good looking and versatile. He states that this is only for the music video and not for the tour or promos for the tour. Auditions started today at 11AM for the woman and 3PM for the men. Are you excited for a new Britney Spears song and video soon??? I can’t wait! |
| Dr. Drew Apologizes To Brad And Angelina Posted: 22 Dec 2010 10:52 AM PST Last week, in an interview with The Huffington Post, Dr. Drew Pinsky said some not-so-nice things about Hollywood A-list couple Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt. However, in an exclusive RadarOnline interview, he makes a public apology to the couple and back peddles, saying his words were out of context.
Here’s what he said to the Huff Post writer;
I can’t understand how any of that can POSSIBLY be taken out of context. (Note the sarcasm). In the RadarOnline video, he said;

| Ryan Reynolds Telling Friends Scarlett Treated Him Badly Posted: 22 Dec 2010 08:46 AM PST Ryan Reynolds and Scarlett Johansson’s divorce came as a shock to all of us….but this may shock you even more. Even though he was voted as the Sexiest Man Alive, he was treated badly by the woman he loved. Aww…Poor Ryan needs some lovin’. Any takers?  During the last summer, he was filming his parts for “Green Lantern” and opened up to a snitch on the set, saying that Scarlett wasn’t so nice to him during their marriage. An insider said that Ryan was “open on set that he and Scarlett were having problems.” Ryan also “would say that she treated him badly” and that “It never seemed like she made him a priority.” Still, after the split, he is “beyond sad and depressed”, but he’s the only one. Scarlett isn’t feeling the pain of the split, though. The source said, “She was disconnected and disaffected” about it, adding, “It was harsh.” |
| Lindsay Lohan Going Back To Jail? Posted: 22 Dec 2010 08:36 AM PST Lindsay Lohan has been a busy little bee making all kinds of headlines as of late. It’s become a battle between herself and the Betty Ford employee, Dawn Holland, who claims that Lindsay was drunk when returning back to the facility late. She claims that she demanded Lindsay to take a breathalyzer test, of which Lindsay denied. Dawn reportedly sold her side of the story to TMZ for $10,000, resulting in her termination from Betty Ford. They say that she violated patient rights and had to fire her. Dawn says that she felt Betty Ford didn’t have her back and that Lindsay said, “Fire that bitch”, so she had a right to tell her side.  Dawn claims that Lindsay and her friends climbed over a wall so that they could enter the facility without being noticed. She says security stopped the three women and that’s when Lindsay became belligerent. She went on to reveal that she was called to do a breathalyzer test on all three, but Lindsay refused and then pushed her. Dawn says that Lindsay went into the house and called 911. She also called 911 and Lindsay confronted her again, ripping the phone from her hand, causing a severe sprain. This led Dawn to go on worker’s comp. Of Dawn’s termination, Betty Ford released a statement, saying, “Regrettably, on December 21, 2010, one of our employees violated strict confidentiality guidelines and laws by publicly identifying patients in a media interview and by disclosing a privileged document.” Now it’s being reported that Lindsay could face up to six months in jail if she refused to take a breathalyzer test. A source said, “Judge Fox made it very clear to Lindsay: a dirty test, or a refusal to submit to a test, would be counted and considered as a dirty test.” Reportedly, Lindsay took a drug and alcohol test the next morning and passed it.
