Justin Bieber Pays Tribute To John Waters Posted: 07 Dec 2010 04:24 PM PST Justin Bieber recently paid tribute to filmmaker John Waters, after meeting the writer/actor. John is mostly known for his pencil-thin moustache and Justin was seen sporting one just like it, just last week. Justin was said to be goofing off at a restaurant and was playing with a helicopter at the table. He greeted fans and the paparazzi with the fake moustache. Who knew that he was actually paying tribute to John Waters with his goofiness? The two were guests together on “The Graham Norton Show” where Justin was promoting his new album and John was promoting his new book, “Role Models”. The Baltimore Sun reports: Not long after the shrieking died down from Bieber’s introduction, the 16-year-old asked if he could say something. He leaned across to Waters’ end of the couch and pronounced as only a teen could: “Your ‘stache is the jam.” “Thank you. Thank you very much,” Waters replied, a big smile on his face. He then pulled an eyebrow pencil from his pocket and handed it down to Bieber, saying, “If you want to try it…. Can I draw it on you?” Bieber took the pen but declined Waters’ offer of artistry. “I’m good,” he demurred. “Maybe later.” Sure enough, as soon as the show ended, while backstage Bieber drew on a version of the mustache, which Waters has said was inspired by Little Richard. Waters said Monday morning that Bieber’s tribute of sorts flattered him and cracked him up. “It really made me laugh when I saw it,” Waters said. “It was the last thing I expected.” Too funny. Justin has a sense of humor! Don’t act surprised!

Christina Aguilera’s Plastic Surgery? Posted: 07 Dec 2010 03:20 PM PST During Christina Aguilera’s rise to fame in the nineties, she was subjected to criticism about her body and some even said that she enhanced herself via plastic surgery. I didn’t see any sign of that, at the time, as Christina was gaining her “Genie In A Bottle” popularity. Some said the same thing about another pop star, Britney Spears. The curious speculated that the two of them had some work done. We don’t have anything on Britney, but the photo above just may prove that Christina has gotten an upgrade. During her promotional duties for “Burlesque” in Tokyo earlier today, Christina raised her arm to greet visitors and fans and revealed a nasty scar in her right armpit. NY Daily News reports: The incision is a common sign of transaxillary endoscopic breast augmentation, according to the Daily Mail, where implants are inserted through the armpit. The 29-year-old mother of one has never directly commented on the rumors that she may have had a boob job, but Aguilera seemed hardly concerned at the event about potentially revealing her secret. Jessica Simpson’s Fashion Empire Nears $1 Billion Posted: 07 Dec 2010 01:20 PM PST Jessica Simpson has become known for not caring what she wears in public, so it doesn’t make any sense that she should be allowed to tell anyone how to dress. Not even a dog. But I digress, apparently there are people in the world who aren’t completely repulsed by her fashion sense (or lack thereof). Some have even called her a “style icon”. Yeah, okay…we’ll bite. According to reports, sales from her fashion collection have neared the one billion dollar mark. Her collection consists of shoes, fragrances, accessories, outerwear and sportswear. In 2010, she has reached the milestone of selling about $750 million in merchandise. I’m convinced, someone very smart is running her company for her. I find it hard to believe that people buy her clothes based on any public image that she portrays. She famously told her ex-husband, Nick Lachey, that she was unsure if “Chicken of the Sea” was chicken or actually tuna. You can’t tell me she has the brains enough to run a complete fashion enterprise… NY Mag reports: Some more facts about Simpson’s clothing empire: • Jessica Simpson Sportswear and Jeanswear are expected to do from $150 million to $200 million in retail sales within the next two years. • The Jeanswear collection can be found in 650 department store doors, including Macy's, Dillard's, Belk, and Bon-Ton. • Six hundred people once lined up to see Simpson make a personal appearance at Belk. • Simpson’s net worth is estimated at $100 million. • Jack Gross from the Jones Group, which licenses her Jeanswear, says, “Fifteen-, 16-year-olds and 40-year-olds like her. Sometimes she has missteps, and they identify with her.” • The latest addition to her empire — sportswear — is inspired by Isabel Marant, Theory, and Sportmax, but with a “younger” attitude. Reese Witherspoon Compares Robert Pattinson To Leonardo DiCaprio Posted: 07 Dec 2010 12:16 PM PST During her promotional tour for new movie, “How Do You Know”, Reese Witherspoon gushed about her “Water For Elephants” co-star, Robert Pattinson. She called him “very handsome” and said that the fan attention was just insane. She goes on to say that Rob is our hearthrob of the 2000′s, just like Leonardo DiCaprio was for the 1990′s. She talked about what it was like working with Rob on “Water For Elephants”, and said that “The only thing I can compare it to is when Leo was in ‘Titanic’. It was that kind of fervor about a person. The women lining up outside the set – it was just unbelievable – ’til 5 o’clock in the morning waiting to just glimpse him.” MTV reports: “Water for Elephants’” Tennessee set was across the country from “The Twilight Saga”‘s Vancouver set, but that didn’t stop fans from staking out to see their favorite sparkly vampire in action. And they already knew what Reese gradually learned on set: He is definitely a British babe. “He is extraordinarily attractive. I’m not gonna lie,” she admitted. That might be a bit weird coming from the woman who played Rob’s mom in “Vanity Fair,” but obviously a lot has changed since 2004. Rob was only 18 then and hadn’t even starred in his breakout role in “Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire” yet. Now he’s the man that can send millions of women into swoons just by batting his eyelashes. She said, “Robert is such a great guy from a great family. That’s the thing that’s so funny. He’s not really this bad boy; he’s just a great guy and really worked hard on ‘Water For Elephants’. He really worked long hours, long days. Kellan Lutz Dishes On The Best ‘Twilight’ Abs – Video Posted: 07 Dec 2010 12:03 PM PST In a new interview with “Access Hollywood”, “Twilight” hunk Kellan Lutz dishes all the details about who he thinks has the best abs out of the guys, his arm wrestling scene with Kristen Stewart, the most challenging thing about the movies and what other roles are on the horizon for him. Kellan was asked if the new movie, “Breaking Dawn” be the sexiest film yet and if it will live up to expectations. He said, “How do you grade that? You know, it’s no ‘Underworld’ for me, Kate Beckinsale in ‘Underworld’, now that’s sexy. But definitely the script, like the books, it grows in maturity and sex appeal, I guess. It’s definitely gonna be a fan fave.” When asked if we would see Emmett and Bella duking it out for the strongest vampire, he said, “Yeah, I’m really excited to shoot the arm wrestling scene between Bella and Emmett…just because I know it’s one of those scenes that fans are really looking forward to. Alex Welch Is Seeking Plastic Surgery & Suing Demi Lovato Posted: 07 Dec 2010 11:36 AM PST Alex Welch is the girl that was allegedly punched in the face by Demi Lovato. Reportedly, she’s now seeking medical treatment from a plastic surgeon for her injuries and is planning on suing the Disney starlet next week. Her lawyer, Donald Karpel, claims that the injuries Alex suffered warranted emergency medical treatment and even further consultation from a cosmetic surgeon. He also said that Alex plans on taking Demi to court over the assault. He said, “We will be filing a lawsuit next week. We will be seeking punitive damages for assault, battery and for mental stress.” When he was asked whether or not Alex wants Demi to foot the bill for her medical bills, he replied, “We are exploring all of our options right now. After the attack, Alex had to get emergency treatment. She is now consulting a Beverly Hills ears, nose and throat plastic surgeon.” He went on to reveal that he has maintained constant contact with Alex and she “seems to be doing okay.” Demi’s father, Patrick Lovato, seems intent on trying to make this go away. JWoww Nude Photos To Leak? Posted: 07 Dec 2010 09:18 AM PST JWoww is unleashing an legal smackdown on an ex-boyfriend, after he took some nude photos of the “Jersey Shore” star from her possession. According to reports, these photos leave very little to the imagination. I know, here’s a solution to stop worrying yourself over nude photos leaking….Stop taking nude photos of yourself! Now that would be the easy solution, wouldn’t it? This reality TV dimwit was already offered a whopping $400,000 to show her goody parts for “Playboy”, but turned it down. Now, we might be getting the goodies for free! Smooth move, Jenni! Her ex-boyfriend and former business manager, Thomas Lippolis sued JWoww for not paying up for several deals. Jenni’s lawyer sent Thomas a letter explaining that the final payment for services rendered was currently in the works. Yet, she also included this in the letter: “It has come to Jenni’s attention that you may be in possession of certain photos of her that may be derogatory to her image and in violation of her contract with MTV.” The photos in question are said to be nudes and her attorney says she wants them back ASAP! image credit: ny daily news

Coming Soon: Trainspotting 2! Posted: 07 Dec 2010 08:13 AM PST One of the most disturbing and interesting movies in history is about to get a part 2. Oscar award winning Director Danny Boyle recently told Cinematical that a sequel to the 1996 hit film Trainspotting is inevitable. The Irvine Welsh novel originally published in 1993, depicts life in Edinburgh through the eyes of character Mark Renton – A heroin addict. Despite its gruesome visuals, the film adaptation was a huge success pulling in $72million in worldwide sales. Welsh penned the sequel titled Porno in 2002. The story re-visits the characters of the previous story and takes place 10 years later. The original characters all cross paths again, but this time around the pornography industry is the backdrop for the story, not heroin. Would you be interested in seeing “Porno”?
