Posted: 10 Dec 2010 01:36 AM PST Not only did Miley Cyrus celebrate her 18th birthday by grinding up on new boyfriend, Avan Jogia — she also had her iPhone stolen (causing a leaked nude photo). The latest…How about some video of her smoking a bong?  According to TMZ’s source, the smoke filling the bong is a natural herb called salvia which has psychedelic qualities. Possession of salvia is legal in California. After a Wiki search, I’ve come to find out it’s used for “spiritual healing sessions.” I wonder if you are supposed to “Hold It” after you take a hit? That’s what they tell her to do in the video.    As for the video, the source told TMZ it was shot by one of Miley’s friends and that someone stole or copied the video from that friend’s camera. Those dang cameras! |
| Jake Gyllenhaal & Taylor Swift Call Cops On Paparazzi Posted: 10 Dec 2010 12:37 AM PST Jake Gyllenhaal called the cops on the paparazzi trailing him and Taylor Swift in Los Angeles on Thursday, December 9th. The LAPD was quick to respond to Gyllenhaal’s call with a patrol car and reportedly even a helicopter. Better look out… he looks mad! I like how he’s using a hand gesture to signal the phone call.  Gyllenhaal and Swift were cruising in an Audi Q7 when the incident happened. According to an X17.com photographer that was trailing the couple, Gyllenhaal “didn’t want anyone to get a shot of him and Taylor together.” Swift, 20, and Gyllenhaal, 29, feature together on the cover of the current issue of Us Weekly, taking an afternoon stroll in Brooklyn’s Park Slope neighborhood in New York City, in what appears to be a posed shot for which they were probably paid handsomely. The couple went public with their romance during the Thanksgiving Holidays after secretly dating for five weeks. They have spent private weekends with each other’s family. |
| Kanye West, Justin Bieber & Adam Lambert Promote MyYoutube Contest (Video) Posted: 09 Dec 2010 10:03 PM PST YouTube has taken its subscription service up a notch! The streaming video site has announced the launch of the MyYouTube contest, where artists including Kanye West, B.o.B, Rihanna, Nicki Minaj, Chrisette Michele, Justin Bieber and more are encouraging fans to subscribe to their respective YouTube pages.  In return, users will get the chance to win special prizes from the participants. The contest, which runs until February 5th, involves more than 50 artists who have recorded special videos encouraging fans to subscribe to their pages. The artist with the most points accrued by the end of the competition will be added to a YouTube masthead, allowing users to subscribe to their page without having to leave the homepage. The placement is also beneficial to artists since videos on the main YouTube page get the most views. Internet hits are becoming more and more important. Billboard recently announced the new Social 50 chart which measures an artists’ popularity on the Internet. To bolster their popularity for the contest, artists are offering prize incentives to five fans who click subscribe. Some rewards are smaller, such as a signed ‘Pink Friday’ CD from Nicki Minaj, a ‘coutoure edition’ of Rihanna’s ‘LOUD!’ and signed albums from Soulja Boy and Lupe Fiasco. Others are more substantial, with Diddy giving away pairs of DiddyBeats headphones and Chrisette Michele offering Carol’s Daughter gift bags and a Hair Milk travel set. Winners will receive a notification email during the week of February 14, 2011, and can sign up for the promotion on MyYouTube. |

| Kate Gosselin Spent $2,000 On Her Hair! Posted: 09 Dec 2010 06:52 PM PST Kate Gosselin jetted off to New York City to get a haircut. And she didn't go to just any old salon – Kate went where all the celebrities go – the Ted Gibson salon. A haircut there costs upwards of $175, but Gosselin had hers done with the man himself for a whopping $950. And that was just the cut. She also had a keratin treatment and color done as well.  When you add in the cost of limo travel to NYC (for her and bodyguard Steve Nelid), paying for a hotel, meals, taxi fares, tips for drivers and not to mention tips for everyone at the salon, Kate could be out over $5000 on this little extravaganza. Gosselin offsets the price of her own haircuts by sending her kids to the local Supercuts in PA. She can get all 8 kids in and out for under $100! Nothing like a mother with her priorities straight. I bet Kate orders the filet mignon, while ordering her kids the hot dogs. |

Although Bieber has denied having a girlfriend in many interviews and prefers to leave that a grey area, it looks like Gomez may be the one he has his heart set on. Why? Because they share a love for pancakes.  [Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez on Thanksgiving] According to TMZ, the two went to IHOP and according to sources, were holding hands inside the restaurant. | Julia Roberts Will Freakin’ Kill You! Posted: 09 Dec 2010 12:06 PM PST After a photographer started taking pictures of Julia Roberts and her family, she went ballistic on him. She got in his face on Monday after the guy snapped pics of her children, which she has previously deemed off-limits.  She and husband Danny Moder were walking around with their three children when he just started snapping pictures of all of them together. But this isn’t the first time Julia has taken issue with snappers, either. Earlier this year, she cussed out a paparazzo for chasing her all over the place for an entire day. And in 2007, she famously chased a photographer down after he was found to be staking out a school. What I have to wonder is why the paparazzi can get away with their stalking, but when the tables are turned and the celebrities start to do it back, they get their names splashed all over the headlines. Example: “Julia Roberts Faces Off With Paparazzo” or “Julia Roberts’ Paparazzi Attack”. Only one of those is an actual headline, but you get the idea. | Lady Gaga Named Billboard’s 2010 Artist of the Year Posted: 09 Dec 2010 11:48 AM PST We all went gaga for Lady Gaga this year, says Billboard, declaring Lady Gaga the 2010 Artist of the Year. The Lady Gaga you see here is a wax figure unveiled at Madame Tussaud’s Berlin today.  Seven other figures of Lady Gaga are unveiled at the same time in London, Amsterdam, New York, Hollywood, Las Vegas, Shanghai and Hong Kong. Gaga was given the Billboard honor in part because of the chart performance of her first two albums, The Fame and The Fame Monster. She is followed by Taylor Swift, Eminem and Lady Antebellum. The No. 1 song of the year? Tik Tok by Ke$ha. Following her on the list are: Airplanes by B.o.B, Lady Gaga’s Bad Romance, Taio Cruz’s Dynamite and Katy Perry’s California Gurls. The No. 1 album of the year was Susan Boyle‘s debut, I Dreamed a Dream. SuBo was followed by Eminem’s Recovery, Lady Antebellum’s Need You Now, Lady Gaga’s The Fame and Justin Bieber’s My World 2.0. | Snooki Dropped In A Ball for New Year’s Posted: 09 Dec 2010 11:35 AM PST Why people who star on reality television shows are viewed as celebrities is just perplexing to me. MTV ‘star’ Snooki Polizzi of the crappy-as-all-hell Jersey Shore, will be dropped from high above this New Year’s Eve!
Don’t get too excited, she won’t actually be in any danger. MTV is going to have Snooki ring in the New Year inside a ball that will be dropped as part of the countdown in New York’s Times Square as part of their “MTV New Year’s Bash“. And the rest of her skanky castmates will also be on hand to lead the crowd in a collective ‘fist-pump’… um, wow… Their purpose? To try and get into the Guiness Book of World Records. | Amber Portwood’s New Boyfriend, She’s Gonna Hit Him Too! Posted: 09 Dec 2010 11:25 AM PST Amber Portwood, the troubled star of the hit show Teen Mom, stepped out with a new boyfriend and mixed martial arts fighter Clinton Yunker on December 8th, in Anderson, Indiana. With no sign of baby Leah, the overly tanned Portwood dined with Yunker before dropping him off for work at another local restaurant  So is the father of Portwood altogether concerned over the fact that she is dating Yunker, a 23-year old man with a noted checkered past involving battery? Speaking to Radar Online, Amber’s father Shawn does not seem particularly worried that his 20-year old daughter could be at risk:
We do already know that Amber can be more than enough of a fighter in her own right, having started controversy all across America for her assault on ex-boyfriend Gary Shirley that was captured by MTV cameras. She has been charged by Indiana authorities in conjunction with the incident, though attorneys have yet to take the next step in regards to the case. |
| Angelina Jolie Wants Laws Protecting Children From Paparazzi Posted: 09 Dec 2010 10:21 AM PST Angelina Jolie sat down for an interview with Larry King to promote her new movie, “The Tourist” and she talked about everything from the paparazzi to her relationship with partner Brad Pitt. In the interview, she said that she hopes that one day there will be laws governing the actions of paparazzi around the children of celebrities. She said, “I do think and I do hope that there will at some point be laws about how close they can get to children with cameras.”  When asked by Larry if she thought there would be a “cure” for the invasion of privacy that the paparazzi represents, she said, “I don’t think the hunger for it will ever go away, and so I think it will always be fed.” She went on to say, “I think at some point it’s going to be clearer that it’s emotionally not healthy. And with long lenses, there’s no need. I’m somebody that would like to be a law about the distance they have to children.” Check out the video, below: Angelina credited her partner Brad with how she balances everything that’s going on in her life. She said that he’s “an extremely hands-on, wonderful father.” She went on to reveal, “I’m very, very lucky that I have a career where it seems like I’m very busy but I work for a few months and then I have months off. So my schedule is not as demanding as many, many mothers across the world who have two, three jobs and no help. When I was shooting ‘The Tourist’, for example, Brad was home with the kids, helping them with school, bringing them to set. We never work at the same time, we never separate the family, and that’s the best thing we can do to try to keep it all balanced.” What do you think? | Lady Gaga Does Viva Glam 2011 Campaign Posted: 09 Dec 2010 09:03 AM PST Earlier this year, Cyndi Lauper and Lady Gaga appeared as the spokeswomen for MAC’s Viva Glam campaign to raise awareness for AIDS sufferers and prevention. In a previous interview, Gaga said, “While you're in the bathroom, refreshing, put on the lipstick and remember to practice safe sex."  MAC Cosmetics has signed Gaga up for her second year as the brand’s spokeswoman for Viva Glam. Reportedly, the earlier campaign, featuring Cyndi, was the most successful for the MAC AIDS Fund. The fund has raised over $190 million for the cause since 1994.
Will she release another shade of lipstick? I can’t wait to see the color for the new campaign. But I have to wonder why they didn’t have Cyndi come back? What do you think? |

Www.CharityBuzz.com earned a whopping $80,000 for their cause by auctioning off a day on the set of Breaking Dawn with Mr. Cullen.
The winner of the auction gets airfare to Vancouver, gets put up at the Four Season Hotel, gets a limo ride to the set of Breaking Dawn, AND gets to bring 3 friends along for the ride. All funds raised will go to the Go Campaign, which gives money to aid orphans and otherwise vulnerable children in various areas, such as providing shelter, food, clean water, education, medical care, vocational training.
