| As Expected, Paris Hilton’s Show Is Canceled Posted: 23 Aug 2011 05:04 PM PDT "The World According to Paris” appears to be, not so interesting. Paris Hilton‘s new show has not been picked up by Oxygen for a second season. Things were looking bad from the start, with the premiere episode only bringing in around 400,000 viewers — and unlike another successful Oxygen show in “The Glee Project,” the numbers never improved.  Producers obviously had high hopes for making this into a “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” sort of hit — laughable, really. A spokesperson for the program said, "The show just recently completed its run and no pick up decision has been made." Hilton recently bolted out of an interview on "Good Morning America" when she was asked if her "moment" had passed. Are you going to stop now, Paris? |

Miley Cyrus is going to be an aunt! Trace Cyrus has been quietly dating Brenda Song for several months, now she’s pregnant! The couple made their first appearance together on the red carpet at Nylon Magazine's party in May. The news was rampant on Twitter. User @Lord_Voldemort7 was quick to point out that “The Social Network actress Brenda Song is pregnant and people are finding out about it on twitter,” adding that the “news” is “Yet another blow to Mark Zuckerburg.” Song is best known for her work on “The Suite Life,” as well as many TV movies. She is recognizable to the non-Disney crowd as Andrew Garfield’s pyro girlfriend from “The Social Network.” She was linked to Joe Jonas in 2008. Small world. |
| Will & Jada Pinkett Smith Split Rumors False Posted: 23 Aug 2011 12:05 PM PDT The internet was aghast this morning at reports that Will Smith and his wife Jada Pinkett Smith had decided to end their 13 year marriage. Tabloid In Touch magazine reported that the couple had separated. Thankfully, this story has been confirmed to be false.
The rag paper claims an ‘insider’ spoke to them exclusively giving them the ‘scoop’. Hey guys, you might wanna do some fact checking! After the stories hit the net, Will’s son Trey spoke out on twitter to clear the air… “Did #WillandJada split? No they did NOT split ! False information” he tweeted. He also added “Will and Jada getting a DIVORCE ..NOT TRUE AT ALL !! RETWEET” The couple also released a statement about the allegations; “The rumors circulating about our relationship are completely false…Our marriage is intact.” PHEW! Glad that’s all cleared up, I’d hate to think that one of my favorite celebrity couples were calling it quits! |

Keeping Up With The Kardashians star Kim Kardashian married her Prince Charming this past Saturday in a lavish wedding meant to rival that of the Royal Couple. The reception, which took place at an estate in Montecito welcomed nearly 500 guests, but was cut short due to noise complaints. Neighbors in the posh posh area didn’t take too kindly to the Kardashian klan and their friends partying it up into the wee hours of the morning… Local residents had contacted police and the party was shut down just after midnight. I guess Kim isn’t so popular with the neighbors. DJ Cassidy, who was hired on to spin tracks following the dinner and live performances was told to close up shop after only spinning for an hour. According to sources, Kim took the music shut down in stride, unlike sister Khloe who wanted to start a ruckus. She kept talking to the wedding planner to see if there was anything that could be done, but alas, there was not. The party didn’t break up entirely though, guests stayed till about 2AM even though there was no music. |
