| Bravo Annouces ‘Real Housewives Live’ Tour Posted: 15 Aug 2011 07:55 PM PDT The 'Real Housewives' of… everywhere are taking their show on the road. Bravo has just announced that the ladies from the reality show franchise will be going on a three city tour. Your favorite housewives from Orange County, New York, Atlanta, Miami, New Jersey and Beverly Hills will all come together for a drama-filled extravaganza!
Can you imagine Jill Zarin getting into everyone's business while Nene Leakes is tugging at someone's wig and the Countess is singing 'Money Can't Buy You Class' and Vicki Gunvalson is screaming about how she works all the time? Did your brain just explode with excitement… disgust? “Bravo viewers like to truly engage in the shows they are passionate about,” says Bravo's senior vice president of marketing, Ellen Stone. “With The Real Housewives Live Tour, we are able to give our fans a unique, hands-on experience with their favorite cast members across franchises that they can’t experience anywhere else.” Tickets go on sale Aug. 19 and begin at $49.50. Fans can also buy the $170-per-ticket “Red Carpet Package,” which includes a walk down the red carpet, a seat in the “premium” section and entrance into a pre-show cocktail party hosted by the housewives. This all seems very reminiscent of Charlie Sheen‘s ‘Violent Torpedo of Truth Tour,’ just less crazy. | AMC Renews ‘Breaking Bad’ For Final Season Posted: 15 Aug 2011 11:32 AM PDT The hit AMC show 'Breaking Bad' will return for a final 16 episodes before ending its five season run. After weeks of arguing over the terms of the shows renewal, it was finally announced that the show will begin production in 2012. AMC president Charlie Collier released a statement saying, “Watching this story evolve into the complex, compelling, and intense roller coaster ride that it has become has been an incredible creative experience for everyone at AMC."
"While it is sad to even contemplate the end of the series, we are so happy to have had the chance to go on this ride, and truly look forward to presenting the rest of this amazing story,” Collier adds. 'Breaking Bad' has proved to be quite a success on the AMC network. The show averages 4.3 million viewers a week and has won plenty of awards. The show's creator Vince Gilligan seems relieved about the shows end saying, “It’s a funny irony — I’d hate to know the date of my own last day on earth, but I’m delighted to know what Walter White’s will be. This is a great gift to me and to my wonderful writers. It’s knowledge which will allow us to properly build our story to a satisfying conclusion. Now, if we don’t manage to pull that off, we’ve got no one to blame but ourselves.” The show's final season will air sometime in 2012, but it still yet to be announced. |

Tara Reid got married this weekend, but the man was not Michael Lilleund as everyone reported. Tara tweeted that she married a man named Zack Kehayov, someone she apparently just met. Reid recently ended her relationship Danish businessman Michael Lilleund and was previously engaged to Internet entrepreneur Michael Axtmann, but called it off in 2010. Tara also tweeted a photo of her wedding ring, which they clearly found last minute — it doesn’t even fit. It’s on the wrong finger, and she’s using her thumb to keep it upright.  Clearly she put more thought into her plastic surgeries. |
| Robert Pattinson Wants To Be A Clothes Designer Posted: 15 Aug 2011 10:17 AM PDT Everyone’s favorite heartbreak-inducing vampire Robert Pattinson MAY want to launch his own clothing line! In an interview, Twilight co-star Kellan Lutz gave Us Weekly the scoop.  Kellan said, “Rob and I were talking about doing clothing lines, and he found out I was doing one and was like ‘I should do one’…He wants to do one — he’s always so hipster.” Lutz added that he and Pattinson conceptually called the line ‘Rags by Rob,’ which is fitting since Pattinson’s own style could be described more or less as disheveled. Rags by Rob… so funny! |
| Sex And The City Film On Hold, Seventh Season On TV? Posted: 15 Aug 2011 09:48 AM PDT A Sex and the City prequel has been “rumored” for a little while, but the movie’s fate is uncertain. According to the Daily Mail, “Sarah Jessica Parker is feeling a little gun-shy after the “bad reaction” to SATC II and thinks the franchise would do well to return to its small-screen roots.  The report says that creator Darren Star has the final say when it comes the fates of Carrie, Samantha, Miranda, and Charlotte, but “everyone” agrees that Season 7 should happen. Not quite what you were hoping for, but would you watch another season of Sex and the City? |
| Kate Hudson & Matthew Bellamy Introduce Bingham Hawn Bellamy (Photo) Posted: 15 Aug 2011 08:16 AM PDT Matthew Bellamy shared a beautiful photo of new baby Bingham Hawn Bellamy with mom Kate Hudson over the weekend. “Family life!” he tweeted.  Bellamy and Hudson got engaged in June and welcomed their little boy to the world on July 10th. But seems the photo plan backfired. Bellamy tweeted this morning, “Wow, these paps are annoying. Thought we’d tweet pic in hope of paps backing off, didn’t work!” He continued, “There should be laws protecting minors… Daily mail – expect to hear from lawyers soon ;)” I don’t blame him. Let’s just enjoy the photo they elected to share with us. |
