Lady Gaga Sued By Producer Ex, Rob Fusari Posted: 19 Mar 2010 03:23 PM PDT Rob Fusari helped create Lady Gaga’s entire persona, or so he says. In a new lawsuit filed Wednesday, the music producer and ex-boyfriend claims that he created the personality that we now know as Lady Gaga. He claims that she got her name from a mixed up text message that he sent her saying, “Radio GaGa” and the spell checker corrected it to “Lady Gaga” and she loved it. He claims that he helped develop her entire act and is suing her for a whopping $30 million. He also claims that she gave him 20 percent ownership of her company, but changed her mind once she became a household name. His lawyer said, “He discovered her. It was his songs and productions and connections that got her her first deal.” He also claims that he broke off their romantic involvement in 2007 and that’s when she cut him off financially. According to Page Six: He also says he hooked Lady Gaga up with Interscope Records, where she’s become a megastar. Fusari says he’s entitled to 15-20 percent of her earnings as a co-owner of her company, but has only received one proper check, for $209,000. Nadya Suleman Doesn’t Pay Her Bills Posted: 19 Mar 2010 02:00 PM PDT Nadya Suleman is facing eviction, after not paying off her expensive home in La Habra, California. Apparently, Amer Haddadin sold the home to Nadya’s father, Ed Suleman, he agreed to carry the $450,000 loan for the home for one year. The Sulemans agreed to pay a lease of $4,139 per month until they could afford a substantial enough down payment. Nadya hadn’t paid the last three payments on time, and Amer is still awaiting this month’s payment as well as the mortgage payoff. She and her litter of 14 kids are now facing eviction. It’s funny that news cameras have been swarming her home, trying to get a comment out of her. Lindsay Lohan Banned In India Posted: 19 Mar 2010 10:44 AM PDT Remember when little Miss Lindsay Lohan went to India to save 800 children from child trafficking? Well, in doing so, she upset the whole country, because they’re calling BS on her mission to save all of those poor children. The hapless wonder ventured to India last December claiming that she was helping save their women and children from human trafficking. Now it’s backfiring on her. Apparently her trip has ruffled the feathers of the entire country, thus leading them to ban her. That makes me want to move there. The Telegraph reports: Activists involved in the raids criticised her comments and accused her of trivialising the issue of child trafficking. Now she may not be able to visit India again after officials looked at her case and found she had failed to apply for a work visa for her trip. Senior civil servants in New Delhi are now studying the case and will rule on whether her name will be added to an immigration blacklist.
