| Juliette Lewis Releases New Video ‘Uh Huh’ Posted: 10 Mar 2010 10:32 PM PST Juliette Lewis has released a new song and video, titled, “Uh Huh“. I really didn’t have any words for this type of music, because I’ve burned out my eardrums listening to Megadeth and Slayer for so long, so I’ll give you our goofy repartee. Disclaimer: Allie insisted I post this video.  Here’s mine and Allie’s instant messenger chat, because it’s 1am here and we don’t give a crap.

| ‘Wizard of Oz’ Remake in the Works Posted: 10 Mar 2010 03:53 PM PST Fresh off Disney’s massive success with Tim Burton’s “Alice in Wonderland,” Warner Bros. wants to remake another childhood classic. The studio is examining two existing “Wizard of Oz” projects, with an eye toward giving one of them a modern gloss and moving it toward the big screen.  One project, called “Oz,” currently lives at Warner’s New Line label. It’s being produced by Temple Hill, which is behind a little franchise called “Twilight,” and has a script written by Darren Lemke, a writer on the upcoming “Shrek Forever After.” A second “Wizard of Oz” project, set up at Warners proper, skews a little darker — it’s written by “A History of Violence” screenwriter Josh Olson and focuses on a granddaughter of Dorothy who returns to Oz to fight evil. “Clash of the Titans” producer Basil Iwanyk and his Thunder Road Pictures are behind that one. (”Spawn” creator Todd MacFarlane is potentially involved in a producerial capacity, to give you some idea of the tone.) While the idea of a new “Wizard of Oz” movie is said to be in the development, let’s-bat-this-around stage, it’s been advanced seriously enough on the lot that representatives for some of the top directors around Hollywood have been briefed. | Shia Labouf’s Girlfriend Cheating? - Photos Posted: 10 Mar 2010 03:53 PM PST Carey Mulligan was not on the arm of her current squeeze, Shia LaBeouf, for this year’s Oscars. Nope, she was openly flirting with “The Hurt Locker” star, Jeremy Renner.  Just in the last week, Carey was snapped sharing a smooch with Shia on the streets of New York. On Sunday, she was sharing a loving embrace with Jeremy. He held on to her tightly, which makes me think that she wanted to trade Shia in for some new lovin’. Tell me that you don’t think they look a little too close?!??  It was rumored that Jeremy was trying to cop a feel (figuratively) of Jessica Simpson, but he quickly denied that, only to say that his mother and she share the same hairdresser, Ken Paves. He did say, however, that he is single — and looking. Just don’t look at Carey, she’s taken, dude. She and Shia make a really cute couple together. And on a side note, how cute is her Oscars dress? | The Runaways Official ‘Cherry Bomb’ Music Video Posted: 10 Mar 2010 12:34 PM PST If you ever wanted to see the fetus known as Dakota Fanning, prancing around a stage in lingerie, then this video is for you. PedoBear is watching you.  I can’t lie, I do want to see this movie. Dakota does a really good portrayal of Cherie Currie, along with Kristen Stewart’s Joan Jett. The official video for “Cherry Bomb” was released today and you can check it out for yourself, below. Isn’t it crazy that that’s actually Dakota belting out those lyrics? You go girl! Who knew she could sing like that? Maybe that will spurn a new music career for her in the future? You never know. I guess they were really going for the jail bait look in this one. They might as well save us the time, effort and cases of voters finger by naming Crystal Bowersox the next American Idol. It is clear that this girl has got more than just talent. Last night she sang "Give Me One Reason" which was a very wise choice. Judges loved it and Simon Cowell stated that she would no doubt be in the Top 12.
Katie Stevens may be seeing the exit soon. Her rendition of "Breakaway" was a snooze and her talent was overshadowed by her lost little girl persona.
One person who may be able to contend with Crystal this week is Didi Behami. Doing a slower version of "Rhiannon," she quietly captured the judges' attention.

| First Official ‘Eclipse’ Trailer (Video) Posted: 10 Mar 2010 09:10 AM PST Here is the first official teaser Trailer for “The Twilight Saga: Eclipse.” Summit Entertainment plans to release the first 90-second trailer for their third installment in their popular vampire series titled “Twilight Saga: Eclipse” on Thursday, however, for fans who think that’s too long of a wait, no worries. We have the first ever teaser trailer for the film. In the movie, Bella Swan is reunited with the love of her life (and vampire), Edward Cullen. Her life is back to the way it was before the Cullens’ left, except for one major thing. Before Edward left, Bella had not considered Jacob Black (werewolf) her best friend, and she is in vain trying to make Edward and Jacob to make peace and be friends. She is torn between the love she feels for Edward, and the strong friendship between her and Jacob. Can she make them see sense, and can they be good to each other to keep from hurting Bella? | Posted: 10 Mar 2010 07:00 AM PST I had pledged my virginity to Corey Haim after falling in love with him while watching "Lost Boys." Back then it wasn't Team Edward or Team Jacob…it was which Corey do you love?
Corey Haim and Corey Feldman were teen stars who survived the 80's and dominated movies, usually at each other's side. Off screen the dynamic duo were also attached at the hip. Both admittedly dabbled in drugs. At the time they were poster boys for the Just Say No campaign that urged children to stay away from drugs. Their hypocrisy was painfully obvious and eventually they both came clean.
While Feldman managed clean up his act, Haim couldn't. Despite rehab trips and several attempts to remain sober, Corey couldn't full give up his addictions. He would continually swear that he was finally free of his addiction repeatedly. Sadly, he repeatedly lied. In 2007 he reunited with Feldman and slowly rose back into minor notoriety with a reality show called "The Two Coreys." After two seasons, Feldman grew tired of Haim's addiction and cut ties with him. The show cut and they both went back to their respective routines. Early this morning Haim's routine took it's toll. He was found unresponsive by his mother around 3 am. He was taken to Providence St. Joseph’s Medical Center in Burbank. Nothing could be done to save the actor's life and was pronounced dead.
