Britney Spears Banned From Lindsay Lohan Posted: 08 Mar 2010 11:06 PM PST Britney Spears' father has apparently banned the singer from talking to her former drinking buddy, Lindsay Lohan. [A loud applause is heard across the land] Jamie Spears — who's Britney's co-conservator, meaning he's in control of all her affairs and pushes her around — apparently hit the roof when he found out his daughter had been speaking on the phone with Lindsay. "The trouble started when Lindsay reached out to Britney for advice on getting her career back on track. They simply chatted by phone — but when Britney mentioned it to Jamie, he exploded. He instantly phoned Lindsay's managers and told them he would NOT tolerate further attempts to contact his daughter. Britney's so totally humiliated — she feels like she's 13 again. It's embarrassing for her that she's 28 years old, but her dad gets to tell her who her friends will be. On the other hand, Jamie's trying to keep what he deems to be bad influences away from his daughter — and Lindsay certainly qualifies." Well, that may be the first thing Jamie’s done that I approve of. Keep Lindsay Lohan away from Britney Spears, she’s doing just fine! Exclusive Lady Gaga ‘Telephone’ Photo Posted: 08 Mar 2010 05:05 PM PST Set your watches, Little Monsters! The video for “Telephone” by Lady Gaga and Beyonce is almost upon us! This Thursday, March 11th, the long-anticipated video from Godga will be making its debut on VEVO at 9pm PST. We’ve already seen and heard tidbits about the video, so I just can’t wait to see it for myself already. The above photo is an exclusive shot from the video itself. In other Gaga related news, the singer is planning an entire 3D DVD concert for her fans. MTV reports: On Monday (March 8), MTV News spoke to a rep for her label, Interscope Records, who told us that “there are talks about a 3-D concert and DVD in the near future.” No other information — including just how a 3-D concert would manifest — was available at press time. That’s going to be awesome, too. I can’t wait! I love this crazy broad and all of her wild outfits that she calls fashion. I wonder what Beyonce is going to wear in the video, we haven’t heard or seen anything about that yet. Miley Cyrus’ Relationship With Liam Is ‘Deep’ Posted: 08 Mar 2010 04:38 PM PST Yeah okay, we’ll roll with that. Miley Cyrus wants us all to believe that her relationship with Liam Hemsworth is so “deep”. In a new interview with “Teen Vogue”, Miley says that her relationship with her “Last Song” co-star Liam Hemsworth is “deeper than normal people”. Ummm, okay sure it is. She said that she admired his abs chivalry, too. She said, “I think we’re both deeper than normal people — what they think and how they feel. He’s very grateful for what he has, but he doesn’t let it go to his head. I’m like that too.” Aww they have a connection, how cute. She goes on to reveal that it was his height that drew her to him. She said, “He’s really tall. I thought, either I’m going to have to be in heels or standing on something for this entire movie! He definitely showed chivalry: I remember him opening the door for the director, and I was like, ‘Wow.’” Well, it’s good to see that it doesn’t take much more than a door opening incident to woo her. He said, “I have very good parents. It was funny - working with Miley was a lot easier than I thought it was going to be. From the first time we read, it was like I had known her before.” She said that it was his focus on acting that she found refreshing. She said, “It’s refreshing to work with an actor who isn’t also a singer and dancer and musician and artist and this and that.” (Hint, hint, Justin Gaston and Nick Jonas). She explained, “I’m sick of quadruple threats who do everything when they should stick to one thing.” She also revealed that she will be taking some time off after her next album, because she isn’t as inspired as she would like to be. She said, “The more I make music that doesn’t truly inspire me, the more I feel like I’m blending in with everyone else. So after this next album, I’m taking some time off.” How about the rest of your life? Just a thought. As far as her “Sex and the City” cameo, she added, “I know everyone says Carrie, but I love Kim Cattrall, so I’ll say Samantha. Madonna Really Likes Her Belvedere Vodka Posted: 08 Mar 2010 12:54 PM PST Madonna was on-hand at the new exclusive club, Soho House, in Los Angeles, but threw a hissy fit of epic proportions when she didn’t get her vodka of choice. It’s like when you’re at a restaurant and you ask for Pepsi, but they say, “Will Coke be okay?” and you’re like “Sure”, because who the heck are you? With Madge, it’s a little bit different. She expects you to say, “We don’t have Coke, but we’ll dispatch one of our lackeys to the place down the street to fetch you a bottle.” Earlier in the evening, Madonna was at Elton John’s pre-Oscars party when she snipped at the host for not carrying her favorite vodka, Belvedere. The party was sponsored by Grey Goose, but she was having none of that. A source said, “Madonna walked in with her manager Guy Oseary and her entourage and ordered a Belvedere vodka. It was left to one rather nervous waiter to tell her only Grey Goose was available and when he did all hell broke loose. Madonna was dropping F-bombs like they were going out of fashion. Fortunately Guy was able to calm her down. But she sulked about the vodka and ordered a non-alcoholic virgin mojito instead. Lindsay Lohan Fired From Ungaro Posted: 08 Mar 2010 12:38 PM PST Apparently Emanuel Ungaro is getting his wish. When he scoffed at Lindsay Lohan’s heart-shaped pasties, he wasn’t alone, but maybe we won’t have to endure designs like that anymore. As the A/W10 show kicked off in Paris this morning, one thing was missing - Lindsay. She was a regular at several shows in Paris this season, but was a no-show for this event, which left chief designer Estrella Archs to unveil the fashion house’s winter collection solo.
