Adam Lambert Sits Down To Talk With Oprah Winfrey - Video Posted: 20 Jan 2010 02:05 PM PST Adam Lambert stopped by Oprah Winfrey’s show to discuss his career, his rise to fame and his performance on the American Music Awards. Adam first rose on the scene as an “American Idol” contestant, but quickly gained notoriety after his AMAs performance, which was dubbed “too risque” for primetime. As far as doing it all over again, Adam wouldn’t change a thing. On part two of their interview, Adam takes us on an inside look through his daily life, which consists of a lot of shopping and being photographed by the paparazzi. He also brings up the best part of being famous: Wrapping up the show, Adam gave a performance of his newest hit song, “Whataya Want From Me”: Love that song, it’s growing on me.

Emilie de Ravin Talks Chemistry With Robert Pattinson Posted: 20 Jan 2010 12:50 PM PST Emilie de Ravin talked to MTV about her instant connection with “Twilight” vampire Robert Pattinson, while playing his love interest in their new movie, “Remember Me”. During the interview, she discussed how the filmmakers had been looking to cast her part for a while, but settled on her when they noticed the chemistry she shared with RPattz. She said: “They’d been looking to cast my role for a while, looking at a lot of different girls. I read the script three weeks before they started shooting. I flew to New York to test with Rob and we immediately got along and had instant great chemistry, which is not an easy thing to come by. Obviously you’re acting, but you want to have that connection with somebody. We had it. And I was thrown into a wardrobe fitting that same day.” I bet there are a lot girls who would like to have some chemistry with Mr. Sparkles. Of their relationship off-camera, she said: ‘It was so great being able to work with someone you immediately get along with and is incredibly talented and is driven to make the film as good as we can. Having someone you can go and talk with about a scene, and it’s all very casual and easy, that made filming such a delight — having a friendship level and a commitment to the script. Wired Exclusive: Nikki & Rich at The ROXY Posted: 20 Jan 2010 12:10 PM PST When a duo describes themselves as “Lauryn Hill meets The Supremes,” while hanging out with Alicia Keys listening to Outkast’s ‘Hey Yah,’” it’s hard to imagine what that could actually sound like — but Nikki and Rich made it loud and clear at The Roxy last night. The Roxy Theatre on Sunset hosted Nikki and Rich for a one night only appearance yesterday evening and it was definitely a crowd pleaser! Rich opened the show tinkering on the keyboard and then added some funky beats to get the crowd going. Nikki then made a grand entrance with her bouffant hair and sassy voice, belting out the catchy song, “Next Best Thing.” Nikki’s voice is soulful and funky, think Adele mixed with Amy Winehouse and add a little sexy on top. Rich not only has the looks, but is extremely talented in creating mixes and beats. Their 1960’s girl group sound mixed with funky contemporary beats make this pop-soul duo really stand out. But that’s nothing unusual, is it? John talks about how and why he dumped Jennifer Aniston, and he makes it well known that he was the one to do the dumping. A classic douchebag move, there, John. Yes, we know you dumped her, so why must you keep rattling on about it. He said, “I’ve never really gotten over it. It was one of the worst times of my life. I have this weird feeling, a pride thing, for the people I’ve had relationships with. What would I be saying to Jen, who I think is f**king fantastic, if I said to her, ‘I don’t dislike you. The guy was seen wearing a hoodie and looking unkempt as he made his way into Pine Grove. Tiger has been there to treat his sex addiction. Because rehab is the 2010 way of saying I’m sorry. And people entering sex rehab is a way of downplaying the douchebaggery of people who cheat on their wives. Kudos to the “National Enquirer”, they got one right. Or did they?
