| Lady Gaga Topless Balcony Photos Posted: 31 Dec 2009 01:54 PM PST Lady Gaga showed off her undies on the balcony of the Fontainebleau hotel in Miami earlier today.  She donned a yellow wig (?) and hung out on the roof of the hotel with only a blazer and panties on. Oh yeah, and some random guy. She later removed the blazer to show that she wasn’t wearing anything underneath, yet covered herself with only a towel.  On her Twitter, she said, “Two shows, about 13 outfits, 15,000 little monsters, and sticky champagne, and I don’t care if its miami I’m still wearing leather.” She needs to put something on.
