‘American Idol’ Auditions #1 Recap (Videos)

The 11th season of American Idol premiered tonight and things got kicked off in Savannah, Georgia!

Randy Jackson, Steven Tyler and Jennifer Lopez have all returned for another season in the search for the next American Idol!

This season premiere brought the good, the bad and of course the homeless.

Let's start off with some of the good:

First was David Leathers Jr. or as his friends call him "Mister Steal your Girl" who sang 'Remember the Rain' by 21st Century.

David says he's 17 years old, but like Jennifer said he looks to be about 12.

Next was Gabi Carrubba, a champion tap dancer who sang 'Sunday Morning' by Maroon 5.

Gabi did really well and all the judges agreed to let her go to Hollywood.

Then came Schyler Dixon who auditioned with her brother Colton Dixon last year and didn't make it sang 'Breakeven' by The Script.

This year Schyler was on her own or so she thought! Just when you think the poor girl is going to get her chance the judges forced her to grab her brother to audition. The judges ended up sending both of them to Hollywood, but they obviously really just wanted Colton.

Lastly, there’s Amy Brumfield who auditioned with 'Superwoman' by Alicia Keys.

Oh yeah, she’s homeless and lives in a tent in the woods. Luckily for this hobo she made it through to Hollywood!

Now for some of the bad:

First is Joshua Chavis who sang 'I'm Yours' by Jason Mraz.

This guy was the perfect mix of crazy and annoyingly confident. Just the judges' reactions and critiques alone made me cringe and laugh. The best part though was when Randy just told him dead pan his performance was "terrible."

Next was Jessica Whitely who sang 'In This Song' by Charice.

This girl was my ultimate favorite, she was so horrible! She sounds like an angry Miss Piggy and the awkward silence plus Randy's face after her performance made me laugh out loud.

So this week was a success with 42 singers receiving their ticket to Hollywood.

Next, Idol is heading to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania this Thursday!

Too young?

Cindy Crawford's ten-year-old daughter made her modeling debut this week in a new ad for Versace's children's line.

With the mini skirt and make-up, she looks much older than ten.

Cindy is proud of her daughter.

"I’m so thrilled that Kaia was chosen to be part of the first Young Versace Campaign," says Cindy. "I have so many fond memories of the times I spent with Gianni and Donatella. There is something so very special about the House of Versace."

This isn’t the first time that she’s allowed her daughter to model at a tender age. Back in 2006, she allowed Kaia to model children's bikinis by Melissa Odabash.

I bet you thought the story was made up, right? Wrong!

Jessica Simpson attended a bachelorette party for a [friend?], and let her followers know on Twitter by posting the photo below and saying, “Bachelorette party weekend for @lolozelman!”

I’d like to say that she looks charming, but that just isn’t the case.

Travis Barker Nude Photos Leaked

Nude photos have just surface of Blink 182 drummer Travis Barker!

The tattoos are a dead giveaway as to who the flasher is.

To add to the validity of the pictures, Barker's lawyers have just sent MediaTakeOut.com (where the photos surfaced) a letter telling the site to remove the nudes.

The photos were taken more than five years ago and were "private and never intended for public viewing or to be seen by anyone else.”

Jessica Alba Lauches Honest.com

Tonight in New York City, actress and mother Jessica Alba hosted a cocktail event at ABC Kitchen to celebrate the launch of her new company Honest.com – a natural, eco-friendly baby essentials product line.

At the event, local New York City mom bloggers, parenting writers and journalists joined Jessica and her partner author, environmentalist and former Healthy Child Healthy World CEO Christopher Gavigan to learn about the new brand, test out the array of products ranging from fashion forward diapers, chemical-free wipes and home-safe cleaning and personal grooming products, and for an opportunity to hear directly from th founders about the company.

Guests enjoyed appetizers and sipped a custom Veev Eco-Caid cocktail before leaving with a fun gift bag of goodies including Honest.com samples.

Jessica was glowing in a Jenni Kayne suit, Kate Spade sweater and Jimmy Choo pumps.

Asher Monroe Debuts New Video For ‘Hello Baby’ (Video)

Here’s the brand new video for Asher Monroe‘s “Hello Baby,” which debuted today on YouTube!

Born in Virgina in 1988, Asher Monroe began working when he was 7 years old and was given his “big break” when he was landed the role of “Chip”, the tiny teacup, in the touring Broadway production of Beauty and the Beast.

After his role in Beauty and the Beast, he was then chosen to play the lead role in the production of Oliver as well as appearing in the television movie Pop Rocks and the film Come Away Home.

He also made guest appearances on Zoey 101, Medium, and Close To Home.

In 2009, Asher Monroe played Marco in the MGM and Lakeshore feature film, Fame, a remake of the 1980 musical film.

Asher Monroe also had a recurring role as Steve in the NBC television show, Parenthood.

He sounds busy.

‘Glee’ Casts Jeff Goldblum And Brian Stokes As Rachel’s Dads

'Glee' has finally cast the roles of Rachel (Lea Michele)'s gay dads!

So who landed the parts? Well it has been confirmed 'Law & Order: Criminal Intent' actor Jeff Goldblum and Broadway performer Brian Stokes Mitchell will be stepping in as the adopted parents of Rachel.

The couple will make their debut on the show's Valentine's Day episode and according to sources, yes they will be singing.

Jeff Goldblum singing, I don't know how I feel about that.

Apparently, Goldblum is accomplished jazz pianist and made his Broadway debut way back in 1971 while Mitchell has appeared in many Broadway performances and has even won a Tony Award for Best Actor.

So, all you Gleeks, will these two make a good fit in the ‘Glee’ world?

Angelina Jolie is pregnant… again!

Jolie is expecting her seventh child and friends say she can't wait to be a mom again.

A source has confirmed that the 'In the Land of Blood and Honey' director is "almost three months along."

“It’s not something she wants to officially announce but she’s at a point where she is telling a select group of people,” adds the source.

Apparently the actress is embracing all things pregnancy. "Angelina is really savoring every moment. She's having a tough time with morning sickness but says it’s all worth it,” says an insider.

Most people would dread the nausea, changing hormones and weight gain, but not Angelina.

“I love being pregnant,” she has said in the past. “You feel like more like a woman than you’ve ever felt. You just feel like everything about your body is there for your baby.”

Am I the only one who feels like this is becoming a little much? I mean really, seven children!?!

Rihanna & Chris Brown Secretly Hooking Up, Totally Called It!

Just as we reported almost three weeks ago, Rihanna and Chris Brown have been secretly dating.

A source close to Brown told Us Weekly that the singer “meets up very casually” with Rihanna, who comes to see Brown whenever she’s in Los Angeles.

The magazine quoted the source as saying, “They can’t get enough of each other. I don’t see it ending well.”

The source added, “Rihanna loves to live dangerously, and talking to and hooking up with Chris is all part of that.”

Right, she’s been seen smoking pot in Hawaii for the last two days.

No, things will not end well.

Brown is currently serving a five-year probation term after pleading guilty to felony assault for an attack on Rihanna before the 2009 Grammy Awards.
