The former superstar is being sued by a paparazzo who's claiming that he was injured when he was struck by a car Lohan was in while she left a Hollywood night club. The paparazzo, Grigor Balyan, says he was hit by the car Lindsay's assistant was driving on January 10, 2010. Balyan's lawyer, Neil Steiner, says his client was treated for orthopedic and neurologic injuries and that all he wants is "reasonable compensation." But it looks like Lindsay will be facing more than just a lawsuit! To kick off the New Year, it is being reported that Lohan now owes $93,701.57 to the IRS for failure to pay her federal income tax. It turns out the actress never paid her income tax in 2009 and the Internal Revenue Service has obtained a lien against her. I had no idea you had to pay taxes on cocaine… You'd think this would be a quick fix for a woman who just made a reported million dollars for flashing her ta-tas for Playboy, but apparently she is only worth $500,000! Get it together Lindsay! |

Kim Kardashian had her lawyers threaten the founder of BoycottKim.com, a web site that claims the Kardashians are "un-American" and “an embarrassment for our country.” The founder of BoycottKim.com was contacted by the Kardashian family's general counsel Christopher T. Wilson, who said that Hollywood attorney Martin Singer intended to file a criminal harassment complaint against him. Criminal harassment? "They try to scare you," the web site's founder, who laughed off the threats, told the New York Daily News. "They do not want bad publicity." During a "lengthy phone conversation" between the web site's founder and Wilson, the attorney "expressed dismay" over an item on the site suggesting that readers contact Marty Singer to voice their opinion on published reports that Kardashian-endorsed products were made in Chinese sweatshops. It included his phone number.  BoycottKim.com has gathered more than 512,000 signatures from people who have pledged not to do business with companies associated with the Kardashian clan. In related news, Kim Kardashian was featured in Skechers racy Super Bowl commercial last year, but has been dropped and will be replaced by a French bulldog. |

The company used the Consumer Electronics Show on Monday night to make a big announcement featuring Mr. Timberlake. The former social networking site is being rebranded as a real-time television watching network and will now be called "Myspace TV." “The future of Myspace is about what you're going to do. About who you're going to become,” Timberlake explained. “Myspace TV is the first foray into that future.” “We’re ready to take television and entertainment to the next step by upgrading it to the social networking experience,” said JT. “Why text or email your friends to talk about your favorite programs after they’ve aired when you could be sharing the experience with real-time interactivity from anywhere across the globe?” Sounds Interesting… well more interesting than the current site. Myspace is hoping to bring itself back to being the huge and popular site it once was by offering services its arch nemesis Facebook cannot. “As the plot of your favorite drama unfolds, the joke of your favorite SNL character plays or even the last-second shot of your favorite team swishes the net, we’re giving you the opportunity to connect your friends to your moments as they’re actually occurring. This is the evolution of one of our greatest inventions, the television,” said Timberlake. Will Justin bring Myspace back just like he did with "sexy?" |

The "Whip My Hair" singer shocked some fans when she posted this photo of herself posing on a stripper pole on her instagram. She then captioned the interesting photo with, "Vegas Chick…" The photo was taken down faster than you can say "Facebook official." Let's just hope they cleaned that pole before Willow got her hands on it. |
| Justin Bieber Looks Like A Woman (Photos) Posted: 10 Jan 2012 11:06 AM PST Justin Bieber is on the cover of the V Magazine Spring issue and well he kind of looks like a woman. Maybe it's the over mascara'd lashes or the glossy lips or the more than interesting Tierry Mugler outfits, but Justin is looking well let's just say different.
It's not just us outsiders who are noticing the difference either, even the Beliebers are questioning the photo shoot choices on social media sites like Twitter and Tumblr. In the interview Justin reveals he is still growing and doesn't plan on doing more adult things. Bieber, who turns 18 on March 1, says “I don’t want to start singing about things like sex, drugs and swearing. I’m into love, and maybe I’ll get more into making love when I’m older. But I want to be someone who is respected by everybody.” [Eye roll] But, you do have to hand it to him he has a lot of perseverance and drive. The pop star revealed, “Eventually, I want to become the best at what I do. I want to be better than anybody who’s ever done it. And in order to do that, I need to strive to be the best, be good to people and treat people with respect, and work as hard as I can. Because for me, I work so hard and this consumes my life — it’s not worth it if I’m not the best.”

A video has surfaced showing Russell Brand removing his wedding ring in November, a month before the couple officially announced their divorce. While promoting a forthcoming American college tour, the comedian also explains his interest in exploring sorority life, or what he calls “sex clubs for women.” “I am going to meet people from sororities and fraternities. I don’t know what a sorority is except for what I have seen on [porn site] Nudevista — that they are sort of sex clubs for women,” cracks Brand. Then the ring comes off! As Brand takes off his ring, he adds, “I’m just going to place this somewhere very, very safe for the next week.” Meanwhile, Katy Perry has announced that she's pulling out of an appearance at the People’s Choice Awards tomorrow.  Katy was expected to perform her single, “The One That Got Away," which would have marked the singer’s first public appearance since the split. “Unfortunately I will not be able to attend the People’s Choice Awards. I want to thank u all for voting for me, fingers crossed! #KATYCATS.” |

Christina Aguilera has finally opened up about year of rumors, and speculation. Speaking to Marie Claire, even Aguilera herself admits that she’s been through a “rough year.” “That was a rough year. Between my divorce and the other things I went through, a lot happened. It’s hard for anyone to go through that in public. But when you’re a celebrity and under a microscope, it’s 58 million times harder. I grew an even thicker skin after that hard year.” And yes, the scrutiny over her weight was a part of it. “I’ve been through my highs, I’ve been through my lows; I’ve been through the gamut of all things in this business. Being too thin. Being bigger. I’ve been criticized for being on both sides of the scale.” How does she deal with the haters? “It’s noise I block out automatically. I love my body. My boyfriend loooves my body. My son (Max, 3) is healthy and happy, so that’s all that matters to me.” If it looks good, she wears it. "I don't weigh myself — it's all about how I feel in my clothes. What looks good on one person might not look good on another body type. I happen to be very confident in my own skin. It takes time to get to that place, but it's all about embracing yourself and your body." Here’s hoping that 2012 will prove to be, less ‘rough.’ |

The 25-year-old actress is in early talks for the female lead in Lifetime's original movie, Elizabeth & Richard: A Love Story. The movie chronicles the enduring love of movie icons Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton, the most notorious, publicized and celebrated love affair of its day. Lohan’s most recent acting credits include the film “Machete” and an appearance on the TV series “Ugly Betty.” Like Taylor, who died in March at age 79, she found fame at a young age and grew up in the spotlight.
