Paula Abdul and Jeff Bratton Break Up

Posted: 07 Jan 2012 02:16 PM PST

Paula Abdul has split from her boyfriend of a year and a half.

Jeff Bratton, owner of record label Cascine Records, said he and Abdul broke up in November.

“It was an amicable thing,” he said. “Between the final months of ‘X Factor’ and my responsibilities with Cascine, there was little time for us.”

The couple met in 2010 and split their time between Los Angeles — where Abdul lives and tapes “The X Factor” — and Bratton’s home base of New York.

“We’re still close, and I’ll always be grateful for the time we shared as a couple,” Bratton said.

Well, that means she’s free to date Simon Cowell.

I still root for the two of them to get together.

Here’s the first image of Amanda Seyfried as iconic-porn-star Linda Lovelace, from the biopic Lovelace.

Linda Boreman, as she was known outside of the movies, was married to Chuck Traynor (portrayed here by Peter Sarsgaard); later in life, she accused him of forcing her into the movie under threats of beating and other abuse.

It was just announced that Demi Moore would be joining the production. Other cast members include: Sharon Stone, Juno Temple, Wes Bentley, Hank Azaria, Robert Patrick, Bobby Cannavale, and Chris Noth.

The movie is currently in production and doesn't have a release date.

Kathy Griffin To Host Weekly Talk Show

Kathy Griffin, the Emmy award winning star of “My Life on The D-List,” may not be able to hold that D-List title for very long!

Bravo has just announced that the funny lady will now be hosting a new one-hour weekly talk show starting this spring.

In the show, which will be titled "Kathy," the comedian will be examine pop culture, do some standup routines and interview celebrities.

Kathy and Bravo are basically one in the same, Griffin has done 13 standup specials for the network since 2005, her show "My Life on The D-List" was a huge success and she has been booked for two more stand-up comedy specials in 2012.

But Kathy isn't the only one bringing the talk show format to Bravo, executive producer Andy Cohen will be taking his late night chat series "Watch What Happens: Live" from only two nights to a full five nights a week!

Looks like Kathy Griffin is one step closer to becoming just like her idol and mortal enemy, Oprah Winfrey.

Congrats Kathy!
