| Nicola Roberts Accuses Madonna Of Theft Posted: 09 Nov 2011 11:41 PM PST Nicola Roberts has accused Madonna of theft! The former X Factor judge is believed to have been referring to Madonna’s new song Give Me All Your Love which many music fans claim has been ripped off from Roberts’ debut song Beat Of My Drum.  Cheryl Cole posted a message on her Twitter page saying, “Imitation is the biggest form of flattery!” Nicola seemed unimpressed replying, “Copy-catting has never flattered me.”  Speaking of the leaked track, Madonna and manager Guy Oseary responded that the leak was merely a demo and that completed versions of her new tracks won't be released officially until the new year. | Eddie Murphy’s Out, ‘The Muppets’ To Host Oscars? Posted: 09 Nov 2011 07:11 PM PST Only a day after Oscar’s producer Brett Ratner resigned from this February’s telecast, Eddie Murphy quits his duties as host of the show leaving speculation about who will step up to the plate.  While the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences are running around with their collective heads up their rear-ends contemplating their next alternative, one blogger came up with an interesting idea about who should get hosting duties this year…The Muppets! Below are the seven reasons given that The Muppets would make the perfect choice to emcee the event.
You know, I think this guy might be on to something… I mean, can you imagine Waldorf and Statler on that balcony heckling the presenters? Telling the winners to shut their traps when their speeches run too long? I think that would be AWESOME! Who’s with me? She’s not taking anything too seriously!” It’s only been a week or two since Lauren split from Dancing with the Stars’ pro, Derek Hough. That girl moves fast! Lauren’s relationship with Hough was a rebound after splitting from her boyfriend of three years, Kyle Howard. She’s going through them like candy. |
| Kelly Ripa Signs New Contract For ‘Live!’ Posted: 09 Nov 2011 11:27 AM PST It’s Live! With Kelly! With long-time co-host Regis Philbin making his legendary exit, Kelly Ripa signs a five-year contract for the popular daytime talk show. But who will replace Reg? Question is, who can?
Disney-ABC Domestic Television says that Kelly has signed “a lucrative five-year deal” effective Fall of 2012. Without Regis, this means that there are some pretty big shoes to fill. While the search for a new co-host is in full swing, “No decision has been made yet.” But the show must go on! Joining them next week include celebrity guest appearances from: David Letterman, Donald Trump, Jimmy Fallon and Kathie Lee Gifford. | Dakota Fanning Perfume Advertisement Banned (Photo) Posted: 09 Nov 2011 10:56 AM PST Dakota Fanning appeared in a Marc Jacobs perfume ad, and it has been deemed ‘too provocative‘. The British Advertising Standards Authority, which regularly cracks down on ads with models deemed overly sexy, skinny, or airbrushed, has banned the ad, for portraying 17-year-old Fanning as too childlike and sexy.  Apparently complaints have been received about the suggestiveness of Fanning holding the perfume bottle, which is shaped like a blooming pink flower, between her legs. In their statement, the ASA says:
Coty UK disputed the ASA’s ruling, saying the perfume bottle placed in between Fanning’s legs was “provoking, but not indecent.” Nice play on words there.

George Clooney is featured in the latest edition of Rolling Stone: Confessions Of A Dirty Mind. Not only is he incredibly rich and famous, his charm does not go unnoticed and neither does his humor! Good ole George gets up close and personal in a candid interview about love, sex, politics and life as he knows it. From adolescence to manhood, relationships to government policy, and life outside the spotlight, Clooney is his own celebrity now and anything goes. He’s just an ordinary guy: He is not ashamed of sophomoric humor: “We think [farting] is one of the funniest things in the history of mankind. Even the idea of a fart makes me laugh. Saying the word fart makes me laugh. I have iFart on my phone. I have remote whoopee cushions. Farts. To me, there's nothing funnier.” I’m a man’s man: “I'm the least metrosexual cat you've ever met. I've never had my fingernails or toenails done, and I've cut my own hair longer than other people have cut my hair. That's like one Olson twin! So how did Mariah do it? According to her, losing water weight and sticking to a strict Jenny Craig diet. Oh, that's right Mariah is also the new face of Jenny Craig, which is now just called Jenny. It's like the 'Cher' of diet plans. Anyways, the 42-year-old singer, who gave birth to her twins Moroccan and Monroe back in April, said that getting rid of water weight is what got her on track to lose even more weight. “In the beginning, when I first had the babies, I had so much edema … water and swelling. Most pregnant women have that just in their feet,” Carey said. “One day I was doing my thank-you notes and I noticed it started rising up the leg, so I had edema. … I didn’t think I would ever be the same person. “The first week, I lost 40 lbs. … of just water — it was just water, initially.” Carey revealed that once she started with the Jenny Craig program, she then “lost at least 30 pounds of weight that needed to be lost.” Starting in July, Carey kept to her strict 1,500 calorie-a-day menu and worked out 3 times a week. “The whole point of this is not just like: ‘Oh, hey, look at me and my weight loss, I’m fantastic.’ It’s really health. Like I said, I learned it when I became helpless and felt so vulnerable like never before in my life,” she adds. Good for you Mariah, keep it up! |
