Under the direction of Lady Gaga and her mother Cynthia Germanotta, together their mission is to support youth empowerment and issues relating to: anti-bullying, career development, mentoring, self-confidence, and well-being. In partnership with Berkman, MacArthur Foundation, and The California Endowment, the Born This Way Foundation is expected to launch in 2012.

| Jersey Shore Season 5 Premiere (Video) Posted: 02 Nov 2011 12:44 PM PDT No meatball problems here. The cast of Jersey Shore is making their much anticipated return back to Jersey baby with Season 5 and we’ve got the premiere!
From Florence to Seaside here comes The Shore gang with Deena, JWOW, Mike The Situation, Pauly D, Ronnie, Sammi, Snooki, and Vinny! MTV presents its fifth season to set sail on January 5, 2012 at 10 pm ET/PT, assuming this is to be the most watched season to date: “On their home turf and excited to be in their natural habitat, the cast hits the ground running to get their ‘G.T.L’ regimen back on schedule while also dealing with their evolving group dynamic amidst the tensions and hookup rumors left over from their time in Florence.” I mean, lesbehonest, this season is going to be hot! | Lindsay Lohan Is Going To Jail! Posted: 02 Nov 2011 10:51 AM PDT Lindsay Lohan was found guilty of violating her probation, and as a result the judge in charge has sentenced her to 30 days in jail!
Lindsay sat somberly in the court room when Judge Stephanie Sautner passed down the sentence, but was heard saying ‘Oh thank God’ when she was told it was only 30 days. By law, she is only required to serve 20% of her sentence, which means just 6 days in the slammer. Lindsay must surrender herself by November 9th. BUT, the judge also made it clear that if she does NOT complete her probation by March 29th, she will be facing an additional 270 days in jail. She will be allowed to remain at the morgue for her probation, but the judge urged that she not tweet details of her time there. She is also required to complete therapy sessions. I’m taking bets. Who thinks Lindsay will screw up this chance and end up getting the 270 days in jail? Place your bets in the comments section below! Ok, so it's allegedly his child, according to a 20-year old Californian woman, named Mariah Yeater who filed a paternity lawsuit on Monday. Justin's son is named Tristyn Anthony Markhouse Yeater and was born on July 6 of this year. According to Yeater's affidavit which she signed while sworn under the penalty of perjury, the Beibs and her had sex on October 25 of last year backstage at L.A.'s Staple Center. She was 19 years old. I don't know who's going to get this girl first, Selena Gomez or the Beliebers? Regarding her lawsuit, Mariah told the judge, “When I later realized I was pregnant with Justin Bieber’s baby, I tried to contact him through his representatives but no one ever called me back.” “On July 6, 2011, I gave birth to a baby boy. That was exactly 36 weeks and two days after the sexual encounter with Justin Bieber. Based upon the timing as well as the fact there were no other possible men that I had sex with that could be the father of this baby, I believe that Justin Bieber is in fact the father of my baby,” she adds. Justin's legal team is now in damage control mode and is denying everything. A rep for the teen idol released a statement saying, “While we haven’t yet seen the lawsuit, it’s sad that someone would fabricate malicious, defamatory, and demonstrably false claims.” The rep adds, “We will vigorously pursue all available legal remedies to defend and protect Justin against these allegations.” Yeater is suing to have Bieber take a paternity test and to provide support for their child… allegedly. |
