Dr. Conrad Murray has been found guilty of involuntary manslaughter. Jurors in the involuntary manslaughter trial of Michael Jackson‘s doctor reached a verdict on their second day of deliberations Monday. The panel of seven men and five women deliberated for about nine hours before the buzzer sounded. Just before 11 a.m., a buzzer in Judge Michael Pastor's courtroom rang three times — the sign jurors are to send when they have agreed on a verdict. An attorney for Murray told jurors Thursday that his client would never have been put on trial were it not for the pop star's celebrity. “Somebody's got to say it: If it were anybody else but Michael Jackson, if it were anybody else, would this doctor be here today?” defense attorney Ed Chernoff told jurors. If it was any other doctor, might Michael Jackson still be here? |

According to Mariah Yeater, Bieber was aggressive in the men’s room. Can you even visualize Biebs being ‘aggressive’?  “He immediately took a liking to me. We just got to talking,” she recalls. “Eventually he asked me, ‘Would you mind if we could go somewhere and be alone.’” “Then when we got to what turned out to be a bathroom, his whole demeanor changed. It went from cute and gushy to more aggressive,” Yeater continues. “I have provided evidence to my attorneys and it’ll show in court that my allegations are true,” she says, responding to claims that she’s a liar and gold digger. Reportedly, Major was on a Delta flight from Los Angeles to Tampa when police say she battered a fellow passenger on the plane around 11:45 PM. Major was escorted off the plane and booked for misdemeanor battery. But, not unlike her ex's daughter, Lindsay Lohan, Kate didn't spend much time in jail. Actually, she didn't even go to jail! Instead, she was just cited and released around 2 AM. According to law enforcement sources, Major was intoxicated during the attack, but her drunkenness was not a factor in the arrested. You can't blame her for being so aggressive, when you date Michael Lohan you've got to stay on your toes. You never know when that coke-head's (allegedly) going to snap! |
| Kim Kardashian Kris Humphries Reconciliation? Posted: 07 Nov 2011 09:12 AM PST Is a reconciliation up in the air for Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries? Over the weekend, Kim flew to Minnesota to meet up with Kris and their pastor, yeah the guy who married them for better or for worse.
Believe it or not, this last minute reality was not taped. According to sources, Kim hopped a plane to see Kris to talk things over. It’s clear that Kim is not sure about their pending divorce so she made a trip to the northern state for some closure. The couple took their marriage in trouble to the temple with Pastor Joel Johnson. During their congregation, they were able to express themselves respectfully and lovingly but also confessed their concerns regarding their relationship. Will Kim finally get her happy ever after? Right now, I’m not so sure but at least they’re trying. |

During a visit to UNICEF distribution center in Copenhagen, Denmark, not only did the Duke’s wife decline “a food expectant mothers are told to avoid – peanut paste” but she was also curiously seen holding her midsection: "It was very odd. Kate would not stop touching her tummy – it was very noticeable. She continually patted it and held her hands against it. She must have been doing it without realizing, and at one point she had both her hands cradling her stomach.” It’s true that the Prince William and Kate do want a family, but are the latest rumors of pregnancy just a far cry of baby talk? |
| Lindsay Lohan Checked Into Jail, Already Out Posted: 07 Nov 2011 06:13 AM PST Well that should teach her a lesson. Lindsay Lohan checked into the Century Regional Detention Facility last night to begin serving her 30 day jail sentence, 4.5 hours later… she’s free.  A department spokesperson had said that because Lohan is a nonviolent offender facing less than 90 days in jail, she was expected to be released early due to overcrowding. This is Lindsay’s fifth jail sentence since being arrested twice for drunken driving in 2007. Her probation on that case is nearly over, but her release remains supervised after Lohan in May pleaded no contest to misdemeanor theft for taking a $2,500 necklace without permission in January. Lohan’s next court appearance was scheduled for December 14th. |
