| Enrique Iglesias Pulls Out Of Britney Spears Tour Posted: 30 Mar 2011 04:40 AM PDT Mere hours after the tour was announced yesterday, latin singer Enrique Iglesias has pulled out of a dual headlining tour with pop princess Britney Spears. The rapid change of heart is causing confusion and speculation around the internet.
For the moment, no word has been given as to the reasons behind the decision.
So was the pullout because of expense, or is there another reason? Do the two stars not like each other, or does Iglesias not want to put his name next to tabloid darling Spears? The singer has already planned the follow-up to the internet smash single: a number called, “L.O.L.” See what you’ve done?  She’s recording the single and album at the Flying Pig Productions studio in Los Angeles, although she’s working without a record deal. And despite her lyrics being slammed for being mundane, Black has said that she's not about to change tack now. “I like the fact I am singing like a 13-year-old girl, not trying to be anything else,” she told The Sun. “I would consider some [songs on the album] teenage love songs but I want to keep it appropriate and clean.” She also had some words for those who have taken a pop at her. “People were saying, ‘You’re the worst singer, this is the worst song’,” she outlined. “They criticized my voice and the lyrics. But I call them negative Nancies. They can try to rain on my parade but as far as I’m concerned they are raining on their own parade.” I don’t care if she’s passed Bieber (582,893 likes, 1,165,430 dislikes) up with her 145,927 likes, 1,209,007 dislikes — this girl isn’t going away and I’m damn mad! |

The bouncing bundle of joy, due to arrive this summer, will be number five for the 33-year old former backup dancer and wanna-be rapper who is most famous for being Britney Spears' ex.  Federline's brood already includes three sons and a daughter. He had two sons – Jayden, 4, and Preston, 5, – with Spears; and a boy and a girl – Kaleb, 6, and Kori, 8, – with former girlfriend Shar Jackson. This latest addition will be the first child for Prince, a former professional volleyball player who incidentally shares a birth date with Spears. (Not to mention more than a passing resemblance!) Federline and Prince, 28, have been dating for a little over two years. I'll say this about K-Fed, his "boys" sure can swim. Talk about fertile! |

The look on his face, is merely a bonus.  In other Bieber news: The 17-year-old singing sensation is so popular, that even his hair needs its own bodyguards! So where do The Biebs' recently chopped locks rest? Behind two bodyguards and inside a glass case, TMZ reports. According to TMZ, Justin's hair is about to go on display at Lucky Strike Lanes in Miami where Bieliebers can pose with the sandy blonde strands if they make a donation for the tsunami relief effort in Japan. |
| Blake Lively Causes ‘Grumbling’ at Chanel Posted: 29 Mar 2011 01:40 PM PDT Apparently things have gotten a bit more, well, lively at Chanel USA since "Gossip Girl" Blake Lively was named spokesmodel for the label's Mademoiselle handbag line. According to the Daily News, the natives have been a bit restless at the American division ever since the 23 year-old actress was dubbed as the brand's ambassador in January.  The king of Chanel's castle, Karl Lagerfeld, hand picked the lithe starlet for the starring role in the handbag line's US advertising campaign. The union was even blessed by legendary Vogue editor Anna Wintour, who is credited with making the initial introductions last summer. But that hasn't kept the critics from grumbling. The cause of their consternation? The very thing that attracted Lagerfeld's eye in the first place: Lively's look. “She’s a kind of American dream girl,” the designer reportedly told Women’s Wear Daily at the time of the official announcement. The official word from the design house is that “Blake’s spontaneity and fresh youthful image have convinced Chanel that she is the right person to represent the house and this range of bags.” But apparently, there are some who aren't toeing the party line. According to the Daily News's source, her critics see her look as "off-brand." Translation: "the bitchy fashion industry’s clinical way of saying that Lively’s contemporary American beauty does not dovetail with Chanel USA’s efforts to sell its fashions as the height of European sophistication." Maybe the naysayers are just cranky because they didn't have a say in her selection. Whether they like it or not, Lively is the official face of the Mademoiselle line. |
| Lindsay Lohan Stages Her ‘Candid’ Photos! Posted: 29 Mar 2011 12:51 PM PDT Recent pictures of Lindsay Lohan exiting her ex-girlfriend Samantha Ronson‘s house holding a teddy bear with the message “I love you” on it are FAKE! The series of photos show the rehabbed starlet closing the door to Sam’s house, which is next door to her own, and facing the paps appearing all stunned that they were even there.
Once the photos were leaked, Sam took to her twitter with the following; “i love when the internet makes me a super hero- i was home at the same time i was at dinner. pix of me leaving dinner last night win. PROOF”. So the same time that Lilo was coming out of Sam’s place, Sam was off at dinner presumably with her new girlfriend Tiffany Russo. What would cause Lindsay to do such a creepy thing? That’s simple folks, the green eyed monster called jealousy. Despite reports to the contrary, it appears as if Linds isn’t as over Sam as she claims. And certainly isn’t happy that Sam has moved on. | Rob Lowe Dishes On His Brat Pack Days Posted: 29 Mar 2011 12:45 PM PDT Rob Lowe graces the cover of the May issue of Vanity Fair. Looking hotter than ever, I might add. The 47-year old actor (who I've been drooling over since I first saw Oxford Blues) dishes about his Brat Pack days in the accompanying article, penned by Vanity Fair contributing editor Vanessa Grigoriadis.  The piece gives readers a sneak peek into Lowe's upcoming autobiography, "Stories I Only Tell My Friends." In it he talks about his long-time friendship with Charlie Sheen, and his experience working with Tom Cruise and Patrick Swayze and Matt Dillon. Not to mention "landing" the likes of Demi Moore, Nastassja Kinski and Princess Stéphanie. And one mustn't leave out Fawn Hall. Apparently Lowe tracked the Washington secretary down after seeing her at the Oliver North trial. Hmmm… That's kind of creepy. Sure, his antics back in those golden years may have landed him in rehab, but the St. Elmo's Fire star doesn't sound like he has any regrets. "We should all be so lucky in our lives to create things that we're still talking about 25 years later," he told Grigoriadis. Can't wait to read what else he says about his fellow Hollywood bad boys. Lindsay posed for several pictures wearing Hjelmbak’s gift to her, a shirt designed by Danish artist Poul Pava (poulpava.com).  Lindsay just caught a private flight back to New York to spend time with her family, while she awaits her next trial. There’s so many, you know. |
| Robert Pattinson’s ‘Cosmopolis’ Wife Cast Posted: 29 Mar 2011 09:40 AM PDT Well, my speculation that Samantha Morton would play the onscreen wife to Robert Pattinson is obviously wrong. David Cronenberg has cast 23 year old Toronto based actress Sarah Gadon in the role.
Cronenberg just finished filming A Dangerous Method with Gadon and Keira Knightly, and feels that she is a perfect fit next to Pattinson. Originally, Keira Knightly had been wanted for the role, but when that fell through the director felt that the only one who could fill that void was Gadon. I think it is a good choice, and the cast is awesome. Can’t wait to see it on the big screen. Cosmopolis will begin filming in Toronto soon, and will hit theaters sometime next year. |
| Christina Aguilera Nude Photos Found Posted: 29 Mar 2011 09:31 AM PDT Christina Aguilera‘s name can be added to the list of “I took nude photos of myself,” after a digital storage card containing hundreds of her intimate photos was discovered in a French hotel room. That’s right… Nude photos!  The photos, which are time-stamped between June and November 2010, allegedly show the singer partying at Nicole Richie‘s bachelorette party (we all knew that weekend was trouble) and in bed with boyfriend Matt Rutler, along with other photos showing the singer mimicking oral sex, smoking cigars and dancing on tables at various other times. Radar claims they were approached by a man trying to sell the personal photos, which he says were found in a hotel room that Aguilera and Rutler shared in France. Classy. This isn’t the first time personal photos of the singer have been leaked to the press. According to her rep, racy photos of Aguilera were stolen from her stylist’s computer last December and made their way around the Internet. Expect lawsuits. |

The Bad Romance singer was given the saucy gift at her birthday party held at Los Angeles eatery Mexican restaurant called La Cita Bar, with the likes of her boyfriend Luc Carl, Kate Hudson, Adam Lambert and Black Eyed Peas star Fergie — all in attendance.  Lady Gaga was showered with gifts at the bash, including the sex-doll, with a source saying, “GaGa got diamonds from one anonymous guest, while another had a sex doll made for her – its piece de resistance was a huge penis.” The Poker Face hitmaker also took to the stage at the event to perform with the restaurant’s Mariachi band and sang her hit tune Born This Way, as well as some of Madonna’s songs. An onlooker told UsMagazine.com: “She was onstage for most of the night performing for all her friends. No one knew she was going to go up there and perform with them, I think she just loves to be on stage and doing what she does so well.” The source added: “Adam Lambert got a little over-excited while dancing and bashed his head on the ceiling.” Gaga did a countdown to her birthday on Twitter. | Glee’s Lea Michele Involved In Car Crash Posted: 29 Mar 2011 08:38 AM PDT Lea Michele was involved in a car accident Friday, but don't worry Glee fans. The 24-year old actress – who plays Rachel Berry on the FOX hit show – wasn't injured in the crash According to Us Magazine, Michele was headed home from filming at around 2 a.m. when her car was struck by another vehicle. The incident took place on Melrose Ave. in L.A.  As a "source close to the star" described it, “a couple of drunk girls hit her, got out of the car, giggled that she was famous, said something like ‘are you drunk, too?’ Then they drove off.” The quick-thinking actress, who was uninjured in the crash, jotted down the car's license plate number and contacted the police. She is, after all, a pro at dealing with wrecks. In fact, she had one right before her second audition for her current role on Glee. "I … left my crashed car in the street and ran into the audition with cuts and glass in my hair," she said, recalling the accident and the "neck ache" she had as a result. Let's hope she suffers no such ill-effects from this latest bang up. |
| Charlie Sheen Recording Duet With Snoop Dogg (Photo) Posted: 29 Mar 2011 07:28 AM PDT Charlie Sheen is putting his “winning” attitude to song and he’s enlisted Snoop Dogg to join him. The troubled actor-turned-Internet star, who was recently fired from the popular CBS comedy ‘Two and a Half Men,’ posted a picture of himself and Snoop, along with former Korn member Robert Patterson making sweet music.  The trio were pictured recording at Sheen’s house over the weekend. “Warlock meets his makers-music makers that is @SnoopDogg @robpatterson666 get ready to rock the Sheenius within! http://twitpic.com/4d9cw1,” he tweeted. There’s no word on what Snoop and Sheen were working on, but seeing as how everything he says is turning to gold these days, these two may be celebrating a hit record over a nice glass of “tiger blood” sometime soon. |
