| Lady Gaga Visits Twitter Offices Posted: 23 Mar 2011 10:44 PM PDT Not to be outdone by Google, Twitter welcomed Lady Gaga to their SoMa offices this afternoon to talk with co-founder Evan Williams (@ev). “Just interviewed @Ladygaga at Twitter HQ. What a trip. Lovely, smart, and articulate,” Williams tweeted.  The singer recently posted a video on her YouTube channel saying [see video], “Hello, Little Monsters. This is Lady Gaga on the road at the Monster Ball. I wanted to let you in on the news that I’ll be doing an exclusive Google interview using one of their tools called the moderator, which allows you guys to ask me all the questions you want.”  Some of the popular questions submitted were asking for back-stage tour stories and how she’d like to be remembered. |

| Fran Drescher Returns To Television Posted: 23 Mar 2011 02:54 PM PDT TV Land has given series orders to two sitcoms, “Happily Divorced” starring Fran Drescher and “The Exes,” starring “Scrubs” veteran Donald Faison. “TV Land is committed to building a new home for situation comedies and we are ecstatic to build and expand on the success of our original scripted programing,” said Larry W. Jones, president of TV Land. “We’re looking forward to an amazing year working with all of this wonderful talent,” Jones said.  “Happily Divorced” marks “The Nanny” star Drescher’s return to TV. The actress will be joined by John Michael Higgins, Tichina Arnold and Rita Moreno. The series is based on Drescher’s real life and centers on Los Angeles florist Fran (Drescher) as she deals with dating after finding out her realtor husband of 18 years (Higgins) is gay. |

At least judging from the trailers it is… The film stars James Franco, Natalie Portman, Zooey Deschanel, and Danny McBride.

Field, at the BNP Paribas Open tennis tournament in Indian Wells, California for the finals matches. Donning matching Fila jackets, the two seemed quite smitten as they giggled throughout the game.  'Scream 4' opens in theaters April 15th. J.J. Field will grace the screen this summer with Tommy Lee Jones in Marvel’s much anticipated 'Captain America'. |

Paz de la Huerta may need to be reminded of that fact. According to TMZ, According to TMZ, de la Huerta was The Boardwalk Empire star was arrested last night for allegedly assaulting model Samantha Swetra at a Manhattan nightclub over the weekend. According to the NY Daily News, the incident took place at a party at the Standard Hotel. Apparently, one of Swetra's male friends hit on de la Huerta. The former "City" cast member took offense and made a snarky comment about de la Huerta's level of intoxication. The native New Yorker responded first by throwing a glass at her and then popped her one right in the kisser. De la Huerta was escorted out by security after the altercation, which left Swetra bloody and bruised. Luckily the former reality star's pal Lindsay Lohan was on hand to help pick shards of glass out of her leg. (Hey, wait! Isn't she on probation? What was she doing in a nightclub in the wee hours of the morn?) Swetra told the Daily News she planned to press charges, and apparently she made good on that threat. After her arrest Tuesday, De la Huerta was released and ordered to appear in court on April 18. |
| Charlie Sheen ‘levitates’ between Fox, CBS Posted: 23 Mar 2011 10:57 AM PDT TMZ reports there is no chance of Charlie Sheen returning to his hit sit com Two and a Half Men. Why? Because the star's $2 million-an-episode was with Warner Bros., not the network.  And, unsurprisingly, Sheen's behavior – not to mention the $100 million lawsuit he's filed against Warner Bros. and the show's co-creator Chuck Lorre – may very well have burned that bridge. Sheen, however, doesn't seem to have gotten that memo. Over the past few days, he's fueled speculation about a move to FOX, both via Twitter and by presenting a mug with a faux-FOX logo to Jimmy Kimmel during his surprise appearance on the late night host's show Monday night.  Today, however, he implied the move wasn't a done deal and suggested CBS was still in the running when he tweeted the CBS logo with the following message: "rumors? fact? while feet drag, the warlock levitates. away from fools gold, or towards the actual mine." In other Sheen news, the LA Times says the actor is still looking for his day in court regarding the contract dispute with Lorre and Warner Bros. Unfortunately, an LA County Superior Court judge denied his legal team's request for a temporary restraining order to halt the arbitration process this morning. They reportedly plan to pursue the matter before Judge Allan Goodman, who was originally assigned the case. |
| George Lopez Calls Kirstie Alley A Pig (Video) Posted: 23 Mar 2011 09:42 AM PDT Comedian George Lopez gave his opinion on the Dancing with the Stars premiere… and let’s just say it wasn’t too kind. He calls Wendy Williams a man, makes a comment about Kendra and Hugh Hefner‘s prostate, and the best he saved for former Jenny Craig spokeswoman, Kirstie Alley.
While he never comes right out and says it, he makes multiple references to pigs when describing Alley. “She did a nice job, her little hooves tapping away…” “Before the show she went to the market, and then she had roast beef, and this is her going all the way home…” Which is of course followed by footage of a pig hanging it’s head out the window of a car saying “WEEEEEEEE”. Check out the video! LMAO! Sorry, I can’t breathe, I’m laughing so hard! Yeah, I know. We shouldn’t make fun of fat people. But if Kirstie can poke fun at herself, then why can’t the rest of us? |

While I know from experience what it feels like to have a ruptured appendix, I think it’s hilarious that the Kardashian siblings took the time to advertise their latest escapade via their twitter accounts… Kim Tweeted:

| Did Jennifer Aniston Have Work Done? Posted: 23 Mar 2011 08:43 AM PDT Adam Sandler plays a plastic surgeon in Just Go With. But is his co-star Jennifer Aniston visiting one in real life? There is no doubt that, at 41, Aniston is still stunning. But is it all a matter of genetics, or has she had a little help? Recent photos of the former-Friends star are fueling speculation that the actress may have done some "tinkering" with her visage.  Two plastic surgeons, neither of whom have ever treated Aniston, gave FOX411 their professional opinion on her sudden rejuvenation. Marc Mani, a Beverley Hills plastic surgeon, opined that the former Mrs. Pitt may have had some injections under her eyes as well as "some kind" of laser treatment. "I suspect that she’s had fillers," offered Chicago-area plastic surgeon Peter Geldner, MD. He also suggested Aniston's "placid" expression may be as a result of the Botox her bestie Courteney Cox is known to use. "She doesn't show any notable wrinkles, even in her most animated expressions," he explained. "She has no crows' feet, frown lines or forehead wrinkles. This clearly looks like it’s the work of Botox." The cost of these age-erasing procedures? Well into the thousands, according to the two professionals. Hardly anything for Aniston to worry her newly un-furrowed brow about. Not only has Just Go With It has raked in more than $150 million in box offices world wide since it opened on Feb. 11, but she has two more films due out this year. Horrible Bosses, in which she stars with Justin Bateman, is set to hit theaters on July 8. Wanderlust, also starring Paul Rudd, is due out in October. Her new signature perfume, Jennifer Aniston, launched in the US earlier this year. |
| Michael Lohan: Kate Major Beat Me To Police Station Posted: 23 Mar 2011 07:17 AM PDT Michael Lohan was released from the hospital Tuesday after being arrested on domestic violence charges and plans to file charges of his own against ex-girlfriend Kate Major. Lohan revealed several scratches and a bloody shirt in an interview with Radar, after being slapped with a citation and a misdemeanor battery charge, according to Lohan’s attorney, Dana Cole.  The charges against Lohan stem from a March 21 incident between him and Major, who filed a police report against him. Lohan claims, however, that he was actually the victim, and Major simply beat him to the police station.
After being charged, Lohan complained of chest pains and was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in LA but was later released. Lohan was initially arrested on three felony domestic violence charges, including preventing the report of the victimization, false imprisonment and inflicting corporal injury on a cohabitant. Those charges have since been dropped. Personally? I think they are both full of sh#t! You go file a report over those couple scratches. |
| Elizabeth Taylor Dead At 79 – R.I.P. Posted: 23 Mar 2011 06:07 AM PDT Screen legend Elizabeth Taylor died early this morning at the age of 79. She was hospitalized some time ago at Cedar Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. While the official cause of death has yet to be released, it is believed that she suffered from and was being treated for congestive heart failure.
A rep for Taylor said the following; [Ms Taylor died] “peacefully today in Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles. Though she had recently suffered a number of complications, her condition had stabilized and it was hoped that she would be able to return home. Sadly, this was not to be.” Taylor has a plot in Westwood Village Memorial Park Cemetery in L.A. where she’ll rest with fellow legends Marilyn Monroe, Walter Mathau, Farrah Fawcett & Dean Martin. Our thoughts and prayers go out to her family at this time. May she rest in peace. |
