| Miley Cyrus Involved in ‘Hit and Run’ Accident Posted: 17 Sep 2010 05:30 PM PDT Miley Cyrus has reportedly banged up her mom’s Mercedes-Benz SUV, totaled another car and then left the scene, according to the alleged victim’s attorney. A Los Angeles restaurant parking attendant, the owner of the other car, claims Cyrus was driving a Mercedes-Benz SUV when she struck his 1991 Camry earlier this week  His attorney, Mauro Fiore, tells TMZ.com the Hannah Montana star left her phone number with the parking attendant and drove off, leaving his client to deal with his banged up car. The Camry owner failed to file a police report at the time of the incident, but is said to have notified cops of the alleged accident today. As for whether Miley’s actions constitute a hit-and-run … police said, hypothetically speaking, it doesn’t because she left contact information with the alleged victim. Miley’s rep had no comment. |

According to the terms of Lindsay’s probation, she will get 30 days in jail for a positive drug test.  Are you surprised? I wonder which excuse Lindsay is going to pull out of her ass this time? Sources close to Lindsay say she’s been telling friends she’s “getting her life together.” However, we’re also told, she’s surrounded herself with some “bad influences.” |

Kid Cudi basically called the pink suit mafia two-faced because he’s all peaches and cream to his face, but talks smack behind his back. Of course he does.  In a new interview with “Complex” magazine, the singer put Perez on blast. He said, “He might be a good person and have a good heart, but he does a lot of f*ckhead sh*t. Who are you to talk about people? That's not cool. That's why the world is so f*cked up, because of hate. And he's gay? I just don't get that. The gay people I know are about peace and love and coming together. That sh*t doesn't register with me. He's a chump and a coward, and it's f*cked up because I met dude so many times and he had nothing but love to show me." Snap! I love it. He just basically said what we’re all thinking. Perez is a coward and a chump. On getting the axe from Lady Gaga’s tour, he added, “She's going to kick me off the tour because she didn't want that negative type of energy at her shows? Word? I never did nothing to that girl. Every time I saw her I gave her mad respect, showed her mad love. It didn't matter, I still got paid. She spent all her money on her shows, so I probably made more off her tour than she did. That's the 'ha ha ha, isn't it ironic?' moment.” I love it that he speaks his mind about Perez, but why Gaga? | Tim Gunn Blasts Lindsay Lohan & Suri Cruise Posted: 17 Sep 2010 10:58 AM PDT Apparently no one is safe from the attack by Tim Gunn! Not even little Suri Cruise, whom he calls a “fashion victim”. He certainly blasted both she and Lindsay Lohan, which is just downright funny.  His royal fierceness said this about LiLo, “Mr. Ungaro is dead and God knows he must have been rolling over in his grave, but I thought, this is one of the last couture houses left in this entire world. Lindsay Lohan is the creative director? How absurd is that! It would be like asking, I don't know, like, asking Suri Cruise to pilot a fighter jet.”  And speaking of Suri, he went on to rip on her, as well. He said, “Suri is, she's her mother and father's dress up doll and I feel in many ways she's a fashion victim and it's just very inappropriate. I think it's unsafe too. She's a little kid and [she's] tottering around on these stilettos or quasi stilettos. It's really inappropriate and I feel bad for her in a manner of speaking.” We can see why he picks on Lindsay Lohan, she was totally asking for it. But for him to go after Suri Cruise? The heiress insisted on buying the animals from a pet shop and said that they are “happy” in her backyard.  Hilton wrote on Twitter:

| Casey Affleck Says Joaquin Phoenix Documentary Is Fake Posted: 17 Sep 2010 08:15 AM PDT Thank you, Captain Obvious for finally calling out Joaquin Phoenix’s documentary, “I’m Still Here”, for what it is — a fake!  The documentary shows Joaquin as he gave up a year of his life for the unshaven, introverted lifestyle he embraced to become a failing rapper. But now, the filmmaker, Casey Affleck, has finally come clean about the movie. Of Joaquin’s role in the film, Casey said, “It's a terrific performance, it's the performance of his career.” In addition to that, he added, “I never intended to trick anybody. The idea of a quote, hoax, unquote, never entered my mind.” Interestingly enough, when Joaquin appeared on David Letterman, the talk show host had no idea that it was a hoax. He even claimed at the end of the interview, that he wished Joaquin could’ve been “with us tonight”. Still, the aftermath of this hoax could leave Joaquin’s career a little marred. As people were left wondering if his life had really spun so much out of control. And the hookers and blow were fake, so there you have it. Are you surprised that it was all a hoax? | Kim Kardashian Will File Lawsuit Over ‘Filthy’ Sex Doll Posted: 17 Sep 2010 06:49 AM PDT Well this is irony, isn’t it? Kim Kardashian claims she’s been violated by an inflatable sex doll, one that looks suspiciously like her and even shares her first name, and now the real Kim is threatening a lawsuit!  It’s all over the “Kinky Kim Filthy Love Doll,” as described on the box of a “busty bubble-butt bimbo who’s had more dark meat inside her than a bucket of fried chicken.” For some reason, Kardashian believes the doll is modeled after her, thus violating her right of publicity and now her lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, is on the attack. Holley fired off a strongly worded letter to Pipedream Products, Inc. demanding they stop production ASAP before she opens up a big, fat can of lawsuit. But Pipedream, unlike their products, doesn’t plan on just taking this lying down. They told TMZ, “The similarity between the Kinky Kim doll and Ms. Kardashian is purely coincidental.” Coincidental, ha! I’ve seen filthier photos of Kim, seriously. Why doesn’t she play it smart and demand a percentage of the profits, just like she did the sex tape? |
| Adam Lambert Kicks Paparazzi Ass, The World Laughs Posted: 17 Sep 2010 06:12 AM PDT Adam Lambert got heated on a Miami beach yesterday afternoon — and it wasn’t from the sun. Adam was spotted whipping some paparazzi ass!  Adam was staying at The Raleigh, when he was spotted lounging seaside and drinking with a group of friends. However, it seems Lambert got irked by one particular photographer… and let it turn to violence. Adam attacked the photographer until a friend managed to pull him off. Adam laughed about the whole incident on his Twitter:

UPDATE: The paparazzi in question strolled into a Miami police station late last night to file a report against Lambert, accusing the singer of misdemeanor battery. According to the police report, the victim claims Adam grabbed his backpack “where the camera was placed” … and “wrestled the photog to the ground forcefully.” This isn’t true though… you can clearly see his camera in his other hand.
