Jennifer Lopez Signs $12 Million ‘American Idol’ Deal Posted: 13 Sep 2010 12:14 PM PDT Jennifer Lopez has scored herself a nice $12 million deal to sit at the judge’s table on “American Idol”. Fox previously shut down the idea of allowing Jennifer to judge on the show due to her “diva demands”, but has since had a change of heart. Jennifer did want a few extras, but was blatantly refused. Deadline Hollywood reports: Among JLo’s demands, “she was angling for an overall deal at Fox, including a put picture, to keep the movie career going. But Fox said no,” one insider tells me. “In the old days, these were called a ‘vanity deal’ for good reason. They simply don’t exist today. Will Smith doesn't have put pictures.” Another informant says she also was angling for TV development projects to replace the ones that had gone by the wayside when her career grew cold. Also, Team JLo was pissed that the Idol producers never discussed ahead of time their decision to offer a judging job to Aerosmith’s Steven Tyler. Though Team JLo kept threatening she’d bail if she didn’t get what she wanted, Fox called her bluff several times. I’m glad that Fox didn’t cave in to her demands. She is not that great of a movie actress, so she needs to just stick to what she knows best. Now, the rumors are saying that we’ll have Steven Tyler, Jennifer Lopez and Randy Jackson judging the show for the new season. Is that enough to make you want to watch? Lady Gaga Was Wearing REAL Meat! Posted: 13 Sep 2010 12:07 PM PDT Lady Gaga’s meat dress was by far the most outrageous fashion moment of the 2010 Video Music Awards last night. It was her third and final outfit change of the night (she wore it to accept her Moonman for Video Of The Year), and definitely the most insane. But the bigger question is — was Lady Gaga’s meat dress real? Why yes… yes it was! The designer behind the dress said,”The dress is indeed real meat from my family butcher. Glad it went so well. ” Franc Fernandez showed off how he created the look on his blog this morning, and it’s a work of art. (Nicola Formichetti’s stylist was the one who styled the look.) On why Lady Gaga chose a meat dress, she told MTV news that it was symbolic choice: “Well, it is certainly no disrespect to anyone that is vegan or vegetarian. As you know, I am the most judgment-free human being on the earth. However, it has many interpretations, but for me this evening … If we don’t stand up for what we believe in and if we don’t fight for our rights, pretty soon we’re going to have as much rights as the meat on our own bones. Erin Muller Threatens Lawsuit Over Nude Photos - See Photos Here Posted: 13 Sep 2010 10:12 AM PDT Michael Lohan may be thanking God that his daughter is back to her old self, but he has reportedly gotten himself in a bit of a mess in the process. His ex-girlfriend, Erin Muller, is threatening to launch a lawsuit over nude photos that have surfaced online - because she thinks it’s all his fault. Nude pics surfaced at The Dirty, showing Erin in various states of undress. The photos are pretty raunchy and show her touching herself and wearing lingerie. [see photos] She has since sent the website a cease and desist letter, demanding the photos be taken down. Reportedly, she feels that Michael perhaps leaked the photos as a revenge tactic. Her attorney said, “We find Mr. Lohan's Twitter posts regarding the naked photographs to be awfully peculiar and we are currently investigating if Mr. Lohan had anything to do with submitting these. I currently cannot say whether he did or did not submit them. We are looking into it." The Twitter posts they’re mentioning say, “See what happens when you call and threaten people? Don't play with the bulls.” His tweet: Does it seem odd to you? It seems more than a coincidence, if you ask me. Will.I.Am Slammed For ‘Blackface’ - Photo Posted: 13 Sep 2010 09:12 AM PDT Will.i.am took to the stage to perform with Nicki Minaj at last night’s Video Music Awards. But his actual performance was not what caused hysteria among the masses. Apparently, his “blackface” ruffled some feathers. Now we love controversy as much as the next guy, but seriously? Are people really seeking out controversy where there is none? One person tweeted, “@iamwill was looking like a tar baby”, while others said, “When placed next to a person dressed like an adult @iamwill looks even more ridiculous.” and “awww will i am is mad that people thought his stupid clothes were “racially incensitive.” shouldnt have worn blackface, idiot.” Will took to his Twitter in his own defense, saying, “1st. just because I where all black including head mask as expression and emphasize my outfit, it shouldn’t be looked at as racial.. Let go of the past. there are far more important things 2 bark about. (Jobs, health, education) not a black man wearing all black everything. Are you guys serious? my outfit set “black people back 100 yrs” choose your twits wisely. no education sets people back, no jobs, bad health.” I couldn’t agree more. Leave it to MTV to switch up the red carpet look! Lady Gaga dominated the 2010 MTV Movie Awards, taking home eight moon men, including the ultimate category of Video of the Year. In usual Gaga Fashion, the Queen of the Monsters, made a striking entrance on the white carpet. Others who sparkled on the carpet included Teairra Mari and the Jersey Shore cast.
