| Lindsay Lohan Spent The Night With Jason Segel Posted: 06 Dec 2009 07:13 PM PST Lindsay Lohan was spotted by snappers leaving Jason Segel’s West Hollywood home on December 5th.  Lilo looked like she was in a hurry to get out of there as quickly as possible, while Jason emerged with his Dracula puppet and some water in his hands, cheesin’ for the cameras. They are an unlikely couple, to say the least.
