| Orlando Bloom Strips Half Naked For Lunch Posted: 03 Dec 2009 03:20 PM PST Imagine you’re sitting there at lunch with the girls and you glance over to see Orlando Bloom stripping off his shirt to change. If you were one of the lucky ones at Lavo on Tuesday, then you would’ve been privvy to Orlando’s awesome bare chest.  Orlando was said to be peeved as someone bumped into him at lunch, causing him to spill his drink all over himself. Awww… What I would’ve given to be that girl…Ha. He proceeded to what any of us would’ve done, he contacted a nearby store and had them deliver him a new shirt. The store promptly sent over a selection of three shirts for his liking. He opted to strip down and change shirts right then and there. Nom nom nom nom. A source said, “A drink was accidentally spilled on Bloom’s shirt and he was visibly pissed. One of his friends called the flagship John Varvatos store and within 30 minutes, someone arrived with three brand new shirts. much to the delight of every female diner he made his choice at the table, right in the middle of the dining room packed with 200 people. He took his stained shirt off and let everyone catch a glimpse of his body before putting on a white shirt.” Two hundred freaking people and there aren’t any pics to prove it???!? | Courteney Cox & Lisa Kudrow Aren’t Friends In ‘Cougar Town’ Posted: 03 Dec 2009 02:38 PM PST Lisa Kudrow and Courteney Cox have teamed up in Courteney’s new TV show, “Cougar Town”, but don’t expect them to like each other!  Lisa joins the show on its January 6th episode, but the two former “Friends” aren’t friends at all. She first made her acting comeback in “The Comeback”, but the show only lasted for 13 episodes. So it will be good to see these two sharing the small screen again. Executive Producer, Bill Lawrence said, “They didn’t want to play friends. She [Lisa] plays a dermatologist who is a horrible, horrible person, but [Courteney] goes to her because she’s the best. | Lindsay Lohan Hooking Up With Kevin Connolly? Posted: 03 Dec 2009 02:14 PM PST Lindsay Lohan has been a really busy girl. She’s been linked to basically anyone standing within three inches of her at premieres (I kid, Lindsay isn’t invited to those) or if she’s in the vicinity of anyone wearing pants.  The rumor of the week is that LiLo was getting nice and cozy with “Entourage” star Kevin Connolly. The two were reportedly getting sweet on each other at Leonardo DiCaprio’s Hollywood Hills pad. If you believe the media outlets, then Lindsay has notches on her belt from Gerard Butler, Kevin Connolly, John Mayer, Jonathan Rhys Meyers, Adrian Grenier, and Kellan Lutz. That’s one busy vadge right there. How does it make time for anything else? We need to get her an appointment book for that thing. British pop star Lily Allen announced that she will be taking a few years off from music and plans to start a record label for new artists. While on her career break, Allen also plans to enter the fashion world by setting up a fashion shop called “Lucy In Disguises” with her sister which will allow people to get “really nice clothes” by renting them from the store.
Allen also told the BBC that she also wanted to “spend some time in the home I’ve built for myself”. While speaking to Radio 1, she said that she is in the early stages of attempting to sign artists up to her new label.
This comes days after she spoke to Observer Music Monthly, and said that she was undecided whether or not she would want to record another album. Her last scheduled concert is in March at the O2 Arena in London. After that, Allen is distancing herself from the music world. She also breifly touched on the subject of her Twitter and Myspace, saying that she’s “stopped everything” and she doesn’t have a computer or a blackberry. She says she “don’t do emails or anything now.” How you expect to set up a record label and fashion boutique without emails, a phone, and even Twitter or Myspace is beyond me, though. Adam Lambert pushed the envelope at the 2009 AMA's and received a slew of backlash after forcing his dancers' face in his crotch and kissed the keyboardist with force. The second place “American Idol” contestant is launching his first official album, "For Your Entertainment," and has been pretty much blacklisted from ABC since the AMA disastrous performance. Much ado has been going on since thousands cried obscene to the FCC. Canceled performances, Twitter attacks and general whining have ensued. Currently he has been axed from Jimmy Kimmel's show and Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve. The latest defense of his performance is targeting Pink. During her 2004 Billboard set she pushed a man's face into her crotch and now fans are comparing the issues and calling it a double standard. Fast forward to the 1:35 mark for her version of the Pesci. No issues were made and the FCC did nothing at this crotch to face issue.
I am pretty hard to offend being that I use terms like lady balls and enjoy making my neighborhood children cry. However I think the problem, for me anyway, is that everything about his performance was about force. Dancers with leashes were being forced into his crotch. The kiss didn't bother me one bit and I find it ridiculous they blurred it out, but the forced oral sex is what made me scratch my head in concern. If was a woman being forced into his crotch, I’d feel the same way. What is really disappointing is that he feels the need to resort to over the top antics to assert himself as an artist. Whatever happened to talent speaking for itself? His sexuality shouldn’t have anything to do with being nixed from shows and performances, but sadly this is what is has become. |
