Robert Pattinson Releasing An Album (Video) Posted: 20 Sep 2011 09:50 PM PDT Robert Pattinson will "imminently" be recording an album, according to US Weekly. This isn’t the first time Robert has shown interest in music. He recorded two songs on the original Twilight soundtrack: the guitar-heavy "Never Think" and "Let Me Sign." Hot, if you ask me. “Rob has been kicking a few original songs around for a long time, but his schedule didn’t allow it,” one insider said. “Now he’s got some weeks to get everything in line before going back to promoting Breaking Dawn.” Pattinson frequently had hotel room jam sessions with other Twilight pals while shooting the flicks in Vancouver and elsewhere. What do you think, would you buy his music? |

Julianne Hough Curses Like A Sailor (Video) Posted: 20 Sep 2011 06:52 PM PDT I’m just kidding, Julianne Hough doesn’t really curse like a sailor, but she did drop an “S-Bomb” live on the air. While sitting down with syndicated radio morning show “Johnjay and Rich” to discuss her new movie Footloose, Julianne let the word slip out. [Skip to the 5:00 mark] It happens to the best of us, Julianne! For those of you who thought Footloose would be an ultimate failure, I’ve been hearing that the movie is better than the first! With the re-make of Footloose under her belt, the 23-year-old has been hard at work with Tom Cruise, 49 , on Rock of Ages in Florida. |
Nicole Scherzinger Impersonates Britney Spears (Video) Posted: 20 Sep 2011 12:37 PM PDT She might look nothing like Britney Spears, but Nicole Scherzinger sure can sing like her! Nicole stopped by “Conan” on Monday night to plug her much-hyped new reality series, “The X Factor.” Aside from revealing a little too much, she pushed out a few lyrics from Britney’s “Oops…I Did It Again.” Conan, apparently unimpressed by her impression, was absolutely mesmerized by Nicole’s ample bosom. “Focus, Conan,” she said, gesturing away from her bust and toward her face. When asked about her new job with X-Factor, Nicole admitted she cried. "It's an honor. I'm not going to lie, I cried when Simon told me," she said. [skip to the 5:40 mark] Dead ringer, eh? |
The Roast of Charlie Sheen Sparks Controversy Posted: 20 Sep 2011 10:47 AM PDT The Comedy Central Roast of Charlie Sheen aired Monday and it was packed full of outrageous, tasteless and hilarious jokes all in honor of the winning warlock himself. Family Guy creator, Seth MacFarlane opened the roast with Charlie's soon-to-be used obituary, which MacFarlane said he actually just ripped off from the Amy Winehouse obituary. "I only had to change three things, though," admits MacFarlane. "The sex of the deceased, the location of the body and the part that says a talent that will be missed." Charlie then made his grand entrance on a giant train (I'm guessing the crazy train) while Slash played a guitar solo behind him. Sheen wasn't the only target of the night. No one was safe from the humor of the night's roasters. But one joke, uttered by comedian Amy Schumer, may have gone too far. Schumer took the stage and as in roast tradition she went down the line of fellow roasters and tore them apart one by one. When the comedian reached roaster, Steve-O from Jackass she revealed a joke that had a lot of people saying "too soon!" “Steve-O, I truly am–no joke–sorry for the loss of your friend Ryan Dunn," said Schumer in reference to Ryan Dunn's untimely death earlier this year. "I know you must have been thinking, ‘It could have been me,’ and I know we’re all thinking, ‘Why wasn’t it?’” The crowd laughed and then added in some "ohhhhs." When the camera showed Steve-O, the Jackass star looked visible shocked and upset. But, that's a roast! They are supposed to be tasteless and funny! The rest of the show went on without a hitch and continued to be hilarious throughout. Personally I think Amy is hilarious, but what do you think? Did Amy Schumer go too far? Tell us what you think in the comment section below! |
Snoop Dogg To Star In New Sitcom Posted: 20 Sep 2011 09:32 AM PDT My favorite gangster rapper and yours, has been transitioning into the acting world for some time now, with appearances in film and television. Snoop is currently working alongside sitcom veteran Don Reo on a multi-camera family sitcom where he will star as the father. Warner Bros television department is set to produce, however it’s not been shopped around to networks as of yet. Seeing Snoop on TV as a sitcom dad isn’t so much of a stretch though, we did get a glimpse into his life at home on his E! reality series Snoop Dogg's Father Hood. The show on E! showcased the wordsmith, his wife and his three kids in a seemingly normal everyday environment. So what do you guys think of a family sitcom with Snoop Dogg as the star? Would you be inclined to watch it? Let me hear your thoughts in the comments section! |
Taylor Lautner Cried While Watching ‘Breaking Dawn’ Posted: 20 Sep 2011 09:00 AM PDT Taylor Lautner has a lot to be happy about these days, starring in a uber popular film franchise as well as the new action flick Abduction. Yet, in a recent interview with Pop-Sugar, the teen heartthrob admitted that he had a good crying session while watching a cut of the upcoming Twilight sequel Breaking Dawn pt 1. When asked whether he teared up watching, he said; “Oh yes! Yeah, of course. It’s an emotional one.” “You see the same characters we’ve grown to know and love in a completely different light than you’ve seen them before.” “I mean, it’s still part of the same franchise, but I mean it’s a completely different movie — and I think that's going to be exciting for fans to see.” You can see Taylor on the big screen in Abduction which opens this Friday, and Breaking Dawn Part 1 which will be pouncing into theaters on November 18th. Mark your calendars folks! |
Posted: 20 Sep 2011 07:51 AM PDT That’a boy Chazzy boy! Why not save the best for last? Chaz Bono finally made his debut last night on Dancing With The Stars with the Cha Cha, and I’m impressed! Despite his highly controversial casting on the popular show, Chaz presented himself in a brief introductory for America and his fans: “I’m Chaz Bono, I’m the first transgender contestant on Dancing With the Stars, which means that I was born with a female body, but have transitioned and am now a male. People first got to know me as Sonny and Cher’s child on their TV show.” Bono and his Cha Cha dancing partner Lacey Schwimmer boogied down to Motown’s Dancing in the Streets. It was classic! Not only did it bring a smile to my face, but his girlfriend Jennifer Elia was moved to tears! The judges seemed to enjoy their performance as well! With a solid 17 out of 30 points last night, it is true that Chazzy boy can shake what his mama gave him! As for Bono, he thanks everyone for their love, support, and votes and he hopes to do it again next week! Did you cast your vote? Be sure to tune into the Dancing With The Stars results show tonight on ABC 8/7c. I’ll save you a seat! Below, is the Cha Cha and Chaz Chaz, check it out! |
Charlie Sheen Nears Settlement With Warner Bros Posted: 20 Sep 2011 06:55 AM PDT Charlie Sheen has had a bumpy 2011 so far… First we have the insane antics that resulted in his getting fired from his hit sitcom Two and a Half Men, then there was the tiger blood/adonis thing, and last night Comedy Central aired their Sheen roast. On the upward swing, Charlie’s got a big fat payday from Warner Brothers who produce Two and a Half Men coming his way. Sheen filed suit to get unpaid monies for work done on the show, and while he’s not likely to get a cut of the new show which stars his replacement Ashton Kutcher, it’s said that in a few days Charlie stands to walk away with an estimated $25 million. He also stands to take home royalty money from syndication episodes in which he’s starred. Let that be a lesson for you kids; drugs, goddesses, and tiger’s blood equals big settlement payouts! Not too bad for playing crazy, huh? |
Demi Lovato’s New Album Unbroken Posted: 20 Sep 2011 06:41 AM PDT Demi Lovato has come a long way from drugs to alcohol abuse, from eating disorders to cutting, from Disney to pop princess. Now, to new beginnings. What better way to celebrate than with a new album appropriately titled Unbroken on shelves today! Demi has been standing tall, much like that of her newest hit Skyscraper. Leading up to its release, she has made various appearances promoting her new album, including heartfelt ballads and party tracks reflecting who she is today: “It symbolizes the journey that I was on. I was broken and … I overcame it all. I think it’s grown-up, but it’s not too grown-up. It’s not tasteless. It’s growing up with my fans. It’s like I’m not a kid anymore, but I’m also not a full-grown woman either. So I’m in that in-between stage, trying to figure out where that is. So I’m figuring it out, just like my fans are.” The pop princess collaborated on her latest record with some pretty flavorful artists including: Missy Elliot, Timbaland, Dev, Iyaz, Jason Derulo, Rock Mafia, Ryan Tedder and Toby Gad to help her bring out a fresh, new, mature sound. Gawd, I love her. Unbroken is out now! Go get your copy, you will not be disappointed! Also, be sure to check out Demi Lovato’s amazing performance on Good Morning America and a very candid interview with Ellen DeGeneres on The Ellen DeGeneres Show below. |
