Hollywood Happenings (9.16.11) Posted: 16 Sep 2011 06:17 PM PDT This week the Andrew Weiss Gallery opened another fabulous exhibition titled, Come Together, a collaboration with SceneFour featuring the movement of music and visual art. The exclusive exhibit showcases the "Come Together" project that was started four years ago by SceneFour partners Cory Danziger and Ravi Dosaj. You'll find ground breaking canvases and works created with the help of RZA of the Wu-tang Clan, Chuck D of Public Enemy, Matt Sorum of Guns 'N Roses and much much more. Weiss says " I've been in the art business for 40 years. It's very rare that you see something new and different and important. The show is breaking new ground. Musicians are now expanding into visual arts which is a crossover of two worlds. It's a collaboration and it's important which is why I'm opening my gallery for this. This is beyond an artist. This is a movement.” It's definitely an exhibit you don't want to miss! Lindsay Lohan Continues Fashion Week Rampage, I Blame Dina (Video) Posted: 16 Sep 2011 09:37 AM PDT Lindsay Lohan continued on her Fashion Week rampage at last night’s V Magazine Black and White Ball at the Top of the Standard. The crowd (which included Alexander Wang, Carine Roitfeld, and Rachel Zoe) seemed to be in good spirits, when Lohan, without warning, rose from where she was seated, and threw a drink (still in its glass) sailing over the wall and directly at a cocktail waitress. Right, we just reported yesterday that she was throwing drinks. Pure class I tell you. After tossing the glass, Lohan yelled to the waitress, "Not you, him!" indicating a nearby man in a white T-shirt. It’s uncertain if Lindsay apologized for her poor aim. Dina Lohan hopes to help more children into the entertainment industry — because she’s been in the business her whole life. |
Charlie Sheen: ‘I Would Have Fired My Ass, Too’ Posted: 16 Sep 2011 08:42 AM PDT Last night on the Tonight Show, Charlie Sheen had a heart-to-heart with Jay Leno. Charlie didn't try defending any of the actions last spring that led to his firing from Two And A Half Men saying, "I thought I could come back, kinda like you did." Is he still angry towards CBS and the Two And A Half Men producers over the sacking? "No, no. I would have fired my ass, too," Sheen said. "Well, maybe not like they did." Charlie also discussed "Winning," his new show, Anger Management, his Comedy Central Roast and Brooke Mueller. Parts I and II after the jump!
