The Canadian singer and aspiring actor has signed on as the latest pitchman for Proactiv.  Bieber joins the ranks of Katy Perry, Avril Lavigne, Vanessa Williams, Jessica Simpson, Jenna Fischer, and Julianne Hough as the face of the acne-treatment system.
He adds, "My fans already know I'm just a regular kid, except the stuff about my life that's not regular…like performing to thousands of kids and always being in the spotlight." Along with appearing in infomercials, Justin will also be using the partnership to promote nonprofit Pencils of Promise, which aims to expand education in developing nations This kid will be spent by the time he’s 18. |
| Perez Hilton Wants Fans To Unfollow Britney Spears For Lady Gaga Posted: 09 Aug 2010 10:49 AM PDT Perez Hilton was under pop princess Britney Spears’ employ for her Circus tour and since, he’s seemingly taken it easy on her. Last night, it was a completely different story.  Britney currently has 5,526,452 followers on Twitter, with Lady Gaga following closely at 5,402,336. So, to get Gaga to the top, the celebrity blogger will do anything — even telling fans to unfollow Britney! He tweeted, “@LadyGaGa There’s a chance @LadyGaGa may surpass @BritneySpears as the most followed person on Twitter this week!” Then, this gem, “@LadyGaGa I’m not saying to do this, but if you unfollow @BritneySpears, you’d help @LadyGaGa be #GaGaTwitterQueen”. Umm…no. I will not be taking cues on what to do for any situation based on the opinion of this overweight hag who continues to berate children and disgust the human race. I love Britney Spears and Lady Gaga’s music, but it sometimes sickens me that he likes her so much. You know what that means? It means that I have something in common with this waste of air. That makes me physically ill. Will you unfollow Britney so that Gaga reigns as the Queen of Twitter? My answer? #unfollowperez    Thanks to Poor Britney for the heads up! |
| Brody Jenner Gets An ‘A’ Shaved Into His Head - Photos Posted: 09 Aug 2010 09:06 AM PDT It’s official! Brody Jenner is totally whipped by girlfriend Avril Lavigne. First he was seen with her name scribbled/tattoo’d onto his arm, and now this!  The duo were spotted walking around per usual, but I had to gasp when noticing that this “A” is shaved into his mohawk. Wha? Avril must like to brand her guys so that other chicks know that they belong to her. Brody is a converted punk, showing off his new hairdo with his added token of affection for his punk rock girl. Is there anything he won’t do to show that he loves her? What’s next? | Mia Farrow Testifies Naomi Campbell Knew Origins Of Blood Diamonds Posted: 09 Aug 2010 08:43 AM PDT Mia Farrow took the stand to testify in the case against Liberia’s former President, Charles Taylor. In her testimony, she says that Naomi Campbell knew where her diamonds came from and was even bragging about it.  Last week, Naomi said that her testifying was a big inconvenience for her. She also stated that she had no idea where the “dirty stones” came from. Her former agent, Carol White, also took the stand, contradicting Naomi’s statement. Mia said, “Naomi Campbell joined us, before she even sat down, she recounted the events of the evening. She said that in the night she had been awakened. Some men were knocking at her door. They were sent by Charles Taylor and they had given her a huge diamond. Naomi Campbell said they came from Charles Taylor.” The blood diamonds that Naomi was given were mostly received illegally from war criminals in exchange for weapons to use in Sierra Leone’s civil war. Naomi claimed ignorance of the origin of the diamonds, saying that she received them in the middle of the night, but was unsure who gave them to her. Carol said that Naomi “…leant back and Charles Taylor leant forward, and Naomi was very excited. [She] told me, ‘He’s going to give me some diamonds,’ and that’s really all I recall.”
Sounds like perjury to me. What’s left to ask is what they plan to do about it. She did the right thing by handing over the diamonds to Nelson Mandela’s children’s fund, but she still lied.
