Lindsay Lohan Covers ‘Maxim’ - Photos

Posted: 03 Aug 2010 02:59 PM PDT

Lindsay Lohan did a photo shoot with “Maxim” magazine before she was carted off to the pokey and then rehab. In her interview, she spouted off like a changed woman, which made me think that was supposed to happen after she got outta jail.

Lindsay Lohan Covers 'Maxim' - Photos

Here’s the BS she babbled on about:

We know you've had a very trying week, and we want you to know that Maxim loves you. How are you feeling right now?

I am feeling strong. I've experienced a lot in my life, and my mom has given me a lot of faith. This too shall pass.

You just had your birthday. What are you hoping for from the upcoming year?
o focus on myself instead of focusing on my work and to move all press on me to focus on the work I do. Also, I'd like to do more work in India and travel to Malawi.

What is your advice to others about how to cope with adversity?
Stay true to yourself always. At the end of the day, you have to look at yourself in the mirror and be content with the choices you've made, and will make, in your life. Go with your gut!

Doesn’t she seem like she’s so changed…even before she set foot in jail or rehab… It’s like she’s taken the wisdom of Ambien the Dalai Lama and converted it to her own cracked out experiences.

And she wants to go to Malawi? Who does she think she is, Madonna?

Britney Spears Releasing A New Album In 2010

Posted: 03 Aug 2010 11:39 AM PDT

According to music producer Rodney “Darkchild” Jerkins, fans of Britney Spears will have a lot to smile about and soon!

Britney Spears Releasing A New Album In 2010

MTV reports:

“Britney fans are gonna be so happy in a few weeks,” Darkchild revealed in a Ustream session over the weekend, according to Ace Showbiz. Earlier this year, a new Spears album was rumored for this summer, but no new music has surfaced this year except for a demo version of Lady Gaga’s “Telephone” that Spears recorded for a previous album.

Yes, I hope this is true! We are way overdue for some new Britney tunes.

Darkchild added, “We’re getting things together. I’ve actually been doing tracks that I love and I can’t wait to go into full production mode, but we’re in pre-production more so than anything.”

He was very vague. Do you think he would tease us like that over just a song? I hope it’s a full album or at last an EP. Don’t you?
