Christina Aguilera Debuts ‘Not Myself Tonight’ Video Posted: 29 Apr 2010 09:27 PM PDT After anticipating Christina Aguilera’s new video, “Not Myself Tonight” for the whole week, it’s finally here! The singer was releasing promo shots from the video all week, but it has finally made it’s debut! You can check out the racy video here: It’s a little bit better than I had imagined, after seeing all of the shots she released this week. I don’t think the song is a hit, but the video is hot. Does the video live up to your expectations? Next time, maybe she shouldn’t tease us and should just release the video. She drummed up a lot of publicity, but most of it came from people saying that she copied Lady Gaga. Either way, I still like her voice, so I hope her new album has something better to offer us.

‘Jersey Shore’ Topples ‘The Hills’ In Ratings Posted: 29 Apr 2010 04:51 PM PDT If you’re one of the many watching the guidos and guidettes on “Jersey Shore”, then you’re not alone. Apparently, the show has overtaken “The Hills” in the ratings game. Fistpumping must be your thing, because it appears that “The Hills” is on a sinking ship with no hope for a life preserver. Variety reports: 2.7 million viewers — mostly women in the 12-34 demo — caught the latest escapades from married couple Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt, as well as other reality personalities. That was up from the 2.4 million the skein drew for the premiere of the second half of season five in September. Once a ratings powerhouse, the show have been dwindling in recent seasons and the cabler decided this newest set of episodes would be the last go-around. Taking over the reality zeitgeist at MTV is “Jersey Shore,” currently shooting season two in Miami. More than 4.5 million viewers watched Jersey Shores Season Finale. So nobody is really watching “The Hills” anymore? Hmmm… I think it’s time for Heidi and Spencer to go away finally. Don’t you think? Lindsay Lohan Does ‘Art’ - Photos Posted: 29 Apr 2010 03:34 PM PDT Lindsay Lohan tweeted these photos last night so that we all know what “art” looks like. Photographer Tyler Shields took these photos of Lindsay, looking like a hot mess with her black hair and bright red lips. So, it’s art now when someone gets murdered and there’s blood splattered all over the place? In the shoot, Lindsay is seen playing with a gun, with a gun pointed at her and then she’s been shot. The photos are well done thanks to the photographer, but it just goes to show you that you can’t make art out of a nasty looking addict. What do you think? Christina Aguilera Does The Lesbian Theme Posted: 29 Apr 2010 02:19 PM PDT Christina Aguilera has showed us her entire bag of tricks for her upcoming video for “Not Myself Tonight”. She did Lady Gaga and Madonna this week, and she’s doing it again, seemingly “Love Game” style. Christina showed us the last of her promo shots for her new video, which is finally making its premiere tonight at midnight. After all of this hype and promotion, I have decided that I am no longer interested in seeing the video for this mediocre song. You have got to admit, this is not the comeback song that we all had anticipated. She has been away from the scene for quite some time already. Meanwhile, Lady Gaga has crept in and made the dance scene her own. Now, Christina is copying Gaga again, for the latest shot from her video and is doing the lesbian thing. Jessica Alba Cooks, Almost Starts Hotel Fire Posted: 29 Apr 2010 12:26 PM PDT Jessica Alba must be one of those prissy celebrities who can’t even work a toaster, because girlfriend tried to cook some fish sticks Wednesday afternoon and almost started a fire. So, what’s a girl to do on a Wednesday night at about 5:30pm when she wants some fish sticks and there isn’t a chef in sight? Well, we found out and it’s not pretty. Instead of calling someone for some *help* with the stove, she figured she could do it herself. Page Six reports: It was a not-so-fine kettle of fish at the trendy Smyth Hotel in TriBeCa when Jessica Alba tried cooking herself an early dinner. Alba, in town for the Tribeca Film Festival premiere of her new movie, “The Killer Inside Me,” was attempting to heat up some fish sticks at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday — but she couldn’t figure out how to work the oven. According to a source at the hotel, “She ended up almost causing a fire in her room. Fire alarms ended up going off throughout the hotel. The smoke was so bad that fire trucks had to come. The other guests in the hotel were pretty pissed.” Jeez, my ten-year-old knows how to work a stove. Tila Tequila Is Taking Us All Down With Her Celebrity Blog Posted: 29 Apr 2010 12:09 PM PDT I guess we should all watch out, because Tila Tequila is planning on taking over the internet! Ha! Watch out Perez, TMZ, Page Six and Gawker, Tila is coming for all of us! Oh noes, whatever shall we do?!?? A nefarious Tila hater crept into the RSS feed for her new site, only to find that instead of these “sources” she was bragging about, she is citing the very people that she plans to take down. Can you tell that we’re all scared here? Her blog launches on May 3rd, so she says, so maybe we should all start looking for new jobs when she and her sources start publishing. We gotta think ahead, you know. In her “new” posts, which she said that she wouldn’t be about bashing people, she bashed Sandra Bullock of all people! After what she’s been through with her husband cheating on her and her adoption of her son. Then she felt the need to bash 16-year-old Ali Lohan for her eyebrows, which is just so nice to pick on a teenager, isn’t it? This is just so terrible, I really don’t have words. American Idol: Sparklepires ?!? Posted: 29 Apr 2010 10:55 AM PDT After 33 million votes were cast we are already down to the top 5 contestants. How time flies when you are in the presence of Ryan Seacrest. Rascal Flatts started off the show by performing "Unstoppable." Music is not my forte nor are country crooners my specialty. So moving along…. The remaining contestants were dressed up as vampires who I am sure sparkle in the sunlight circa Robert Sparklepants Pattinson. It has nothing to do with the show theme, premise and then we are treated to some pimpery for the new Shrek film. Ok…. This was followed by more performances by Lady Antebellum before Shakira and Rascal Flatts take the stage together performing her song "Gypsy." Next week is Frank Sinatra themed with Harry Connick Jr. mentoring the hopefuls. At this point I just want to get to the results, but Shakira shakes it on stage with a harmonica. Finally Big Mike, Siobhan Magnus and Casey James are all sent center stage for the round of results. Big Mike nabs a safety spot. It is then left to Magnus and James. As I predicted, Siobhan received the least amount of votes and is sent packing. The American Idol official top 5 are Crystal Bowersox, Lee Dewyze , Michael Lynche (aka Big Mike), Casey James and Aaron Kelly.

New Celebrity Hot Spot: My Studio Posted: 28 Apr 2010 07:41 PM PDT Paris Hilton was in full force last night wearing an animal print dress. After stopping at Boa, the heiress made her way to new celebrity hot spot My Studio. Last night, Syndicate Hospitality opened its doors to the newest hip club for celebs, with its stylish New York styled lounge. The club is small and intimate, yet very sexy with lots of gold, marble and soft black leather. It sounds like Paris’ house, actually. Partygoers for its opening night festivities included Paris Hilton, David Spade, David Arquette, Shannon Elizabeth, Adam Levine and Samantha Ronson, among others. Paris was said to have arrived at the club around 1:00am, sporting the dress in the above photo and quickly getting into the party vibe. She partied it up with a group of girlfriends and long-time pal Brandon Davis, before jetting out at 1:45am. Sounds like fun!

Help Britney Spears’ Former Project Get Funding! Posted: 28 Apr 2010 03:08 PM PDT Back in the early years of her career, Britney Spears funded a project directly, called the Britney Spears Camp for the Performing Arts. The project has since been funded by Britney, 50 Cent, G-Unit and the Jonas Brothers, but now, it’s in danger of losing its funding. The program is now called Summer Stars Camp and on a yearly basis, it sends 250 disadvantaged children for a ten day excursion into rural Massachusetts for artistic, theatrical and musical education. Without celebrity sponsorship, the program may have to close its doors for the first time since 1999. Following Britney’s sponsorship, the program received funding from American Idol, but since 2006, the camp has worked independently to gain its own funding in order to keep afloat. The program’s last chance at funding is a $250,000 grant from the Pepsi Refresh Everything Project. The camp is 91st on the list, but with a few hundred extra votes, it can succeed! Bill Murray Hints At ‘Ghostbusters 3′ Movie Posted: 28 Apr 2010 02:42 PM PDT If you were a fan of the “Ghostbusters” movies, then you may be in luck! Bill Murray is tossing around the idea of appearing in a third movie for the franchise. The actor says that he hasn’t ruled out the possibility of a third movie, but has previously described the idea of the movie as his “nightmare”. He should just do it already! In a new interview, he said that he could be temped to make a “Ghostbusters” comeback due to the enthusiasm from young film fans and the opportunity to work with his old co-stars. He said, “I actually thought the other day - it’s just become so irritating - but I actually heard people like, young people that really heard of the movie when they were kids and I thought, ‘You know, maybe I should just do it. Maybe it’d be fun to do.’ The guys are funny and I miss Moranis and Annie and Danny. Those people are some people that were really… you know, I miss them. I think that’s really a big part of it.” I agree, just do it! I’d love to see where Venkman and the cast go with the movies from here. It’s been a long enough wait. Christina Aguilera Copies Madonna & Lady Gaga Posted: 28 Apr 2010 02:11 PM PDT Another day, another new still from Christina Aguilera’s new video for “Not Myself Tonight”. She has already copied Lady Gaga and some of you have said that she did it better. *Cough* Not listening! *Cough* Anyway, she is seemingly copying Madonna now. Christina debuted her new look from the video, which makes her look like a latex bound drag queen, trying to lick a bowl of milk. This just wreaks of Madonna’s “Express Yourself” video, doesn’t it? Case in point: Just sayin’. Haters please form a line to the left… Either way, when she releases the video on Friday, we’re sure it’s going to be hot, but these photos are disturbing. You cannot say that Gaga or Madonna did not influence Christina’s ensemble in this video. I might eat my words on Friday (doubtful), but these promo shots she’s releasing all speak the truth. Justin Bieber’s Mom Gets Knocked Down & He Jumps Off A Bridge Posted: 28 Apr 2010 01:23 PM PDT Justin Bieber was in New Zealand earlier today and his fans love him so much, that they actually knocked his mother down to get to him. How’s that for fandom? In the process, one fan also stole his hat, much to his dismay. Of the pushing incident, Justin tweeted, “Finally got to New Zealand last night. The airport was crazy. Not happy that someone stole my hat and knocked down my mama. Come on people. I want to be able to sign and take pics and meet my fans, but if you are all pushing security wont let me. let’s keep it safe and have fun.” Some “Belieber” actually stole his hat. He did get it back, though. He said, “Sorry…U cant hold me ransom. I got my hat back. no hugs. no thanks u’s. just glad they did the right thing. What’s funny/sad is that he still thinks he’s repenting for what he did and she’s so over him. But the plot thickens. Apparently, before the crap hit the fan, the two had been working on adopting a baby for the past four years. The then-couple brought Louis home in January, but didn’t want to debut him before the Oscars, because hey, life imitates art! The adoption of an African American baby might have influenced Oscar voters, so they decided to keep it a secret. The good news is that even though Jesse wants to do the right thing by Sandra, she feels that it’s a little too late is still going through with the divorce. You go girl. Jessica Simpson’s Questionable Hygiene Posted: 28 Apr 2010 08:41 AM PDT Just when you thought the whole ‘chicken by the sea’ comment was the biggest “uhhh” moment out of Jessica Simpson, the girls gone and open her mouth again! On todays episode of “The Ellen DeGeneres Show, ” Jessica actually admits to Ellen that she doesn't brush her teeth every day. “My teeth are so white, and I don’t like them to feel too slippery, but I do use Listerine and I do floss everyday. But, I don’t brush them everyday. Maybe three times a week.” But wait, there's more! Jessica shares the reason why she only brushes three times a week, unlike the twice a day habit most of us humans have adapted to. "They are too slippery. I need a little coating. I’ll use a shirt or something. I know it’s gross but I always have fresh breath." Maybe this explains why she’s still single. Why would you admit to skimping on your personal hygiene, on national television, is beyond me. At least she said she uses Listerine and flosses everyday, so I guess it's not that bad. American Idol: Shania Twain’s Girl Power Posted: 28 Apr 2010 06:18 AM PDT I have a small case of the sads this week as Crystal Bowersox was less than stellar. However, it gave the remaining contestants the opportunity to shine with the light of a thousand fairies. Shania Twain returned to American Idol to mentor the hopefuls. She first surfaced as a guest judge in Chicago. Her second appearance has started a small rumble of rumors that she could replace Simon Cowell as he exits next year. What do you think? Lee Dewyze didn't show off his new tattoo, but you can see it HERE. He tackled "You're Still the One." He received general praises from the judges. Randy thought it was "pretty good" along with Ellen who loved it. Simon even gave him huge nod, but he was interrupted by Kara who rambled about his smile. Big Mike followed with "It Only Hurts When I'm Breathing." Ellen equated his performance with Luther Vandross and astonishingly Simon agreed. He did however feel it was a bit "wet." You know, "the opposite of dry." Casey James did "Don't" this week. He has been squeaking by and last week gave one of his worst performances. This week he took a hold of it and gave his best performance of the season. And we finally come to Crystal Bowersox. She dedicated her song, "No One Needs to Know," to her boyfriend. It fell short of her standard performances that tend to have a hint of awesomeness. Aaron Kelly is still hanging on and sang "You've Got a Way." Aaron didn't take the opportunity to do something different, but he did give the crowd a power ballad performance. I am surprised people weren't swaying with lighters. He dedicated it to his momma. Awww. Randy said he likey. Ellen also likey along with Kara and Simon. Last but certainly not least, was Siobhan Magnus. She was the only one to tackle something with attitude. Her soft singing didn't help her cause, but she gets B+ for effort. There was no ownership of the song and basically did a karaoke version of the song. We might have a bottom dweller. Her only saving grace might be the end of the song which was superb. Too bad she couldn't have that gumption through the entire song. I hope I am very wrong. I like Siobhan. Thoughts?

‘Dancing With The Stars’ Week Six Results Posted: 27 Apr 2010 05:53 PM PDT It’s time for “Dancing With The Stars” and it’s anyone’s guess as to who’s getting the boot tonight! Tom and Brooke have announced that the first safe couple for the night are Erin Andrews and Maksim Chmerkovskiy. They danced well, so I’m not surprised. What I will be surprised at is if they boot Evan Lysacek because the judges didn’t like his routine. The judges asked to see Chad and Cheryl perform their dance again, which was also well done. Melissa Etheridge performed a song to promote her latest album. The hosts announced that the next couple safe are Chad and Cheryl. Of course! They’re probably going to continue making us think that they’re sending Evan home because those uptight judges didn’t like his dance. Melissa Etheridge performed her hit song, “Come To My Window” as the dancers danced sexily on the floor. Tom announced that the next safe couple are Nicole and Derek, while they’ll tell Jake and Chelsie their fate later. I hate waiting games, so they’re really stretching these out. Joining the safe crowd are Pamela and Damian. Jake and Chelsie are in the bottom two, while Evan and Anna are safe. Joining the bottom two are Niecy and Louis. Jake Pavelka and Chelsie Hightower have been eliminated!

Gavin Rossdale Slumming It With Courtney Love Posted: 27 Apr 2010 02:35 PM PDT During Gavin Rossdale’s marriage to Gwen Stefani, Courtney Love claims that they hooked up. Umm, yeah sure. Courtney was on Howard Stern’s show yesterday, talking about how she banged Gavin and how much better he was in bed. She even went as far as saying that maybe Gwen taught him a thing or two in the sack. Good Christ, how could this be? Was there a time when Courtney didn’t look so jacked up with her crazy eyes and plumped up lips? Or maybe that was the draw? I’m still unsure. She said that she had visions of marrying Gavin and said, “We were like, ‘Let’s go spend our rock star money!’” During their eight month affair, she said, “We had a really good time. He was lovely.” I’m sure Gwen thought he was lovely, too, but not after she reads this mess. Courtney said that she came under fire for hooking up with Gavin, because her friends said that he sounded a lot like Kurt. She went on to add, “But man, he was such an Adonis in his day! He got good in bed…something happened. Maybe Gwen taught him, for all I know.” Howard then asked if he was banging her while he was married to Gwen. To which, she replied, “Yes. She does know. Lindsay Lohan Has AIDS? Posted: 27 Apr 2010 01:21 PM PDT Last night, Michael Lohan said that his daughter Lindsay has been living with HIV and that she banged Tommy Mottola when she was only seventeen. In true Lohan fashion, the father of the year quickly deleted the tweets and blamed it on someone else. He said, “NOTICE,There is an imposter on Twitter,and whoever the imposter is that posted that disgusting comment about my daughter, is now on notice. My attorney ,Lisa Bloom will be contacting the authorities to find out who is responsible for this “criminal act” of ID theft,/imperaonation.” The grammar nazi in me just wants to slap him upside the head with a dictionary or a proper spellchecker. The human side of me just wants to slap this man. I’m not defending Lindsay, by any means, because she’s totally a crackie, but someone needs to kick this guy off of Twitter. Can we start a petition? In response to the AIDS claim, Lindsay said that it’s all just a heaping pile of BS. She said, "He's a grown man and has done the exact same things on TV/interviews, why wouldn't he lie on Twitter, and everywhere else! Case in point: When questioned last week about the Gaga comparisons, Christina said, “It just comes with the territory. That, in particular, is not even worth wasting the breath to comment on. I’ve been around for over a decade and I think my work speaks for myself. [When I was younger] I would have engaged, been a little upset [about the comparisons]. There’s a bigger picture out there. I’ve got my son, my family, my work.” Yes, there is indeed a bigger picture there. It shows you wearing something that strangely looks familiar, possibly because Gaga did it last August. ‘Dancing With The Stars’ Week Six Recap Posted: 26 Apr 2010 06:19 PM PDT “Dancing With The Stars” is upon us and after Kate Gosselin begged for friends and family to vote for her to stay on last week, it just wasn’t in the cards. Dancing the Samba first are Jake Pavelka and Chelsie Hightower and Jake was shaking what his mother gave him…and that was just practice. Jake continued to shake it on the dance floor, much to the delight of the audience. They scored a total of 21 points. Up next are Evan Lysacek and Anna Trebunskaya, doing the Samba. It was all well and good until Evan got dropped on his head by Anna. Guess who’s going to win the competition? I’m calling it now. The judges are smoking crack in their criticisms. Ugh. They scored a total of 21 points. Doing the Argentine Tango are Niecy Nash and Louis Van Amstel. Go Niecy, that dance was hot and funny! And did Louis just dig on Niecy? He was munching that cookie, and said he knows how she feels when she sticks a hamburger up there. Good grief! And Len said it’s obvious that she’s an enthusiastic eater. They scored a total of 21 points. Erin Andrews and Maksim Chmerkovskiy are up next doing the Samba. Their dancing was alright, and Maks made up for it by taking his shirt off. I don’t remember much after that. They scored a total of 25 points. Chad Ochocinco and Cheryl Burke are dancing the Argentine Tango next and Cheryl said that she wants him to manhandle her. It appears that they’re dancing in slow motion and the lift went over alright. The judges loved it. They scored a total of 24 points. Dancing next are Nicole Scherzinger and Derek Hough, doing the Samba to a butchered Ricky Martin song. The dance was a little mellow and it was an okay dance. I wasn’t too thrilled with their performance, and neither was Len. They scored a total of 26 points. Pamela Anderson and Damian Whitewood are up next, doing the Argentine Tango. For this week, Pam is wearing a brunette wig and they’re dancing to a beat down version of “Enjoy The Silence” by Depeche Mode. Did the crowd just “woo” at seeing her crotch? They scored a total of 22 points. The Swing Dance Marathon is up next, with all of the dancers on the floor at the same time. Off the floor first were Jake and Chelsie. Booted next were Niecy and Louis. Eliminated next were Evan and Anna. Booted next were Chad and Cheryl. Pamela and Damian got the axe next. And lastly, Erin and Maks got the boot last. Arnold Schwarzenegger said Monday, a final $900,000 donation by Playboy founder Hugh Hefner completed the $12.5 million fundraising drive to protect the 138 acres behind the famous sign. Way to go, Hugh! The governor praised the public and private partnership in raising the money to keep the property out of hands of developers. Lisa Bloom Reps Michael Lohan’s Bid For Conservatorship Posted: 26 Apr 2010 12:30 PM PDT Michael Lohan has hired Lisa Bloom, Gloria Allred’s daughter, to put an end to his daughter Lindsay’s hard partying ways. In a statement on her Facebook page, the attorney says: I am representing Michael Lohan in his efforts to save and protect his daughter, Lindsay. He refuses to let her become the next Hollywood statistic. All legal options are open right now, but we hope Lindsay and her attorney agree to meet with us to work out a voluntary treatment plan. No parent should stand idly by as their adult child spirals out of control. Thoughts? TMZ reports: Bloom says Michael will take “any and all appropriate legal action to save and protect his daughter.” Bloom adds … if Lindsay doesn’t meet with Michael in the next few days, “Michael is prepared to pursue other legal action towards his one and only goal: to save and protect his daughter.” We reported his conservatorship attempts back in November, 2009. Bieber Fever Takes Over Australia Posted: 26 Apr 2010 11:40 AM PDT Justin Bieber was scheduled to take the stage free outdoor concert in Australia, but the concert was cancelled due to a bunch of crazed girls stampeding the stage and injuring some of the fans. According to reports noted by Access Hollywood, chaos and injuries resulted when Justin Bieber was forced to cancel a televised appearance this morning in Sydney, Australia. Local newspapers reported that the singer's planned gig was scrapped due to an "unruly crowd." Few things make a crowd unrulier than scotching the event they've come to see, so this reportedly led to a 2 A.M. "crowd surge" and several unspecified injuries, including "at least 10 girls cared for by paramedics following fainting spells." Bieber watchers may recall a similar incident that took place at a Long Island mall last November. You can watch him sing "Baby" and banter awkwardly with Australian TV hosts above.
