Kirstie Alley Lost 50 Pounds - Photos

Posted: 01 Oct 2010 09:57 AM PDT

Kirstie Alley has been hard at work with all of her weight loss. Last week, she tweeted a photo of herself with her “Italian men and friends”, saying that she still has some work to do on herself.

She tweeted, “I’ve lost over 50 lbs…and I’m having the time of my of my life…30 more to gooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo”.

Sure, that photo looks all well and good. It makes you think that our beloved “Fat Actress” is well on her way to looking just the way she used to. For the record, we love her and we hope she does achieve success in her weight loss goals.

Now here’s a photo of Kirstie, taken only a few days ago.

Seems like a rather big difference to me, don’t you think? The bottom photo really makes the top one look super Photoshopped beyond all recognition. It’s like they took a photo of Kirstie from the 90’s and put it out there to make it look new.

What do you think???

Eminem’s new video for “No Love” featuring rapper Lil’ Wayne has just premiered and you can watch it right here!

Eminem & Lil' Wayne Premiere 'No Love' Video - Watch It Here!

Watch and listen as Weezy brings it to you nice and slow, while Eminem comes off like pure fire. Check out the video, below:

They’re bringing back the nineties with the samples of Haddaway’s “What Is Love”. Are you feelin’ the song? I’m lovin’ it. But Shady could rap about killing kittens and I would probably still enjoy it.

What do you think of the video? Sound off in the comments below!

Rachel Zoe Is Pregnant

Snitches on the inside have revealed that Hollywood stylist Rachel Zoe is three months pregnant with her first baby!

Rachel Zoe Is Pregnant

The stylist to the stars has only revealed the happy baby news to her closest friends. According to reports, she and husband, Rodger Berman, are over the moon with happiness.

An insider said, “Rachel never really told anyone close to her that she and her husband Roger were trying for a baby, and because of her ultra-skinny figure and habits as a workaholic it was the last thing on anyone's mind."

The snitch continued, "Rachel even requests that clients don't bring their children to fittings at her studio, so there's never been any real clue that this is something she was longing for. But now that she's pregnant, she's telling people that this is something that she and Roger have wanted for many years and she's finally at a level of success where she can afford to take some time off."

She is set to go on maternity leave from her job right after this year’s Academy Awards and doesn’t expect to return to to work again until the Fall.

The source added, “Right now she and Rodger are even considering waiting until the birth to find out what the sex of the baby is. They have a sentimental streak that they don’t show much, but it’s very sweet and old-fashioned.”

Danny Elfman & Tim Burton Boxed Set

Posted: 01 Oct 2010 05:26 AM PDT

The two creative geniuses responsible for such films as Beetlejuice, The Nightmare Before Christmas, Batman, and many more have once again teamed up to bring fans a collection 25 years in the making.

The "Danny Elfman & Tim Burton 25th Anniversary Music Box," is set for a December release, just in time for Christmas.

The 16 cd boxset will include over 18 hours of music spanning the Burton/Elfman collaborative efforts as well as 7 hours of previously unreleased material.

Also included in the set will be a Hardcover book that will include a foreword done by non other than Johnny Depp, as well as a DVD that contains a convo with Burton and Elfman.

In a recent interview with ArtsBeat, Danny Elfman talked a little bit about working with Burton as well as the upcoming boxed set. Here’s a little bit of that conversation:

Q.
When Tim first started working with you, were you looking for a way that you could make the transition to scoring films?

A.
I wasn't thinking that at all. It was totally out of the blue. Tim and Paul [Reubens] came to me together. I was shocked. It wasn't like I was looking for an opportunity for film scoring. I hadn't even really fathomed the possibility — that didn't seem possible. "Pee-wee's Big Adventure," my first time ever writing for orchestra, was a very simple score. And I really did think I was totally destroying his film with a score that was so out of left field.

Q.
Why do you think you and Tim have remained close collaborators all these years?

A.
We literally did grow into our abilities together. Our aesthetic is similar.

Q.
Do you share his appreciation for the odd and the gothic?

A.
Not necessarily, so much as, for whatever reason, his world was an easy place to fall into. It was a place I was comfortable in. We grew up very similar, alienated kids, feeling like a stranger in a strange land. You find yourself gravitating toward fantasy and horror. We both grew up on horror films in the same period, relatively. I grew up around the block from a movie theater, and I spent every weekend of my life there that I can remember. Every weekend was a new double bill, and to be able to see, every single weekend, two new films was really cool. He saw more of them on television, but all the same movies: Hammer films, Roger Corman films. It was a very fertile era to be into the movies.

Great idea for a Christmas gift, or another money grab? Sound off below!
