| Ali Lohan Supports Lindsay, Goes Braless Posted: 20 Jul 2010 04:00 PM PDT Now that Lindsay Lohan has officially checked into jail this morning (approximately 9:46 California time) we can all turn our attention to her 17-year-old sister, Ali Lohan, in a collective effort to ruin her life too.  A source close to the family recently expressed concern for Ali now that Lindsay was taken away from her. The insider told FOX 411, “Ali is the most affected by Lindsay’s sentencing.”

| Jennifer Aniston Gets Restraining Order Against Stalker Posted: 20 Jul 2010 02:58 PM PDT Who knew that Jennifer Aniston had some crazy dude who scratched his love for her into his car, chasing her around?  Earlier today, Jennifer secured a restraining order against nutjob Jason Peyton, after he was found with a roll of duct tape, a bag and a sharp object, seeking her out. According to the documents, “Peyton is an obsessed, mentally ill and delusional stalker — with a history of violence and criminal stalking — who drove cross-country in his delusional ‘mission’ to locate and marry [Jennifer], with whom he believes he is in a relationship.” He left a note for his dad a few weeks back stating that he was going to California. His mother gave the cops the scoop that he was there to find Jennifer.
He is currently being held on a 5150 psychiatric hold and has been ordered to stay 100 yards away from her home, work and employees. | Miley Cyrus Furious Over Taylor Momsen Comments Posted: 20 Jul 2010 12:39 PM PDT In a recent interview, Taylor Momsen bashed the crap out of Disney star Miley Cyrus over comparisons between the two singers. Miley’s not taking it anymore!  Taylor said, “I don't even know Miley. There's just no comparison between us, you know. I'm a rocker, she's a pop star. We're entirely different things, there's a big difference between us. I have nothing against her, I don't even know her. I just don't listen to her stuff. I don't give a sh*t. It's ridiculous that Disney is as relevant as it is today even with adults. Where is the real music? What happened to Zeppelin, and people who play their own instruments? There's always going to be pop but it's not real music, it's not me." A “source” said in response, “Miley is furious – who wouldn't be? She thought Taylor was pretty cool until this happened, which has left her totally confused. Taylor is so obviously desperate for fame. I mean, she's traipsing around town in her underwear, or is that for the love of the music too? Miley has always had a lot of talent, and Taylor knows it. Taylor still sees her as a threat, which she is, although they're hardly in the same league. Miley gets a little risky on stage, but she knows that it's a performance, whereas Taylor doesn't seem to know where to draw the line. It's sad, really.” HAHAHAHAHAAHAHA. The photo was taken moments after Lindsay arrived at the Lynwood Correctional Facility to begin her 90-day jail sentence. (If we find the address to send her fan mail, we’ll update!) | Posted: 20 Jul 2010 07:58 AM PDT Lindsay Lohan was in denial right up until the last minute about surrendering herself to authorities for her jail sentence, but this morning, she had no choice.  Just now, Lindsay surrendered herself to Lynwood jail to start her ninety day sentence. Reportedly, she’s set to only serve about 23 days of her sentence and may get out for good behavior. Yesterday, TMZ reported that she would only be allowed to shower every other day in the facility. That has to suck for her, but again, she broke the law and must pay the consequences. Her former lawyer, Robert Shapiro met with Judge Marsha Revel yesterday, but it was said that he was only making arrangements for her surrender today. Since, he has quit, leaving Lindsay with Shawn Chapman Holley as her lawyer of record and has stepped up to the plate. Good luck to Lindsay in jail, it’s going to suck for her, but she’ll get through it. Then, afterward, she can make bank by doing an interview and a ton of photo shoots. Last night, she tweeted about her impending jail sentence, saying, “the only “bookings” that i’m familiar with are Disney Films, never thought that i’d be “booking” into Jail… eeeks”. She would’ve done better just to surrender before the mass media woke up this morning. Instead of having a big spectacle, she could’ve snuck in and got everything started without anyone knowing. After Shapiro got nowhere with the judge and made his way for the door, Lilo’s assistant was seen carrying all of her crap out of the sober living house.
