Billy Ray Cyrus Calls Off Divorce Posted: 17 Mar 2011 05:33 PM PDT During an interview that Miley Cyrus tried desperately to prevent her father from doing, Billy Ray opened up and talked about his recent problems at home, as well as the divorce talk. His appearance on The View will air tomorrow. During the talk session with the ladies, Cyrus is quoted saying; “I’ve dropped the divorce, I want to put my family back together … Things are the best they’ve ever been.” After he and wife Tish issued a statement in October of 2010 announcing their split, the now infamous video of daughter Miley smoking Salvia out of a bong hit the internet. Cyrus has blamed Hanna Montana for ruining his family in previous interviews, but in today’s taping changed his story; “I don’t think Hannah Montana ruined my family. Now fame, fame is a different animal. You’ve got to be careful with that thing.” I hope everything works out for their family. I truly do. source

Mischa Barton Attacks! (Video) Posted: 17 Mar 2011 05:09 PM PDT When this video was sent to me, I nearly pissed myself laughing… Former O.C. star Mischa Barton has had a rough time of things these past few years. Drug use, arrests, & unemployment are just a few of them. So she’s understandably kinda cranky these days… While attending a gig at the SXSW music festival, she was confronted by a cameraman from the Bobby Bones Show. Although she made nice at first, she quickly turned hostile after being asked if she missed The O.C. She replied with “you’re disturbing me” and walked off. Vanessa Hudgens’ Hackers Exposed? Posted: 17 Mar 2011 12:44 PM PDT TMZ reported earlier today that actress Vanessa Hudgens is working closely with the FBI to discover the perpetrators who hacked into her Gmail account, stole and distributed personal nude photographs of her. A source revealed in a mass email that the perps are not hackers targeting celebrities, but rather former friends of the actress. Our source is quoted as saying: Vanessa thinks she is part of this hacking ring but in fact she isn’t. She was careless and left her account open, then an ex-friend of mine and her friend starting trying to sabotage her. I don’t think either of the girls will confess no matter how serious the situation gets. Ultimately, this could end with someone being falsely accused. The two people being accused in the email are none other than actresses Alexa Nikolas and Kayslee Collins. Both of whom have been friends of Hudgens for years. Why would they do such a thing? Well, allegedly the motive is pure jealousy. The full email we received is as follows: I am writing to you today because I have some important information to disclose. I have long hesitated to do this out of fear of the repercussions which may occur, pertaining to the parties involved. However, in light of recent events, I feel it is my duty to divulge all I know before the situation gets out of hand. As you may have heard, recently, more nude pictures belonging to Vanessa Anne Hudgens have been released into the public domain. These pictures were personal and Vanessa is obviously distraught by the fact that her privacy has been invaded. The source of these pictures was this Flickr account: http://www.flickr.com/photos/sweet-melodies The "Sweet Melodies" account has since been deleted. I am certain that the owners of this account are two teenage girls, Kayslee Collins, 19, and Alexa Nikolas, 18. I know this because I was formerly a close friend of Kayslee Collins and an acquaintance of Alexa Nikolas. Kayslee and Alexa are responsible for all of the distribution of Vanessa Hudgens' personal pictures, dating back to September 2007. In 2006, Kayslee and Alexa were close friends of Vanessa, but they later drifted apart due to Vanessa's work commitments (The High School Musical movies). Vanessa was especially fond of Alexa, even inviting her to star in her debut music video, to make up for the fact that she had been too busy to spend time with her. Later that year, Alexa suggested that Vanessa take some racy pictures to keep her boyfriend interested. Vanessa agreed and privately took some naked photos of herself. Kayslee then took photos of Vanessa and Alexa kissing. Alexa and Kayslee took no nude photos of themselves. Vanessa took more nude photos that year and the next, but she was careful and deleted the pictures from her mobile phone. Vanessa uploaded her pictures to her email account and sent them to her boyfriend, like Alexa had suggested. On one of these occasions, she did this while she was at Alexa's house. Alexa downloaded the pictures onto her computer when Vanessa accidentally left her email account logged in. Since September 2007, Alexa and her friend Kayslee have been leaking Vanessa's pictures every time she has movie coming out. I believe this is because of them being jealous of her successful movie career. On March 12 2011, Alexa created the Sweet Melodies Flickr account, she uploaded racy photos (which were taken in 2007). The images Alexa uploaded included Vanessa Hudgens nude and her making out with Vanessa. Alexa knew that if she uploaded the images of her and Vanessa kissing, Vanessa would become suspicious, because she was the only one who had access to those images. To avoid that happening, Alexa took some nude pictures of herself (on March 12 2011). She made sure she censored the images of Vanessa, who was 17 at the time this set of pictures was taken (although she was 18 in the previous sets). She also partially censored the pictures of herself, again to avoid suspicion. Vanessa doesn't suspect Alexa or Kayslee and is spending huge amounts of money hiring lawyers because she believes her email account was hacked into by someone "out to get her". In the past she has even suspected previous boyfriends and family members. Being a young person in the entertainment industry myself, I am aware of how detrimental scandals like this can be to someone's career. When I became aware of what Alexa and Kayslee were doing, I immediately stopped contacting them and refused to get involved. But now I believe it is a very serious matter, especially since Alexa and Kayslee plan to leak more of Vanessa's pictures, the day before her Sucker Punch premiere (March 22). I am desperately trying to prevent this from happening so I have decided it is necessary for me to contact the media before it is too late. I believe the world deserves to know the truth about what these young "stars" have done and the unnecessary hurt they have caused Vanessa Hudgens, her family and her friends. Another recipient of the email is website The Blemish. Their take on all this? “Alexa sounds crafty. Taking nude photos of herself and leaking them along with Vanessa's to throw her off the scent? Brilliant! Now we're all winners. She's like the Ethan Hunt of nude photo scandals.” We currently have people working to discover the truth behind these allegations and will update you with any information we find out. If this story ends up being true I would feel SO bad for Vanessa. I mean really, your two girlfriends doing this to you? That’s just awful. Ugh, girls can be so brutal to each other sometimes…

Lindsay Lohan Drinking Alcohol Fermented Tea Posted: 17 Mar 2011 08:00 AM PDT Lindsay Lohan isn’t supposed to be drinking ANY alcohol, but apparently, that’s not stopping her. The star reportedly admitted to her probation officer that she’s been drinking alcohol — in a fermented tea. According to TMZ, one of Lohan’s favorite drinks is Kombucha tea, which the label claims has trace amounts of alcohol — 0.5 percent or less. She was even photographed holding a bottle of the tea while leaving an alcohol education class last year. The man behind the Chinese fizzy tea, GT Dave, told TMZ last year the product can help people kick bad habits, including alcohol, by “restoring healthy balance to the body.” However, in the eyes of the court, alcohol is alcohol. The infraction, though small, has apparently been added to her probation report, and will be considered when a judge decides whether or not Lohan has violated her probation agreement. On the other hand, maybe Lindsay’s being fed more alcohol than what’s been reported. It turns out…Kombucha's alcohol levels might be higher than what was originally thought. According to Salon.com, "Whole Foods is removing a fermented, sweetened tea called kombucha from its shelves because of concerns over slightly elevated alcohol levels. Whole Foods spokeswoman Kate Lowery said Thursday that a couple dozen kombucha suppliers agreed to a voluntary withdrawl of the products after conversations indicated the alcohol levels may be elevated. She did not know how much alcohol the drinks contained. Product containing 0.5 percent or more of alcohol must carry a government warning." Lohan has until March 25 to let the court know whether or not she plans to take a plea deal in a felony theft case against her. If she decides to take the deal, the judge promised her she’ll do time in jail.

Zack Snyder Talks About ‘Superman: Man Of Steel’ Posted: 17 Mar 2011 06:35 AM PDT Although no details on the films plot, or further casting, director Zack Snyder spoke with the L.A. Times about Superman: Man of Steel. Snyder says that he is making this film as though “there's been no other Superman movies”. Snyder quotes from LA Times: "Respect the canon but don't be a slave to the movies." "Literally, the one thing that everyone can start to think about is that we're making a movie that finally goes with the approach that there's been no other Superman movies." "If you look at 'Batman Begins,' there's that structure, there's the canon that we know about and respect but on other hand there's this approach that pre-supposes that there haven't been any other movies. In every aspect of design and of story, the whole thing is very much from that perspective of respect the canon but don't be a slave to the movies." "Superman is the one constant in the universe. You know that if you do Superman right — or at least if you do him with respect — you know you end up with something great…. [but] in some ways [beyond] that is virgin territory. No one knows what that is. In some ways Superman is the most recognizable superhero on the planet but also the most unknown. Just what he can be? People have preconceived ideas about him but probably all of them are wrong." I don’t know… this still sounds like a disaster waiting to happen. And another thing, am I the only one thinking that Snyder sounds like a pretentious dink? Give me your thoughts on this…

Joe Jonas & Ashley Greene Break Up Posted: 17 Mar 2011 05:53 AM PDT Although neither side of this usually inseparable two-some have confirmed anything, much speculation is happening with regards to their status’. Are they still together, or are they broken up? JustJared.com reports that Joe Jonas and Ashley Greene have indeed ended their relationship, and that the split was amicable. "It was mutual and amicable," a source told NYPost, adding they drifted apart because of their work schedules. Joe, 21, has been in NYC working on his upcoming solo album. Ashley, 24, shot a new campaign for cosmetics brand, mark. She spent yesterday in the Big Apple lunching with her dad (also Joe) and watching the Broadway musical Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark. Well if the break up is true, then Jonas fans rejoice! He’s back on the market ladies, and I’d have to say he looks pretty darn hot in the latest issue of Details magazine. I didn’t think I’d ever say that about a Jonas Brother, but this girls gotta admit the truth when she sees hotness, and that boys got it!
