"'My mom was involved in astrology and wanted me to be a Pisces, and she went through the necessary ways of having a child. And she didn't want a man telling her what and what not to do. I always kind of wondered – my mom talked about guys named Pat the Rat, or this guy Bob, or John. ”  Ke$ha continued, “She just wanted a baby. It's an interesting topic of conversation to other people more so than it is to myself. I don't obsess about it. Maybe I'm in denial. Maybe I need a therapist. But I had a very complete childhood. I don't feel like I missed out on anything."
But according to an interview with her father, Bob Chamberlain, a musician and successful engineer, he has no idea why Ke$ha and her mother say he doesn’t exist. He even talked about letters his daughter sent him, addressed "Dear Dad" and the pictures he has of them together through the years. "Maybe someone around her thought it would be better to perpetuate those myths." Why do you think she’s keeping daddy a secret? |

On Saturday night, jeweler to the stars, Pascal Mouawad opened his house to Nivea For Men's "Look Like You Give A Damn" party- a nod to the well groomed men of the 1960s a la the Rat Pack. The party featured a burlesque/dessert room, golf lounge, cigar bar and even a baby tiger! Guests were invited to try out Nivea for Men's newest products while snacking on sushi and sipping beverages by Ciroc. It was the coolest (and manliest) “beauty” party we've ever been to! Posted: 20 Jan 2011 02:32 PM PST Country singer Taylor Swift and actor Jake Gyllenhaal haven’t been spotted together publicly since their December break up, but the rumor mill has them dining together in Nashville on Wednesday. A patron at Bound’ry, a restaurant near Swift’s condo in Nashville says the two entered and were seated at a table for two.
If Jake and Tayler are back together I wish them a hardy good luck, if they’re not… meh, I’ll live. |
| Winona Ryder Wears Way Too Tight Corset Posted: 20 Jan 2011 02:19 PM PST Making the rounds promoting her film Black Swan, barely relevant actress Winona Ryder appeared on British morning talk show Daybreak wearing a less than flattering top. Ryder’s gooey bits were rolling out of the sides of her corset top, I guess she figured she looked good. News flash Wino, not so much.
The actress talked about her role in Black Swan and compared aging as an actress in Hollywood to her character in the film. “The ballet world is more brutal in the sense that your career is sort of over when you're very young and in Hollywood at least you can sort of maybe go on you know, but it's definitely a lot of parallels.” I really hope this wasn’t a leftover from her infamous shoplifting faze, cuz honey, you’re not the same size you were 10 years ago! |

According to People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals, roughly 8 million dogs and cats enter animal shelters every year in the United States. “It’s really important that people adopt,” Bieber says. “I really encourage going out to an animal shelter or a place where you can get a dog who has been abandoned or doesn’t have a home.” The Biebmeister filmed a PSA for PETA as well, sharing his story of adopting his dog, Sam. “We moved to a city where I didn’t really know anybody, so I kinda wanted a friend around.” Bieber joins a long line of celebrities who have posed, many often nude, for PETA campaigns. Khloé Kardashian, Pamela Anderson, Paul McCartney, Eva Mendes, Pink and Mark Ronson, to name a few, have been featured in previous PETA ads. |

And like most high-school students she smoked weed. Her and another famous name attended high-school together, Snoop Dogg… and he was her dealer!
During an appearance on the George Lopez show, she said that they were a year apart, and that she must have bought weed off of him.

We were the first to report that after Jesse James and Kat Von D were flubbering back and forth on Twitter about how much they love each other — they ARE engaged! Kat was seen sporting a ring on her engagement finger at the 2011 Art Of Elysium 'Heaven' Gala, which prompted us to ask if they were engaged.  As it turns out — we were RIGHT! Jesse released a statement saying, “You know sometimes the public and press gets it wrong. This is one of those times. 2010 was actually the best year of my life because I fell in love with my best friend. An amazing woman who stood behind me when the world turned their backs.” He went on to say, “I have never met anyone so kind and loving and committed to making the world a better place every day.
