‘American Idol’ Auditions #2 Recap (Videos)

Tonight ‘American Idol‘ was in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania for the first time and luckily the contestants brought their A game.

Unfortunately, there didn’t seem to be too much crazy tonight, weird for sure, but not crazy. If you want crazy check out Tuesday's recap.

Let’s kick off the recap with Heejun Han who sang 'How Am I Supposed To Live Without You' by Michael Bolton.

This guy took everyone back! He gave off this weird, antisocial vibe through out his intro, but once he started singing he was a completely different person. The judges and especially Jennifer loved this performance.

Next was Reed Grimm who sang the 'Theme From Family Matters.'

I didn’t enjoy this performance only because I’m not a huge fan of the whole ‘jazz scat’ singing thing, it’s weird. Either way the judges liked it and sent him to Hollywood as well.

Then came Erika Van Pelt who auditioned with 'Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow' by Carol King.

This girl was nice and had a good voice, but she was a little plain. She’ll need to spice it up if she wants to stick around in Hollywood.

Next was Eben Franckewitz who sang 'Ain't No Sunshine.'

First off, as fellow Bieber look-a-like I feel this kids pain. Second, I thought he had a good voice, but it was nothing super impressive. But, he made it to Hollywood so good for him.

Next up was Creighton Fraker who sang a song he wrote on the way to the auditions and 'Who's Loving You' by Michael Jackson.

Okay this guy is a nut! He had a lot of confidence I’ll give him that, but his singing voice was so weird and his facial expressions reminded me of when a baby eats something sour. Apparently, the judges were on something at this time because they let him through.

Now for the only person ‘Idol’ showed who did not get the golden ticket in Pittsburgh, Shane Bruce who sang ‘Hallelujah‘ or as Shane called it “the Hallelujah song from ‘Shrek.’”

Okay, I actually feel really bad for this kid! The poor guy now has to follow his “Pap’s” footsteps and go into the coal mines instead of being a singer. I say forget Hollywood, just try to get out of Pittsburgh Shane!

Lastly came Samantha Novacek who sang 'Like We Never Loved at All' by Faith Hill… while her sister planked in front of her.

I told you Pittsburgh was weird.

Apparently her sister, Patty the Pittsburgh Planker, is famous for laying around the city and according to Samantha this helps her sing better… oh and she made it to Hollywood.

[Eye roll]

It seemed like everyone went to Hollywood this round, well except coal miner Shane.

Next, ‘Idol’ will be in San Diego on a special night, Sunday right after the NFL's NFC Championship.

I seriously cannot keep up with these competition shows and their air dates… Ugh!

Johnny Depp In Tim Burton’s Dark Shadows – First Look (Photo)

Here’s your first look at Johnny Depp in Tim Burton's adaptation of the cult TV series, Dark Shadows.

Depp plays a vampire who’s been cursed by a witch (Eva Green), buried alive, and revived in the 1970s.

Oh my, those fingernails!

A gothic-horror tale centering on the life of vampire Barnabas Collins and his run-ins with various monsters, witches, werewolves and ghosts.

The film is based on long-running soap opera of the same name and also stars: Michelle Pfeiffer, Chloe Moretz, Gulliver McGrath, Bella Heathcote, Ray Shirley, Jackie Earle Haley, and Jonny Lee Miller.

“Dark Shadows” hits theaters on May 11th.

Zac Efron Becomes A Notch On Taylor Swift’s … Skirt

It appears that Taylor Swift has found the subject of her next love song, Zac Efron.

According to Us Weekly, Zac and Taylor had a “flirty” date at Pace in Los Angeles a few days after New Year’s Day.

Us says they were “were deep in conversation and very giggly.”

However, don’t hold your breath.

One Swift insider says, “They were in L.A. doing press stuff together, and after they were done, they decided to grab dinner.”

Apparently, they’ve been friends for a long time.

The couple costar in the film Dr. Seuss’ The Lorax.

Vampire Diaries Live Recap Season 3 Episode 12 ‘The Ties That Blind’ 01/19/12

The CW’s hit show The Vampire Diaries returns tonight with a new episode called, “The Ties That Bind” and tonight Bonnie (Kat Graham) figures out who can open Klaus’ families coffins.

On last week’s show Bonnie and Stefan (Paul Wesley) tried everything to open one of the coffins which they believe hold the answer to how to get rid/kill Klaus (Joseph Morgan).

Meanwhile Klaus is totally pissed off he wants his family back but Stefan is totally not cooperating. Stefan has convinced himself he has nothing left in his life except destroying Klaus.

On this week’s episode because Bonnie believes her recurring dreams about Klaus' coffins will tell her how he can be killed. The dreams also lead Bonnie to a reunion with her mother, Abby, whom Bonnie hasn't seen for 15 years. At Abby's remote farmhouse, Bonnie and Elena meet Jamie, the young man Abby took in years earlier. Bonnie's sudden appearance catches Abby off-guard, but she does her best to explain the past.

Tyler (Michael Trevino) turns to an unexpected ally in his quest to regain his free will. Damon (Ian Somerhalder) is intrigued by Alaric's new friend, Dr. Fell (guest star Torrey Devitto), and Klaus continues his bitter negotiations with Stefan over control of the coffins containing his family members.

Amy Brumfield Leaks Her Elimination From American Idol On Facebook

American Idol contestant Amy Brumfield has let the cat out of the bag — she told all her friends on facebook she was eliminated.

Spoiler Alert!

A reader of Starz Uncut provided the images and provided the following:

"OH MAN, it Feel sooo good to be home!! i never thought i would say this but i missed Tennessee…. WHAT!?!?!?!"

Then Amy continued, "you guys should know i don't work well with others… group day i got eliminated"

Last night Amy Brumfield performed Superwoman by Alicia Keys on American Idol. She shocked the judges, getting her ticket to Hollywood.

According to police records obtained by TMZ, Brumfield has been arrested at least six times in the past seven years, with three arrests involving alcohol. She was so drunk, she urinated on herself in the lobby of a Baskin Robbins.

I am not to sure how American Idol will handle this, a contestant leaking her elimination can't be good for the show.

Megaupload File Sharing Website Shut Down

UPDATE: Megaupload was unique not only because of its massive size and the volume of downloaded content, but also because it had high-profile support from celebrities, musicians and other content producers who are most often the victims of copyright infringement and piracy.

Before the website was taken down, it contained endorsements from Kim Kardashian, Alicia Keys and Kanye West, among others.

The Hong Kong-based company listed Swizz Beatz, a musician who married Keys in 2010, as its CEO.

Federal prosecutors have shut down one of the world’s largest file-sharing sites, Megaupload.com, and charged its founder and others with violating piracy laws.

The indictment accuses the company of costing copyright holders more than $500 million in lost revenue from pirated films and other content. The indictment was unsealed Thursday, one day after websites shut down in protest of two congressional proposals intended to thwart the online piracy of copyrighted movies and TV programs.

Megaupload.com has claimed it is diligent in responding to complaints about pirated material.

The individuals involved each face a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison on racketeering charges, five years for conspiracy to commit copyright infringement, 20 years on money laundering charges and five years on related charges.

Users of the site are not happy, expressing their anger on Megaupload’s Facebook fan page. One user said, “Goodbye my lover, goodbye my friend,” and another said, “mediafire is f**king next.”

If you are file sharing feature films and television shows, you’re asking for it.

Rihanna Has ‘The Hots’ For Khloe Kardashian (Photo)

I think it is safe to say, Rihanna has the hots for Khloe Kardashian!

The pop star Tweeted a sexy photo of herself in just a bikini, while working out on Thursday morning, writing, "Come tap this @KhloeKardashian"

Does Khloe feel the same way?

The reality star responded with, "Don't tempt me doll! LOL"

In fact, Khloe initiated the antics by sharing Rihanna’s photo saying, “Shake your tits for this woman! LOL #MotivationBaby”

Rumors surfaced this week that Rihanna and Chris Brown were secretly hooking up — A rep for Chris tried to put an end to the hearsay, telling ABC News, “He and Rihanna are just friends. He is with his girlfriend, Karrueche, and is not cheating.”

Right.

‘Real Housewife’ Lisa Vanderpump Gets Spin-Off Show

Looks like there's another 'Real Housewife' spin off in the works.

This time it's Beverly Hills housewife Lisa Vanderpump who will be getting her own spot light on the Bravo Network.

“Bravo has taped a pilot with Lisa for her own show and is now deciding if they want to green light a full series based around her life and family,” a network insider reveals. “They do not rush into these sorts of things, but if all goes according to plan, Lisa will soon have her own reality show.”

So this means Lisa will likely leave the 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' which is unfortunate because she does a lot for that show.

For those unaware Vanderpump made her fortune in the restaurant and night club business in England before moving to Beverly Hills where she now owns a restaurant called Villa Blanca and a lounge called Sur.

“This would be her dream come true,” says a close friend of Lisa.

Mystery Solved! OJ Simpson is Khloe Kardashian’s Daddy (Photo)

It looks like Khloe Kardashian might actually be Khloe Simpson.

According to the National Enquirer, Simpson used to tell friends that Khloe was his child. They allege that Khloe's mother Kris Jenner had several trysts with O.J. around the time Khloe was conceived. They also point out the similarities Khloe shares with O.J.'s 26-year-old daughter Sydney.

Khloe posted on Twitter this morning, “And do they rumors ever stop? What is the recent obsession with all of this? What are they going to say next? #SoapOpera”

As you know, the late Robert Kardashian was one of Simpson’s lawyers during the Nicole Brown Simpson/Ron Goldman murder trial.

You can kinda understand why she wouldn’t want to admit OJ Simpson is her father.

Of course, Kim Kardashian has denied, because she was around to know these things back then. In fact, I think she was actually in the room when Khloe was conceived.

Kim mocked the tabloid on Twitter yesterday, posting a photo of the magazine’s current issue and saying, “Now we have all the answers! It makes sense now! Khloe u are so tan!”

Khloe’s paternity question was raised a few weeks ago after Robert Kardashian’s former wives claimed the reality star is not his biological daughter.

Angelina Jolie Hates Stacy Keilber

Angelina Jolie hates Stacy Keibler.

According to reports, Angelina snubbed Stacy at the Palm Springs International Film Festival and ordered Brad Pitt to keep his distance from her.

“Angelina is quick to judge, and she decided early on she wanted no part of this woman,” said a source. “It makes things uncomfortable for Brad and George since they are best friends.”

Why the fuss?

I say just give George a minute or two, he’ll be moving on to the next. Problem solved.

Rumor has it, Angelina and Stacy got off on the wrong foot when, early in her romance with George, she posted to Twitter: “Brad Pitt wouldn’t be bad to look at every day!”

Dating George Clooney does have its perks.

Clooney’s girlfriend has just signed on with high-powered agency William Morris Endeavor.

It looks like we’ll be seeing more of her on the big screen.

Kelly Osbourne Back To Boozing It Up?

Looks like Kelly Osbourne may be back to her old ways. Apparently after 3 years of sobriety, the 27-year-old is back to drinking alcohol.

“Kelly is definitely off the wagon again — at least when it comes to drinking,” reveals an insider. "I've seen her out drinking cocktails, beer and champagne numerous times, and I've seen her pretty unsteady on her feet too.”

Just this past Sunday, Osbourne was spotted chugging cocktails at a Golden Globes after-party and she got so trashed that she was almost falling over.

The fellow party goer also revealed that when Kelly drinks she becomes very vocal about her hatred of Christina Aguilera!

“When she gets drinking her hatred for Christina Aguilera really comes out,” the source said. “She spent the entire night talking about how much she hates Christina!”

If you don't already know, Kelly hates Christina because when Kelly was overweight Christina would make fun of her and call her fat.

Now that Christina has packed on the pounds Kelly has no problem letting people know how she feels, especially if she's a little tipsy.

Good luck Kelly, try to keep it together!

Adam Lambert Discuses Fight With Boyfriend (Video)

Adam Lambert and his boyfriend, Sauli Koskinen, recently made headlines during a trip to Finland.

According to local media, cops were called and Lambert and Koskin were placed into custody.

Today Adam is setting the record straight with Ellen DeGeneres on exactly what went down with his boyfriend, who was also in the audience to support him.

Adam admitted that relationships are “work” and that he was “lucky to have fallen in love with a great partner.”

He said, “Everybody has their ups and downs, thinks happen — and when you add alcohol to a situation, things can get out of control.”

Adam’s upcoming CD “Trespassing” will be released on March 20th. The album has been named one of the 12 most anticipated albums of 2012.
