People Hate ‘The Kardashians’

In a grass roots effort, a group of people have obtained over 3800 signatures for a petition asking E! Entertainment to remove The Kardashian suite of shows from their programming.

“We feel that these shows are mostly staged and place an emphasis on vanity, greed, promiscuity, vulgarity and over-the-top conspicuous consumption,” said the group’s leader.

In related news, Kim Kardashian is doing everything she can to prove her over-the-top wedding to Kris Humphries wasn’t a sham.

The 31-year-old reality star has hired lawyer Marty Singer to muzzle Jonathan Jaxson, her former publicist who has been making the media rounds claiming Kardashian’s wedding was nothing but a publicity stunt.

“It was obvious that it was staged,” Jaxson recently said on “Good Day L.A.” “There were contracts already in place for E! to film it. Everything was written down.”

According to TMZ, Kardashian claims Jaxson’s defamatory statements have hurt her reputation, and she is seeking a minimum of $200,000 in damages.

‘Buffy The Vampire Slayer’ Meets ‘American Dad’

On November 20th’s episode of Seth MacFarlane‘s American Dad, Buffy alums Sarah Michelle Gellar, and Alyson Hannigan guest star as two teenage girls fighting for the affection of Steve Smith.

What Steve doesn’t know, is that Gellar’s character Phyllis is really a robot who had been created by Steve’s dad Stan.

Apparently, Stan uses a CIA avatar program to download his own consciousness into the body of the robot which looks like a pretty high school girl.

Wow, weirdness.

At least we get to see Buffy and Willow together again, right? RIGHT?

Justin Timberlake Keeps Promise At Marine Corp Ball (Video)

This past summer, a number of United States Marines reached out to their celebrity crushes via youtube to invite them to be their dates at the Marine Corps Ball.

Cpl. Kelsey De Santis got the idea to invite Justin Timberlake to the ball back in July, after the actor ripped on Friends With Benefits co-star Mila Kunis to accept her invite from Sgt. Scott Moore.

Making good on his promise, Timberlake escorted De Santis to the ball on Saturday night and even signed a bunch of autographs for fans while there.

 

De Santis printed off a photo of herself and autographed it for the star, along with preparing and giving him a swag bag with everything she thought embodied life as a Marine.

‘Once Upon A Time’ Episode 4 Recap (Video)

So are you guys as hooked to this show as I am? In my opinion it’s definitely better than it’s competitor Grimm. Although both shows take many liberties with the classic stories, Once Upon A Time does so in a way that seems to make sense. It’s almost like getting a behind the scenes look at your fave fairy tales.

That being said, tonight’s episode ‘The Price of Gold‘, begins with a young Cinderella upset that she has been forbidden by her stepmother from attending the Prince’s ball.

That’s when her Fairy Godmother shows up and tells her that she will make all her wishes come true.

Just as Cinderella gets all excited, Fairy Godmother goes POOF! and her wand is all that is left of her.

Once the smoke clears, Cinderella sees that Rumplestiltskin is the culprit behind the attack, and offers a deal to the desperate young woman: she can go to the ball and have all her dreams come true for a price… something “precious”.

She signs her name on the dotted line to seal the deal, and then we flash to the present day in Storybrooke Maine.

Emma and Henry are walking down the street to meet his school bus, and once he is on board, the Sheriff offers Emma a job as his deputy.

She considers the offer over a cup of cocoa at Granny’s restaurant, when Regina walks in. The ‘pleasant’ conversation consists of Regina telling Emma that she is not fit to parent Henry because she doesn’t have any roots. (Odds are this will be the catalyst for Emma taking the job as deputy sheriff.)

Upset, Emma spills her drink on herself, and asks if she can use the washing machine in back. That is where she meets Ashley…

Ashley is a 19 year old girl who is pregnant and scared that she won’t be able to take care of her child. Everyone is telling her that she isn’t capable of doing much, let alone take care of a kid.

Emma tells her to say “screw it” to all the nay-sayers and take matters into her own hands.

At this advice, Ashley goes over to Mr. Gold‘s pawn shop (Rumplestiltskin’s current day persona) to try to break into his safe. She is discovered by Gold, and he gets knocked unconscious after she pepper sprays him and takes his key.

Mr. Gold goes to Miss Blanchard’s place to find Emma, and hires her to find Ashley.

Covering all the bases, Emma goes to Granny’s to see if Ruby (Red Riding Hood) knows where Ashley took off to, and if her boyfriend Shawn helped her get away.

We learn that Shawn’s rich father broke the pair up when Ashley got preggers, and Emma finds out from dear old daddy that Mr. Gold BOUGHT the baby from Ashley.

Henry and Emma find Ashley’s car in a ditch when she attempted to leave Storybrooke (no one can leave Storybrooke), and she is in labor.

Emma rushes her to the hospital where Ashley gives birth to a perfect 6lbs baby girl who she names Alexandra.

Meanwhile if fairytale land, Prince Thomas and Prince James try to help Cinderella capture Rumplestiltskin by using a magically enchanted quill to strike a new deal with the imp. Whoever signs their name with the quill gets imprisoned.

Rumplestiltskin reminds Cinderella and the others that ALL magic has a price, and for this betrayal there will be a consequence.

‘Ella’ has false contractions and Thomas goes to fetch her some water from the well. When she calls to him that the pain has passed and that she is fine, he does not reply to her.

She goes looking for him, only to find his cloak. There is no sign of him. She goes to Rumplestiltskin for an answer, and he tells her that the only way she’ll see Thomas again is when his debt is paid.

Back in current day, Emma makes a new deal with Mr. Gold so that Ashley is allowed to keep her baby. The deal is in the form of a yet to be named favor.

Emma rushes to have Henry home before his mother returns. Henry barely makes it home in time, and we learn that Regina is having an affair with Sheriff Graham.

After deciding that the she does need to lay down some roots for the sake of her son, Emma calls Graham and accepts his offer of deputy Sheriff.

What will happen next time? I guess we’ll just have to tune in and find out!

Miley Cyrus: Don’t Call Me Fat! (Photos)

Actress/singer Miley Cyrus went off on a twitter rant on Friday night because people are calling her fat.

Apparently, the 18 year old is being criticized for her size… wait a minute, Miley is fat???? I just don’t see it! (Annoying, sure…)

“By calling girls like me fat this is what you’re doing to other people. i love MYSELF & if you could say the same” after which she tweeted the following photograph of an obviously sickly thin young girl:

She immediately followed up that tweet with another photograph. This time of Marilyn Monroe.

Miley’s pal Demi Lovato, who is part of the ‘Love is Louder‘ campaign tweeted her support of Cyrus and her tweet by responding with “god I love you. SO DO YOU!!! And whoever called you that has it coming. Miss you more than ever.”

Excuse me while I get mad for a minute…

Who the f#ck is stupid enough to think that EITHER of these girls is fat? They are both lovely shaped young women…and that is coming from me, and I totally don’t like EITHER of them!

I think some people need to get their eyes checked…
