‘X-Factor’ Judge Cheryl Cole Replaced By Nicole Scherzinger

There’s a shakeup going down at Simon Cowell‘s upcoming X-Factor talent competition. Apparently, Cheryl Cole was ousted and her judge’s seat was given to former Pussycat Doll Nicole Scherzinger.

Originally, Scherzinger was hired on to co-host the program alongside Steve Jones.

According to reports Cole was let go in large part due to her strong British accent. Producers were said to be concerned that the accent might prove too difficult for American audiences to understand.

But that wasn’t the only problem with Cole. Supposed tension and lack of chemistry between her and other judges Paula Abdul and L.A. Reid were also cited.

The producers intended for Cole to return to the U.K. version of X-Factor, but according to ‘sources’, she was royally pissed off and is considering severing all ties with show.

The American version of X-Factor is set to premiere in September.

Arnold Schwarzenegger Faces Criminal Inquiry

As if Arnold ‘The Sperminator’ Schwarzenegger doesn’t have enough problems right now.

The Attorney General of California is holding a criminal inquiry into allegations the former governor used tax money to cover up his cheating ways.

The Department of Justice branch is conducting a preliminary evaluation into the dealings of Schwarzenegger in which he allegedly used his stated funded security details to cover the women that were escorted to his hotel rooms.

Apparently, a security officer at the Sacramento Hyatt Regency hotel witnessed Arnie use his California Highway Patrol (CHP) officers to escort his skanks in and out of his hotel suite.

William Taylor, who worked security at the hotel told the National Enquirer that “It makes me very angry just to think of what was going on at that time.”

“On three differed occasions after the governor arrived alone at the Hyatt Regency, CHP Dignitary Protection Services arrived in their official vehicles, black Ford Crown Victoria sedans – about one to two hours later with one or two young females.”

“They’d hurriedly escort the women through the service entrance on the second floor parking garage to the elevator that went to the governor’s private wing… the women would usually stay for two to four hours and either leave through the hotel’s main entrance or be driven away by the CHP in the same official vehicles.”

No doubt the Attorney General’s office will speak with Taylor on this matter. Schwarzenegger’s public relations firm denies the charges.

Boy, someone certainly stepped into something stinky, didn’t they?

American Idol Season 10 Finale – Who Won? (Video)

Tonight’s season 10 American Idol finale show was amazing, with tons of fabulous performances by the top 13 contestants as well as from music’s top names.

My personal favorite of tonight’s performances was of course Lady Gaga singing Edge Of Glory. That chick is awesome…

Other notable performances tonight came from Beyonce, Carrie Underwood with Lauren Alaina, Tim McGraw and Scotty McCreery, and U2′s Bono and The Edge performing the song they wrote for the Spiderman Broadway musical.

Idol judge Steven Tyler got on stage near the end of the broadcast and did his Aerosmith classic hit Dream On, proving that the man can still hit those high notes.

You even got a glimpse of actor Jack Black dancing like Carlton Banks from Fresh Prince of Bel Air to Tom Jones‘ “It’s Not Unusual”. So awesome!

So who won the whole thing?

Why it was Scotty McCreery of course!

But to be perfectly honest, I would have been content with either finalist as the winner. During the audition process, Lauren and Scotty stuck out most for me. Both are phenomenal.

Congratulations Scotty!

Out of curiosity, did anyone else get the vibe that Lauren and Scotty have something a little more than friendship between them? I smell a future couple here!

Sarah Michelle Gellar Returns to TV with ‘Ringer’ (Video)

Buffy fans rejoice, the original vampire slayer is back! Sarah Michelle Gellar will star in the new CW show, Ringer.

The new drama series is one of the most buzzed-about shows of the CW's new season.

Synopsis:

Bridget, played by Sarah Michelle Gellar, is six months sober and starting to get her life back on track when she becomes the only witness to a professional hit. Knowing her life is danger, Bridget flees to New York where she reunites with her estranged twin, Siobhan. Her twin is very well-off and married to the successful and handsome Andrew Martin. Siobhan appears to live a perfect life, but in this perfect life no one knows of Siobhan's unsuccessful AA attendee sister, Bridget.

The sisters begin to piece together their broken relationship until one day Siobhan goes missing. Bridget sees her opportunity to start over and live the wondrous life her sister had left, and decides to take over her sister's identity. What Bridget doesn't know is that her sister lived an even more complicated and shocking life. She discovers secrets about her sister and her marriage and also about Siobhan's friend, Gemma, and her husband, Henry. Bridget soon realizes she isn't safe being herself or her sister.

Gellar spoke with Entertainment Weekly about her absence from television since Buffy, and her return; "I have the greatest fans in the world, and I loved my show. I think sometimes, too, you need that time to understand that it was a cultural phenomenon, a legacy," she said. "I want to honor those people who were so good to me and show them something worthy of their time and worthy of them. I think it was worth the wait."

The series stars Sarah Michelle Gellar as Bridget and Siobhan, Kristoffer Polaha as Henry, Ioan Gruffudd as Andrew Martin, and Tara Summers as Gemma.

The show will air on the CW on Tuesdays at 9 PM as part of the network’s new Fall lineup.

Britney Spears Dissed by Kellan Lutz

For her upcoming video for the single “I Wanna Go“, Britney Spears called upon Twilight star Kellan Lutz to play the love interest.

Apparently, Lutz wasn't having it because according to reports he turned the pop superstar down flat.

It is rumored that Lutz was planned to make out with Spears in a passionate scene in the backseat of a car.

Who wouldn't want to make out with Britney Spears. I'm not alone, right… right?

Filming for the video began Tuesday, May 24 in Los Angeles with Chris Marrs Piliero directing.

PopEater reports that the video is to feature very little choreography and will feature Spears’ 'personality and sense of humor.'

SPOILER ALERT! The plot of the video is said to go something like this: A male character would have rescued Spears from a press concert and then made out with her in the car, but then she realized he was a robot.

Hmmm well we will just have to see how it turns out.

Britney went to her Twitter to say “Just wrapped day 1 of the I Wanna Go video. I-I-I wanna go-o-o to my b-e-e-d to get some sleep tonight.”

Chelsea Handler Admits Having Abortion, Slams ’16 and Pregnant’

Chelsea Handler, comedian and late night talk show host has gained an immensely successful career over the past few years.

According to the Huffington Post, Handler recently opened up in an interview revealing her past and her feelings about society now-a-days.

“I had an abortion when I was 16. Because that’s what I should have done,” the 'Chelsea Lately' host revealed. “Otherwise I would now have a 20-year-old kid. Anyway, those are things that people shouldn’t be dishonest about it.”

The comedian went on to say "People are too P.C. We need to be focusing on other things. We’re seeking out such grossness in human behavior and want such mindless entertainment. ‘The Real Housewives of Atlanta‘ and some of these other shows are more racist. Or ‘16 and Pregnant.’ Getting rewarded for being pregnant when you’re a teenager? Are you serious? I mean, that makes me want to kill somebody."

Handler is on her way up to becoming the white Oprah. Not only has she been given an NBC show based on her book “Are You There Vodka? It’s Me, Chelsea,” where she will be playing her own older sister, she also has a second E! show called “After Lately” that just got picked up for a new season.

It is pretty bold of her to be so honest about her past. Also her view on society today couldn’t be more true, people are too P.C. and we do tend to seek out the ‘grossness’ of human behavior on TV. She says it like she means it and that’s why she is so hilarious, she never holds back.

Justin Bieber Has Marijuana Strain Named After Him

I opened up my local newspaper this morning and low and behold, guess what I see? A photo of Justin Bieber with the caption; ‘Marijuana named after Justin Bieber for sale in Toronto‘.

Wow. I guess our local pot dealers are trying to bank on some young customers?

The National Post reports:

Justin Bieber may prefer the scent of his new perfume to that of pot, but that doesn't seem to concern the Toronto-area drug dealers who have named a new strain of marijuana after the pop star. JB Kush is sold with a message that reads "To help you get through those tough times with your loved one, and make you closer," which actually sounds pretty Bieber-inspired.

Rather than taking the hit in stride, though, Bieber is reportedly talking to his team about pursuing legal action for "unlawful use of his name." Seriously, J-Biebs? Just chill out.

That’s just so wrong. But I’ll admit it, I haven’t stopped laughing since I read it…

Battle Of The ‘Snow White’ Films Continue

The battle of the two Snow White movies rages on.

Deadline New York reports, Relativity Media's Ryan Kavanaugh has moved his untitled ‘Snow White’ project from June 29 to March 16, 2012.

This is just days after news broke that Universal had moved their film Snow White and the Huntsman up six months to June 1.

As we reported earlier, it is common knowledge that when two films of the same subject matter are released it is the first film out that makes the most money.

Both films have major heavy hitters in the movie industry. Universal has Charlize Theron, Kristen Stewart and Chris Hemsworth, while Relativity has Julia Roberts, Lily Collins and Armie Hammer.

Which film will come out on top?

Well, with this new release date I’m going to put my money on Relativity’s Snow White.

Kate Middleton Bans Pippa From U.S. Tour

Kate Middleton recently married her Prince Charming and it seems her sister Pippa is stealing all her thunder!

Prince William and his bride are planning a U.S. tour in July, and as per custom, the ‘Lady In Waiting‘ is supposed to accompany the Duchess on all official trips.

According to royal biographer Andrew Morton; "Catherine and Pippa are very competitive", so it seems that Kate does not want her little sister to take all the focus off of her.

Ever since the Royal ‘I Do’s’ last month, many headlines have had Pippa’s name on them. First there was the offer from Vivid’s Steve Hirsch to do porn, and now even Oprah Winfrey wants to give Pippa her own reality show on the new O.W.N. network.

It’s gotten to the point that Kate can see nothing but GREEN!

Arnold Schwarzenegger: DNA Test Proves Paternity Of Maid’s Son

Apparently Mildred Baena can’t keep track of who fathered which of her children. In the divorce petition filed between her and her now ex-husband states that the couple had zero children together.

That fact mixed with having birthed three kids begs to ask the question; “Who’s your daddy?”

Well, we can now say for certain that at least one of her kids knows who their father is. Arnold Schwarzenegger‘s former maid secretly had the DNA of her secret lover and his son tested to prove paternity beyond the shadow of a doubt.

RadarOnline and Star Magazine have teamed up to crack the case of the ‘Sperminator‘s extra curricular love life, and managed to get the scoop out of a close friend of Baena’s.

Kim Kardashian And Kris Humphries Get Engaged!

So the Kardashian clan is about to get a whole lot bigger now that pro-baller Kris Humphries and Kim Kardashian are officially engaged!

The New Jersey Nets forward proposed with whopping 20.5 carat custom designed Lorraine Schwartz diamond ring… sister Khloe‘s rock was a measly 9 carats.

Kim has had wedding on the brain since April and now has a head start on the planning!

Kris proposed last Wednesday May 18th at Kim’s Beverly Hills home where he waitied in the bedroom with ‘Will You Marry Me’ written in rose petals on the bed. Aww! How cute!

Kim talked to People Magazine saying “I didn’t expect this at all, I was in such shock. I never thought it would happen at home, and I never thought now.”

The other Kris in the Kardashian family, Mrs Jenner was in on the plan and helped set up an impromptu engagement party; “Kris really didn’t want a big celebration, but he had jokingly told my mom he’d be fine if there were mini-horses there,” says Kim. “Later that night at the party, my mom brought out two mini-horses, covered in glitter, for us! It was hysterical!”

This is marriage number two for Kim. Her previous attempt at marital bliss lasted four years to music producer Damon Thomas. Who wants to place their bets on this one?

‘Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Pt 1′ First Poster Arrives (Photo)

The folks over at Summit Entertainment have released the first official movie poster for Breaking Dawn part 1.

The film is based on Stephenie Meyer‘s best selling novel and stars Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson, and Taylor Lautner.

The Quileute and the Volturi close in on expecting parents Edward and Bella, whose unborn child poses different threats to the wolf pack and vampire coven.

Part 1 of Breaking Dawn will hit theaters this November 18th, with the second installment being released a year later on November 16th 2012.

Teen Mom’s Gary Shirley Arrested

While sitting inside a silver Dodge parked just outside of a police station at about 1AM last night, Teen Mom stars Gary Shirley and baby mama Amber Portwood‘s heated arguing caught the attention of a passing police officer.

Out of concern, the officer went over to the vehicle to check out the situation.

Gary told the cop that he and Amber were the stars of the MTV reality and were asked for identification. When Shirley handed over his ID, the cop did a license check and discovered that the license had been suspended.

Shirley was then taken into custody by the officer who required the use of two sets of hand cuffs (cuz Gary is enormous) and hauled him into the station.

According to the cops report; “I placed Mr. Shirley in two sets of handcuffs due to his size.” Gary was taken to a nearby jail and his bond was set at $3,000. He has since been released.

Gary’s attorney told TMZ “I am not concerned about him being sentenced to a jail term. It’s a traffic violation and Gary doesn’t have a previous criminal history”, and added “We hope we can resolve the license issue so this won’t happen again.”

Poor Leah. Both her parents have been arrested… not the best example for such a little sweetie pie.

Will the drama between these two ever cease? Ugh!

UPDATE (Allie): Gary has responded to the arrest via his Twitter saying, “It was a big mistake…. please learn don’t break the law… I’m not proud i do have a daughter to worry about.”

And about the alleged argument, “Funny thing is we weren’t arguing. She was upset about something someone did to her. And she had no I ID on her is y I said who she was”

“I really hate people who talk to media who don’t know sh#t just want there name out there. Small towns n such. Gettin theirs.”

Dancing With The Stars Season 12 Winner!

Arnold Schwarzenegger’s Ho Can Sing! (Video)

In the ‘this is funny as all hell’ category, tonight we bring you a video of Arnold Schwarzenegger‘s mistress singing Happy Birthday (a la Marilyn Monroe styles) to her niece for her quinceanera celebration.

Quinceanera is kinda like a sweet sixteen party for young Latina girls marking their transition into womanhood.

The video, which features Mildred Baena in an attempt to sound all sultry-like, was taken several years ago.

The church celebration earlier in the day was attended by Schwarzenegger and wife Maria Shriver, long before the truth about the affair and subsequent baby making became public knowledge.

Oh yeah Mildred, you totally remind me of the sexy as hell Marilyn Monroe… um, not so much!

Arnie, dude… really? If you’re gonna cheat on someone as classy and lovely as Maria, why would you pick such a dirty ho? Eew.

‘Hairspray’ Comes to Hollywood Bowl This Summer

The Broadway hit "Hairspray" will be coming to the Hollywood Bowl this summer with a few familiar stars.

Joining the plays original actors, Harvey Fierstein and Marissa Jaret Winokur, will be Drew Carey, John Stamos, Nick Jonas, Darlene Love and Corbin Bleu.

The Los Angeles Times reports that Winokur will reprise her role as the lead Tracy Turnblad while her costar Fierstein will play Tracy's not so feminine mother, Edna. Comedian and 'The Price Is Right' host Drew Carey will play the role of Tracy's father, Wilbur.

John Stamos will portray Corny Collins, the dance show host.

Nick Jonas of the pop trio, Jonas Brothers, will take the role the plays heartthrob Link Larkin.

Corbin Bleu of High School Musical fame, will play Seaweed, the son of record shop owner Motormouth Maybelle, being played by Darlene Love.

Michael Jackson & Barry Gibb’s 2002 Collaboration Surfaces (Video)

Sometime in the Summer of 2002, Michael Jackson allegedly showed up at Bee Gees frontman Barry Gibb‘s doorstep, with a partially written song in hand.

Entitled ‘All in Your Name,’ Jackson had written the song in protest of the United States government’s plans to invade Iraq, and he convinced his old friend to contribute to it.

Together, the pair recorded a simple demo in Gibb’s home studio, though the song was never officially released.

Now, years later, Gibb’s official YouTube account just posted a sneak peak of the lenegdary collaboration.

The entire recording session was shot on a high 8 camera by Gibb’s daughter. There is apparently “over 2 hours of footage,” perhaps to be released at a later date.


Barry Gibb wrote on his website:

“Michael Jackson and I were the dearest of friends, that’s simply what it was. We gravitated towards the same kind of music and we loved collaborating and he was the easiest person to write with. The more we got to know each other the more those ideas entwined and it all came to this song ‘All in Your Name.’

“‘All in Your Name’ is in fact the message that Michael wanted to send out to all of his fans all over the World that he did it all for them and for the pure love of music. I hope and pray that we all get to hear it in its entirety. This experience I will treasure forever.”

I can’t wait for this to be released, you know it will be good.

Randy Jackson’s Prediction For ‘Idol’ Finale (Video)

Randy Jackson sat down with Chelsea Handler for the comedian's late night talk show, Chelsea Lately.

Handler asked the 'Idol' judge on his thoughts on his new fellow judges as well as how he felt about the final two contestants.

Jackson told the late night host, "There is a different dynamic…they're a little bit warmer, a little bit sweeter," in reference to Steven Tyler and Jennifer Lopez.

He went on to say that the new judges were "current artist" and that that is why they are able to better relate to the contestants.

Jackson then hinted at his prediction for the American Idol finale. He said that the final two, Lauren Alaina and Scotty McCreery, were his choice for the finals from the moment the judges told them they were going to Hollywood.

As for the winner, Jackson said "I think probably Scotty's probably got a slight edge, a very slight edge."

Well, we will just have to tune in tomorrow for the finale to see if Randy's predictions are correct.

Lindsay Lohan Flashes a Nipple While Body Surfing (Photo)

Lindsay Lohan had yet another body part escape her clothing, when her right breast plopped out of her bathing suit while body surfing in Miami.

So, in less than a week we’ve exposed two breasts and a hoo-hah.

After spotting the photographer, Lindsay exposed her middle finger.

After so many months of publicity, you’d think Lindsay would be a little more careful than to allow a load of photographers the chance to snap her bare breast.

Yesterday, the actress was spotted crying while sitting poolside with her friends at The Raleigh hotel in Miami Beach, Florida.

Speaking of the incident the actress said, “Cant i just be with my sister @ a pool and have our salad!!!!! grrrrr met the sweetest girl whos 17 and has a child, she named her daughter Lindsay after me and it was an amazing feeling – g-d bless ariona marie valles.”

Jersey Shore’s Ronnie Brings Drama To Italy

Looks like things haven't changed on the next season of Jersey Shore. According to the Daily Mail both Sammi 'Sweetheart' and Ronnie have been spotted holding hands in Italy while shooting the next season of the hit MTV show.

Last season we saw the two part ways, well we also saw that about fifty more times throughout the shows run.

The couple was spotted holding hands as they entered Vincanto Pizzeria and Wine Bar. The two were dressed in full guido attire.

But it’s not all smiles and romantic dinners in Italy for the cast. TMZ reports that Ronnie and Mike 'The Situation' may have gotten into a huge fight.

Photos show the two arriving at their apartment separately covered in cuts and bruises. From the looks of it it seems that Ronnie was the one throwing the punches and the Situation was the one receiving them.

The Situation was seen with red marks on his left eye and around his face, while Ronnie fists were cut up and bleeding.

You can take the cast out of the Shore, but you can’t take the Shore out of the cast. I’m sure deportation officials are already on their way.

‘Someday’ By Justin Bieber – First Commercial (Video)

Ok beliebers you better start saving your money for June 20th, Justin Bieber‘s new woman’s fragrance Someday will hit stores and likely sell out everywhere.

Maria Shriver Hires Private Investigator

In the ongoing battle between former California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger and soon to be ex-wife Maria Shriver, it has been uncovered that Shriver herself leaked the story to the world about her hubby’s secret love child.

When Shriver learned of the child between Arnold and Mildred Baena she was hysterical and wanted to hold a press conference announcing the news to the world.

Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned.

In light of recent allegations that her husband may have fathered more than one child through his infidelities, Shriver has hired a private investigator to look into the rumors, as well as to comb through every penny her philandering hubby might have hidden away.

Although the couple is believed to have signed a prenuptial agreement, Shriver is hoping to have it contested in light of Arnold’s admitted adultery and secret baby making.

If successful, Shriver stands to take away half of the couple’s estimated net worth of $800 million dollars, according to California law.

The investigator will also look into any monies siphoned to mistress and baby-mama Mildred Baena to purchase her house, or other gifts given by Schwarzenegger, and Shriver will be entitled to those monies as well.

Buckle up Arnie, you’re in for a seriously rough ride. Jerk.

The newlywed Duke and Duchess of Cambridge met with President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle while in the U.K. at Buckingham Palace today.

The Obamas were invited by Queen Elizabeth herself to a luncheon welcoming the American visitors to her country.

The two couples spoke for about twenty minutes about the recent royal wedding as well as Kate and William’s upcoming visit to California this coming July.

They all stepped out onto the terrace where renditions of both nations national anthems could be heard, and Prince Philip inspected the guard of honor alongside his guest.

After their luncheon the Obamas visited Westminster Abbey, and placed a wreath at the tomb of the Unknown Warrior, which is where Kate’s bridal bouquet had also be sent.

The President and wife will stay for two nights at Buckingham Palace before continuing on their European tour.

Estella Warren Arrested For DUI And Other Charges

Model/actress Estella Warren was arrested last night after driving in Los Angeles and hitting three cars with her Toyota Prius.

She didn’t stop after hitting the cars, but the police did eventually catch up with her. When the cop tried to arrested her, she resisted arrest and kicked him!

The insanity happened Monday just before midnight after she ran into three parked cars.

While at the police station getting booked, Warren managed to finagle her way out of the handcuffs and ran out the back door!

She was caught and booked for felony escape. She is also to be booked for assault of a police officer, hit and run and DUI.

This chick is NUTS!

Yet for some reason, her bail is said to be set at a modest $100,000. Really? I think it should be WAY more. Especially after assaulting a police officer.

I hope they throw the book at her… literally!
