According to reports, Miley has been sending sexts to ex-boyfriend, Liam Hemsworth. Even though we were pretty sure that she had most recently allowed Avan Jogia to slobber all over her on her birthday.

Miley Cyrus turned eighteen on November 23rd and has been upping the ante on her antics. She was recently seen in Madrid, Spain, with a beer in hand. And nevermind the countless times that she’s done some nasty ho stuff already.

Earsucker reports:

aAccording to Zack Taylor, Miley and Liam have been sexting a lot lately and may even get back together as a couple soon. A source said, "She loves Liam and they can't get enough of each other. I know they sext talk all the time and Miley has been finding other guys to be quite boring. She has a lot of personal issues going on, but I know she would love to try dating Liam again after everything."

Either way, it’s not really that much of a surprise as to how she spends her time. There isn’t really much she could do that would shock us these days. Unless, of course, she poses for “Playboy”.

Tom Cruise Steals Katie Holmes’ Makeup?

I guess that’s one way of trying to remain looking fresh-faced and youthful! Tom Cruise is onto us, ladies! He knows the secrets that we keep in our purses — makeup!

“Allegedly” (yeah, right!) Tom has been stealing makeup out of wife, Katie Holmes’ purse and has been using it!

He is so vain that he’s been said to sneak into her makeup drawers and is using her facial creams, foundation and mascara! Tom wants to be pretty! Who knew?!?

Tom is 48-years-old now and doesn’t like the effects that aging is having on him. A source said, “Tom is in major midlife crisis mode. He’s freaking out over the new lines on his face, the gray hairs on his head and on his face when he shaves. He has started applying Katie’s high-priced facial creams, cleansers and even her makeup – and he loves the results!”

Tom’s probably thinking, ‘What’s good for the goose is good for the gander!’

The snitch (Suri?) went on to reveal, “He even slathers on Katie’s foundation before public events and lightly applies her mascara to make his eyelashes look fuller. Tom is incredibly vain, and he’s willing to go to great lengths to look good next to his younger co-stars. Katie is horrified that Tom has resorted to raiding her beauty supplies.”

I’m sure Katie goes along with whatever keeps Tom’s paychecks rolling in. What do you think? I want to see him made up like Boy George circa 1984. Now that would be somethin’.

‘Dancing With The Stars’ Wants Lindsay Lohan!

Even though the director behind “Inferno” doesn’t want Lindsay Lohan, it doesn’t mean that her stock has dropped completely!

According to reports, “Dancing With The Stars” wants to bring Lindsay to television, on season eleven of the hit show! That would bring in the ratings…wouldn’t it?

At least that would do way much more for her career than doing that porn movie. Maybe her mother was right in saying that she would be getting a ton of offers once she’s out of rehab. Apparently, some of them can’t wait to get the jump on signing her up!

We’re sure that this would help her financial situation, as she was reported to be broke and unable to pay for her own treatment.

A source said, “Dancing With The Stars producers have had Lindsay on their wish list of castmates for a very long time.”

Even though she has been in trouble, in jail and on drugs previously, they still believe that she’ll be a welcomed addition to the show. The source said, “The producers were concerned about her erratic behavior but they are taking another look at asking her to come on for the next season because she is doing so well at her sober living facility. The producers are aware that she would be available because she isn’t going to be filming Inferno.”

Radar Online reports:

The source added that the ABC show would showcase Lindsay's lesser known talents: "The girl can dance. Lindsay is wicked talented."

Despite the allure of the hit reality show, the source stressed that Lindsay's future will depend on what is best for her ongoing sobriety. "Lindsay won’t be making any decisions about what she chooses for her next project without consulting first with her treatment team," the source said.

"This wasn’t mandated by the court, her advisors or medical team, but Lindsay has taken that step herself, which is a very, very positive sign.”

One added bonus of the high-profile gig is the money. "It pays very well. Lindsay has very limited income coming in and this could help get her out of the red,” the source said.

Britney Spears Getting Abused?

“Star” magazine’s newest issue came out and it’s likely going to have some heads rollin’. According to their reports, Britney Spears is getting beaten by her boyfriend, Jason Trawick.

Now ain’t that some BS? In the inset photo, they show Britney with a supposed black eye.

They even go as far as saying that Jason beat her up and she was pregnant with his baby. According to them, she accused him of cheating with a teenager and he gave her the black eye and a beating.

They also state that they have the text messages, but it really doesn’t lend any credibility to this story as of yet. We’re firm believers in the fact that where there’s smoke, there’s fire, so we’ll keep you posted of any updates to this story.

Britney has kept mum on the subject so far and hasn’t updated her official website or her Twitter with any denial just yet. So, stay tuned!

Update: According to “Access Hollywood”, Britney’s manager, Larry Rudolph denies the claims that Jason Trawick abused Britney in any way. They are planning on launching legal action against the tabloid for printing its lies.

On Wednesday morning, Radar posted a recording of a conversation the website claims is between Spears and her one-time ex-husband Jason Alexander. In the recording, a woman claims a man she is involved in a relationship with "beat on me."

However, Larry Rudolph, Britney's manager, strongly denied to Bush that the recording is the pop star, adding that they plan to take swift legal action.

"Lawyers are amassing," Rudolph told Bush. "We are 100 percent taking stern and immediate legal action."

Jake Gyllenhaal and Taylor Swift ‘In Love’

Jake Gyllenhaal and Taylor Swift’s romance might seem kind of sudden, but they are totally smitten with each other!

They look so happy and cute together, don’t they?

A source close to Taylor said, "Taylor is totally in love with Jake and has never been happier." The source went on to say that Taylor feels that "Jake is the mature, older guy she's always wanted."

They’ve been on several coffee dates, they’ve gone apple picking and she even took him to Nashville, Tennessee, her hometown. Things might be getting serious between Jake and Taylor…

Another source said, "She loves his family and he loves hers.” Another pal added, “It’s definitely serious.”

New Spidey Suit Created To Hide Andrew Garfield’s ‘Bulge’

The latest re-boot/re-make in the Spiderman franchise will not only have a new actor in the Spidey suit, but a new high-tech redesigned Spidey suit!

Actor Andrew Garfield has had several fittings to get the suit just right… so they can hide his um… man parts!

An insider is quoted as saying:

“Andrew has been through numerous fittings for the suit which is a very high-tech design. One whole day was devoted to make sure there was nothing inappropriate showing in the crotch area of the suit. Andrew should be flattered that it took so long to get that part right!”

The film is currently in pre-production with filming set to begin this month. The expected release date for the film is July 3rd 2012.

Wow, who knew little Andrew Garfield had so much going on down there? Ok ladies, get in line!

Comcast To Block Netflix For New Fees – Sign The Petition!

Comcast is threatening to block Netflix unless they get some new fees paid to them, causing their price to go up for the consumer.

Comcast is doing this in hopes of being paid, otherwise people can use their video service instead.

A partner of Comcast, Level 3 Communications’ chief legal officer, Thomas C. Stortz, said, “With this action, Comcast demonstrates the risk of a 'closed' Internet, where a retail broadband Internet access provider decides whether and how their subscribers interact with content.”

From the press release:

This outrageous abuse of power by Comcast comes on the very week that President Obama’s FCC Chairman Julius Genachowski will announce whether he’ll fulfill Obama’s promise to protect the open Internet and Net Neutrality — which would prevent this type of corporate abuse.

The FCC needs to hear from consumers now, before the Chairman makes his announcement this week.

Take action now so that Comcast isn’t able to make these changes.

Sign our message to the FCC: “Don’t let Comcast block Netflix or other online innovators for their own profit! Support the strongest Net Neutrality protections possible — and keep Obama’s promise.”

The petition has already received 30,000 signatures and you can add yours to it today, by clicking the above link and adding your name to the cause.

If you’re a Netflix user, this action would cause the fee you pay for their service to increase…and internet providers like Comcast can drive their competitors out of business. This could start a domino effect, causing them to believe that they can threaten to block other services, such as iTunes.

The FCC’s decision will also affect just about everything else regarding online video. They will decide soon whether or not to allow Comcast to purchase NBC, thus possibly stopping customers from getting video from ABC, CBS and other media outlets.

Protect the open internet today and sign the petition!

Lady Gaga Protests Don’t Ask Don’t Tell – Video

Lady Gaga has been on a continuing mission, to make everyone equal in their own right. She has previously taken a stand against “Don’t Ask Don’t Tell” and has made a new video just last night.

Good for her, for sticking to her guns! This kind of treatment is unfair to those serving in the military and defending our country.

“We’ve known for many years that an overwhelming majority of Americans are ready to repeal,” Gaga says in the backstage video. “Senators, you have been put on notice by me and by the people of this country. You said you would debate and address this law when the Pentagon returned with a strategy, and tomorrow morning you will have it. So will you keep your word? Please keep your word.”

Little Monsters and other human rights activists can go to sldn.org/Gaga to get involved.

I hope she’s able to make some head way in repealing this ridiculous law.

Halle Berry – ‘Frankie & Alice’ Trailer & Clips (Video)

Academy Award winner Halle Berry is setting out for more Oscar gold with her latest turn in Frankie and Alice.

Check out the film’s trailer as well as a few clips from the film…

Frankie (Berry) is a young woman struggling with multiple personality disorder who seeks the help of psychiatrist Dr. Oz played by Stellan Skarsgård.

The film also stars Phylicia Rashad (Cosby Show) as Frankie’s mother Edna, who fears for her daughter’s life because one of her personalities, a racist white woman, is intent on destroying her.

Frankie and Alice hits theaters in limited release on December 10th making it just under the cut for the 2011 Oscar nominations, and will be in wide release in February 2011.

Johnny Depp ‘All My Characters Are Gay’

Johnny Depp is the cover guy for the latest issue of “Vanity Fair” and he talks about everything from comparing Angelina Jolie to Elizabeth Taylor to all of the characters he portrays being gay.

Who knew?!??

When talking about Angelina Jolie, he said, “Meeting her and getting to know her was a real pleasant surprise. You don’t know what she might be like – if she has any sense of humor at all. I was so pleased to find that she is incredibly normal, and has a wonderfully kind of dark, perverse sense of humor.”

On the set of their new movie, “The Tourist”, he talked about the media scrutiny on set, saying, “Poor thing, dogged by paparazzi, her and her husband, Brad…all their kids. There are times when you see how ridiculous is this life, how ludicrous it is, you know, leaving your house every morning and being followed by paparazzi.”

He went on to reveal that they had to be discreet filming with Angie, saying that they were “having to hide, sometimes not even being able to talk to each other in public places because someone will take a photograph and it will be misconstrued and turned into some other sh*t.”

Johnny went on to compare Angelina to Elizabeth Taylor, saying, “I’ve had the honor and the pleasure and gift of having known Elizabeth Taylor for a number of years. You know, you sit down with her, she slings hash, she sits there and cusses like a sailor, and she’s hilarious. Angie’s got the same kind of thing, you know, the same approach.”

When asked what it was like playing the role of Captain Jack Sparrow, he said, “Somebody once asked Hunter S. Thompson, ‘What is the sound of one hand clapping, Hunter?’ and he smacked him. Captain Jack was kind of like that for me, an opening up of this part of yourself. There is a little Bugs Bunny in all of us.”

Of Disney’s reaction to Captain Jack, he revealed, “They couldn’t stand him. I think it was Michael Eisner, the head of Disney at the time, who was quoted as saying, ‘He’s ruining the movie.’ Upper echelon Disney-ites, going, ‘What’s wrong with him? Is he, you know, like some kind of weird simpleton? Is he drunk? By the way, is he gay?’ And so I actually told this woman who was the Disney-ite, ‘But didn’t you know that all my characters are gay?’ Which really made her nervous.”

“Vanity Fair” reports:

Elsewhere in the interview, Depp talks to Smith about their shared fondness for the Monkees' 60s pop hit "Daydream Believer"; the music career he almost had ("Going into acting was an odd deviation from a particular road that I was on in my late teens, early 20s, because I had no desire, no interest, really, in it at all. I was a musician and I was a guitarist, and that's what I wanted to do"); being born in the wrong time ("I really believe that, at a certain point, if you're born in '60-something or whatever, you got ripped off—you know what I mean? I always felt like I was meant to have been born in another era, another time"); and what he'd still like to accomplish: "[Marlon Brando said,] Why don't you just take a year and go and study Shakespeare, or go and study Hamlet. Go and work on Hamlet and play that part. Play that part before you're too old…. So what he was trying to tell me was: play that f-cking part, man. Play that part before you're too long in the tooth. Play it. And I would like to. I'd really, really like to."

Who knew that Captain Jack was gay? Or even Edward Scissorhands and Ed Wood, for that matter?

‘Teen Mom’ Amber Portwood Gets Daughter Back

After being investigated by CPS, they’d decided to take “Teen Mom” star Amber Portwood’s daughter Leah away from her. We can report that she has been given custody back of her daughter, after making changes in her home.

CPS has determined that Amber’s home is now a suitable place for the tot and have relinquished custody back to the reality TV star.

On Monday, authorities reunited Amber and Leah and a source said, “Leah is moving into Amber’s new home, where Amber had her daughter’s bedroom all set up for her return. Amber is so excited to have Leah back!”

Just a week ago, it was reported that Leah was made a ward of the state of Indiana, meaning that her guardianship would be determined by a judge and overseen by Child Protective Services. Amber and her ex-fiancee Gary Shirley had agreed that Leah was better off living with him for the time being. Amber said, “Child Protective Services agreed it was safer for her to stay at Gary’s because of all the photographers outside my house.”

Amber is still battling domestic violence charges after flying off into a rage against Gary. She has been charged with two felony counts.

Kim Kardashian Debit Card A Total Rip-off

Just three weeks ago, the Kardashian sisters came out with their new debit card, the Kardashian Kard, which was aimed at supposedly teaching teens how to save money and be more financially responsible. Yeah, good luck with that one.

Apparently I wasn’t the only one that was skeptical about the intentions of the Kardashians. After the Attorney General busted a cap on their ginormous butts, they have decided to call it quits with the card.

The family has sent a notice of termination to the companies behind the Mastercard, saying that they’re sick of the negative spotlight in regard to the card. The Attorney General of Connecticut called them out after investigating the hidden fees of the card and was determining if the card violated consumer protection laws.

To own the card, the consumer had to fork over $9.95, a monthly fee of $7.95 and a fee of $1.50 every time someone adds money to use it.

“Daily Fill” has more:

You even have to pay extra to deposit funds to the card, and to add insult to injury, there’s also an ATM withdrawal fee (in addition to regular ATM charges of course). And if you get tired of the card, it costs $6 to close it.
Of course if you don't close the "Kard", it costs $7.95 per month to keep it open, so maybe it's just better to cut your losses, if you somehow were enticed into getting one of these.

The Kardashian’s lawyer, stated, “The Kardashians have worked extremely long and hard to create a positive public persona that appeals to everyone, particularly young adults.” They went on to say that the investigation “threatens everything for which they have worked” so they have decided to “terminate the agreement….effective immediately.”

You know what I think happened? I think they finally caught on to the fact that they couldn’t swindle the masses with this ridiculous card. It was insane for them to think they could hose people on such a grand scale. Shame on them!

Lindsay Lohan Seeks Restraining Order Against Paparazzi

Lindsay Lohan was recently given her driving privileges back by the Betty Ford Center, but apparently she’s still not allowed to take the wheel!

Ugh, that’s got to suck!

Lindsay has asked her attorney to get a restraining order prohibiting the paparazzi from chasing her down everywhere she goes. After getting the green light from Betty Ford and the L.A. County Probation Department, her driving has been axed, because the paparazzi were causing unsafe driving conditions for the actress.

Lindsay emailed her attorney over the weekend, showing photos of the snappers on her tail. She has asked her lawyer to go to court to secure a restraining order against them.

We’re not sure if Lindsay will be able to get a restraining order against the entire population of photographers, but it’s worth a try!

What do you think? Is it reasonable to assume that Lindsay will be given the keys to take the wheel once she keeps the photographers from tailing her? Or is that far-fetched? Sound off in the comments below!

Justin Timberlake Gives Justin Bieber Dating Advice

It’s hard to think that Justin Bieber would need to ask anyone for advice on dating, but according to reports, the teen singer hit up Justin Timberlake for advice on girls!

Who knew?!? The kid has millions of screaming girls at any given moment, so what’s the problem?

Reportedly, Justin reached out to JT for dating advice, because he said he feels awkward and intimidated around girls he really likes. Justin told the teen, “Don’t allow yourself to get tied down. Don’t make promises you have no intention of keeping and NEVER hide information on your SmartPhone you don’t want a girl to see – because she’ll find it every time!”

Uh oh. It sounds like Justin is giving the Biebz advice on how to be a player! Maybe Jessica Biel should start checkin’ up on JT? It sounds like he knows the ins and outs of how to keep things on the down-low!

I wonder who the Biebz is trying to impress? It’s not like he’ll have a hard time finding a girl, right? Would you date Justin Bieber?

Robert Pattinson Got Carried Away Kissing Kristen Stewart

Robert Pattinson admits that even though he and Kristen Stewart are surrounded by tons of people and cameras during the filming of “Breaking Dawn”, that during their kissing scenes, he gets carried away.

Rob and Kristen are heating up the screen with their real life and on-screen romance!

During their erotic sex scenes, Rob can’t keep himself on a professional level. In a recent interview, he said, “When we start the kissing scenes I forget we’re surrounded by a load of people. I actually end up getting really carried away.”

He went on to reveal, “It’s only when the kiss is finished that my mind registers there’s actually a full set of people around, and I just walk away embarrassed.”

Too funny! It’s good that he’s so into the part!

He even said that when the work day is done, he still takes Kristen to bed with him, in his dreams. He admitted that he dreamt about Kristen the night before the interview took place.

How cute is that? I can’t wait to see this movie already!
